It has recently come to my attention that various rumors concerning our

operation of Mankind Research Unlimited, Inc. (MRU), have surfaced,

particularly in the state of California. Such rumors, however, are to be

expected when an action-oriented organization engaged in pioneering and

innovative research comes on the scene, and more so if such a group is

headquartered in Washington, D. C.



We, in Mankind Research Unlimited, are pleased and gratified to hear of the

interest me have evoked through second and third party sources, however we

cannot take credit, in any manner possible, for some of the claims made

about us. Therefore in order to set the record straight, I want to confirm

the following:



We are not a front organization for any branch of the U.S. Government, or

any other government for that matter. We are a private business

organization, incorporated in the District of Columbia, pay federal taxes,

and are forced to compete in our "free enterprise" economy for contracts and

grants against other companies, whether they be profit or non-profit. We do

not mind such competition in these areas of mankind research, but actually

encourage and engender it.



We have never sold data, of any type, to the U. S. Government because the U.

S. Government is not authorized to buy data - only finished research

results. The U. S. Government data banks far surpass what any company or

non-government organization could ever hope to offer. We have, however,

obtained several modest government research contracts to make feasibility

studies in certain human engineering and psychosomatic evalua-tory areas.

These appear to be "firsts" for governmental-supported "human engineering"

research grants.



All of our research and resources are oriented toward peaceful applications

for any work Able perform, and to improving and bettering the status of

mankind. In this respect, we are doing our best to carry out the promise

that the authoresses, Lynn Schroeder and Sheila Ostrander, made to East

European para-psychologists - to use their data and materials, and to

perform parapsychology research, for peaceful purposes only. However, It is

interesting to note here that unconfirmed reports have reached us, which

indicate that this may not necessarily be the reality of the situa-tion in

Eastern Europe. We hope these "reports" are proven wrong or un-founded.



We have not yet paid the girls, Lynn and Sheila, a penny for their data

because, as yet, we haven't received a penny in return for their material,

nor did we agree to pay the girls anything at any time. If we did, however,

pay out several thousand dollars to translate their material and gave

priority for this effort to unemployed engineers and technical translators.

Many organizations were approached to provide funds to support this venture,

but none came forward. Most of the groups approached mere in the

parapsychology field, including my own organiza-tion, the American Society

of Dowsers - the latter turning me dozen cold and with some admonition for

making such a request in the first place. I can thank, though, the

stockholders and Board of Directors of my parent company, Systems

Consultants, Inc., for being the only ones with foresight enough to advance

the necessary funds, and faith no strings attached to enable this material

to be translated. Since our organization, Mankind Research Unlimited, was

founded and set-up in a proper business manner, we are doing our best to

keep it that way. With your held, we hope to keep our image as untarnished

as possible, and of the highest esteem from the ethical and moral

standpoint. Your dissemination of the contents of this letter would be

extremely helpful in this regard.



I still feel that some of you may be of the opinion that ice should,

nevertheless, pay the girls, Sheila and Lynn, some sort of honora-rium,

etc., for their data and trouble. I wholeheartedly agree, and this will be

done as soon as we derive either a return from their data, or we bring

ourselves in the "black", whichever is sooner. If June 1973 is not soon

enough for this, I will then, at that time, turn over some of the fees to

them that I personally have received from presentations made to various

groups. If this is not satisfactory, I still then try to meet whatever

obligation the girls feel is satisfactory. As yet, they have made known to

me no such request or obligation. This certainly speaks well for them, and I

would like to think it may be due to their under-standing of the difficulty

it takes to start a business in these high-risk areas.



For many months I have heard the comment made, 'fishy doesn't our government

support research in parapsychology areas, as they do in Eastern Europe?"

Acting on this message, we in MRU were inspired to attempt to inquire into

this. We have found that the government can, and will, support research in

these areas, if such research is properly com-municated to them, provides a

beneficial use of tax-payers' funds, and is conducted by responsible

organizations. MRU stands ready to assist any other group to obtain funds

for their programs, should they so request it from us. We have found that

there are opportunities available, more than we can ever hope to handle

ourselves. As a last comment, it is surprising to note that in all of our

endeavors to date, the only rumors or gossip we have thus far, heard have

emanated from some fell within the parapsychology community, and not at all

from government or the orthodox scientific sources, as one might expect.



I hope this memorandum serves to set the record straight, and that all of

you can join us in many of the pending mutual research endeavors. Most of

these are designed to focus on, and help further develop and apply, the

works of some of the heretofore maligned or un-appreciated "frontiers of

science" researchers and pioneers, including:

From Tavistock to MK Ultra
MK Ultra --- The Ultimate Horror of the Twentieth Century and Beyond!!


A. Introduction ---MK ULTRA has deep historical taproots with origins in London following WW I at Tavistock Institute and Clinic. Originally, it was well intentioned to find ways of preventing the mental horrors of WW I due to stress. This involved a high ranking Royal and Sigmund Freud himself, and Tavistock later commisioned The Tavistock Lectures by Carl Jung on the nature of the deep subconscious mind.

Over the years the emphasis changed until there was a sinister slant to the research by the mid-1930's. There are rumors of an earlier version of Tavistock which trained Lenin and later after WWI, Adolph Hitler. By the WW II era Tavistock was a real MI 6 Agency and its stress-related techniques were well advanced. In fact, its recommendations for excessive use of force were even used tragically by Winston Churchill in the fire bombing of Dresden and Hamburg.

The misguided Deputy Fuhrer, Rudolph Hess (1894-1987), flew to England trying to meet another Royal. He was a privileged third in command, after Goring. Once he was captured his mind was taken apart by Tavistock. He, of course, survived for many years as the sole joint Allied Prisoner held in Spandau, Berlin. In the 1980's he was reportedly murdered by British Intelligence. There is some question about who this person really was. The modern day version of the man in the mask in the Tower of London!

B. Post WW II The seed for MK Ultra was transferred to the USA and carried out in a number of secret programs by the CIA. These programs included much more than mind control. As this is the most tightly held part of the advanced technology also partly developed by Nazis Germany with a transfer to the USA. Some of these hideous programs were carried out in other countries, for example, the infamous Dr. Cameron in Montreal.

The standard story of MK Ultra can be found on the Internet. The use of LSD and the Flower Children revolution with the story of Timothy O"Leary et al. The spread of drugs throughout suburbia and the ghetto was aimed at generational debilitation and undermining and discrediting the anti-war movement.

The little known story of the Unibomber, Ted Kaczynski and his probable mental problems resulted from LSD exposure as a young 16 yo "boy genius" at Harvard by an infamous LSD advocate.The biological warfare part of MK Ultra is equally serious following the development of artificial mycoplasma during WW II by the US Military under the guidance of George Merck. There are at least 92 known mycoplasma species. the most common, m.fermentans, has the exact gene sequence for part of the Brucella bacteria.

At least part of the increase in a number of neurogenic illnesses worldwide can be attributed to the mycoplasma. Several types of mycoplasma make brain inclusions indistinguishable from Alzheimer's Disease prions. It is believed that Alzheimer, Mad Cow Disease and Jakob Creutzfeld Syndrome are essentially the same disease process. It is interesting to consider the story of the 1976 Nobel Laureate in Medicine and his role with Kuru Kuru, the famous Brain wasting disease reportedly found in New Guinea after WW II.

This was possibly related to the presence of a Unit 731 like group which used sheep sera to inoculate natives. After his return from a Mad Cow Disease conference in the UK he was arrested by armed FBI Agents as he arrived at his Frederick, MD area home. The excuse was accusations of child abuse by several of the male children he had adopted over the years during his worldwide research trips. He was tried and left the country to continue his work in Europe.

C. Advanced Mind Control Technology -- during the 1970's much of MK Ultra was exposed and stopped. However, some of the work continued on! In 1980 the reported CIA's front for the most advanced mind control technology, Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU) was exposed by a D.C. area magazine. This obscure company was operated as both a for profit and non-profit by Dr. Carl Schleicher.

This organization is credited in several books with inventing the cyborg, the terminator. MRU carried out many avenues of important research mostly relating to mind control psychotronics and other exotic topics. He was a past President of the American Dowsing Association, the US Psychotronics Association and was generally the Johnny Appleseed of many psychotronic related projects worldwide.

He is credited with helping to develop MRI technology using esoteric technology. In addition he was prominent in helping popularize Super-learning and Lazanov accelerated learning system. Both techniques were based on Soviet mind control technology. Several books have discussed the more advanced mind control techniques up through the early 1980's when most were brought under strict secrecy control and/or were supposed to be abandoned.

Microwave versions of mind control were carried out by rogue individuals with links to NSA. Some of these techniques have been used on troublesome inmates in Federal Prisons including one who claims to have been implanted using technology supplied by Dr. Carl Schleicher while held illegally in Brazil for major drug charges. In his later years Dr. Schleicher championed many innovative approach to national problems from AIDS, to Cancer to Drug and Alcohol Abuse using electronic, vibratory and other exotic technologies. Had the US Government and adapted these newer and much more effective approaches the country would be much better off!

He was a real life Dr. Strangelove with only a few chapters of his life publicly known. MRU in its golden years had a number of branches. The Pacific Northwest Laboratory was headed by physicist Richard Alan Miller. He and his former wife, Iona Miller, have helped build on his story. Iona Miller is a top expert on many esoteric topics, including control of culture through media, and psychedelic research.

D. The Ritalin Generation -- The extensive use of Ritalin and related drugs have caused great damage to the current generation. These drugs also came from the MK Ultra program. Approximately only 25% of the military age population even meets standards for induction in the Armed Forces. Congress has failed to take action. Activists have been intimidated into leaving the country. Another solution that may have offered a convenient way to treat hyperactivity etc. has backfired in a massive way.

E. L Ron Hubbard has become a fashionable method of coping with life throughout the world but especially in Hollywood. Many famous stars are important advocates including Tom Cruise. The origins and implications of Dianetics is discussed in relation to its mind control origins. L. Ron Hubbard was a Naval Intelligence Officer based in Silver Spring, MD.

Similarly Carl Schleicher was a former Naval Intelligence Officer based in the same city a decade later. An interesting coincidence if nothing more!

F. Where mind control technology is headed. is not well known but will soon include Direct Brain Interface. We can only assume the real programs are held very tightly by the US Government. The hideous effect which many of the programs have caused can not be over-emphasized. Reportedly both MIT and the University of Michigan are strongholds for Tavistock influence in the USA.

Reportedly in the 1960's and 1970's many Tavistock associated professionals were sent worldwide. Many carried out anti-American and terrorist associated activities. In my opinion, much of MK Ultra could be called terrorism. Only recently has the Navy released a new policy prohibiting human targeting with EMF weaponry. Several major Federal cases in Michigan for example are associated with abuses of this type. This includes the largest Federal case in Michigan history. The US Govt. has failed to take action and may be under the control of those associated with Tavistock, et al.

MRU

Public training in REMOTE VIEWING and other programs by noted parapsychologists from SRI and elsewhere has provided the public a window on early research. The 2009 film, MEN WHO STARE AT GOATS has shown some later military research and experimentation on the same sort of subject matter. MRU was the East Coast equivalent of SRI, but invited far less publicity. It also was NOT linked to the notorious "mother of all thinktanks," Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. It sought to conduct independent research on these matters for the public welfare.

INTRODUCTION:

Mankind Research Unlimited, Inc. (MRU, and the later nonprofit Foundation, MRF) was a much less publicized eastcoast thinktank like Stanford Research Institute (SRI). MRU was purchased from parent company SCI on August 13, 1973 to become an independent company with its own Board operating through the Director's lifetime. Located in the Washington, D.C. area, it operated from the early 1970s to 1999. Like SRI, many strange phenomena were investigated and developed there, often at government expense.

MRU’s Director, Carl W. Schleicher, Ph.D. has been accused, along with Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, of being the mind control mad-genius behind MK Ultra and the ‘Manchurian Candidate’ in both Feral Press (Constantine, 1995) and by A.J. Weberman (1) online. Called the “Father of the Cyborg,” in CIA Mind Control Operations in the USA, Schleicher heartily denied it to his death in 1999. He was preparing to sue Weberman for theft of MRU files and false allegations, according to close associates.

All research was conducted on a “need to know” basis. No one seems able to make a coherent story of it, though rumors about connections of Director Schleicher to MK Ultra run rampant. What is known is he had ten active years of military service (1955-1966) for the Navy as a “war games expert,” and spy in Europe.

Sources say he was stationed for a time on the electronic intelligence ship,USS Liberty. He retired shortly before the SigInt ship was mysteriously attacked in the 1967 Six-Day War. He then went into “exotic areas of knowledge” with a mandate to “peek discretely into the unknown”. He avoided marriage, saying, “My mission is different.” He always claimed his mission was “humanitarian.”

Schleicher attended the Naval Academy, worked overseas in operations research, and spoke six languages, then went into war games, publishing in The Journal of Electronic Warfare. An interest in dowsing got him into the paranormal - but not dowsing for water – dowsing for Vietcong in tunnels in Khe Sanh for the Marines. This led to a meeting with Ostrander and Schroeder, authors of Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain, and the game was afoot. He accepted their unfiltered pile of Soviet research and paid $5000 for translations.

Schleicher had a gruff military personality. His cohorts included former OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, physicians, psychologists, scientists, anti-gravity investigators, healers, chemists, psychics, dowsers, and remote viewers. MRU developed a low-frequency electronic device that “interferes with insects’ antennae.” But, in typical Schleicher fashion, he tersely declined explanation with a pat answer, “I can say no more.”

He did say, “I consider myself an optimistic skeptic. Just because there’s no supporting data doesn’t mean it’s bad – why, there was no supporting data for alternating current. I’ve patiently listened to and been tolerant of everything anybody’s said. If I weren’t, I might close out some golden gem.”

He considered the term “occult” an unprofessional, unscientific “put-down word” that turns off highly qualified people. He admits his own “paranoid” psychics accused him of “feeding information to the CIA” and that “consultants have ‘dark forces’ surrounding them.” He also claimed healers, “are able to focus energy . . . on a spot where it’s needed, through his mind control, and it flows out of his hand . . .A healer can sense where there’s an imbalance of energy.”

What’s in a name? Draw your own conclusions: Did MKU[ltra] give birth to MRU, then MRF, or not? Is there plausible denial as the Director claimed? Schleicher’s own name, as he liked to point out, means “stealth.” The German translation is “Sneaker”, related to “creep, skulk, and slink,” (odge.info). His MRU colleague, Christopher Bird certainly worked for the CIA, specializing in psychological warfare, biocommunications and Russian translation. Do ‘birds of a feather flock together’? They did with Eldon Byrd. They did at the U.S. Psychotronics Assn. (USPA) from 1978 forward.

DEEP BACKGROUND:

Mind control is the ever-elusive Holy Grail of the spy game, with roots in the early 1950s. MK Ultra’s mission was complete control of the human mind, including overt and covert techniques of mind and behavior control, brainwashing, truth drugs, and mass psychological warfare or disinformation.

MK Ultra, officially disbanded in 1963 in the wake of Kennedy’s assassination, became public when revealed to the Rockefeller Commission investigating the CIA in the mid-1970s. Did post-MK Ultra research continue decentralized as underground front organizations, as has been suggested?

Much MKU evidence was burned and shredded by Sid Gottlieb. Once television became popular, there was less perceived need for other mass hypnotic mind control techniques. No pop culture phenomenon since has been accidental. We know SRI in Palo Alto carried on, and does so to this day. Many of their old players, like Targ and McMoneagle are now lecturing celebrities. Remote Viewing has become a workshop fad, like firewalking.

Carl, himself, claimed he supervised cryptography in Turkey during his military duty, which is likely true in any event. He joined the AFIO (Assn. of Former Intelligence Officers). Unfortunately, those closest to him are least likely to know the real story for national security reasons. Former associates of MRU confirm that he worked for NSA through his Navy position.

Elsewhere, Carl admits to a background in mind control and blue-sky studies for Naval Intelligence. His military service dates do place him in the proper timeline, but did he really have time for building the perfect assassin?

We know now, for example, that LSD and hypnotism are unreliable tools for most directive purposes. Newer approaches include brain implants, directed electronic weapons, and heterodyned messages that seem to come from your own thoughts. What was tested as a mental ability of one human to influence another has now been successfully accomplished with electronics. Next come quantum dots that fuse with nerves and direct computer/brain interface.

INSIDE MRU

MRU's capability and experience is divided into four fields, including biophysics -- Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields," "Research in Magneto-fluid Dynamics," "Planetary Electro-Hydro-Dynamics" and "Geo-pathic Efforts on Living Organisms." The latter focuses on the induction of illness by altering the magnetic nature of the geography. MRU first researched the area of Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields focusing on the induction of illness by altering the magnetic nature of the geography.

Mankind Research Unlimited distributed a CIA directive, summarized in a brochure on the “Cybernetic Technique”. It discussed the Agency's development of a “means by which information in modest rate can be fed to humans utilizing other senses than sight or hearing. “The Cybernetic Technique,” based on Eastern European research," involves beaming information to individual nerve cells. The purpose, the directive states, is the enhancement of mental and physical performance. To protect MK Ultra, the CIA subcontracted research and development to universities, prisons, private laboratories and hospitals.

A former counter-intelligence “spook”, a “watcher of the watchers”, characterizes his friend Schleicher as “black”, meaning “plugged in to clandestine services…Nearly all the famous names were just to provide legal and other "legitimacy" for work done entirely by others.” This source, who remains publically anonymous, claims to be an original member of MAG (Monday Afternoon Group), classified 36-40 levels above Top Secret.

This inside source discredits accusations of Schleicher working for either the CIA or The Aviary, infamous UFO debukers.He says MRF was associated with Rockefeller Foundation and NSA, producing several books for them. Recent admissions (2) about covert mind control experiments have come from Naval Intelligence. Approval authority is now required for all “severe or unusual intrusions, either physical or psychological, on human subjects (such as consciousness-altering drugs or mind control techniques),” implying they had done so in the past.

In the drug-riddled mid-70s, Journal of Rehabilitation, 41, 2, 12-8,44, Mar/Apr 75 published a Schleicher interview on biofeedback and rehabilitation (4): “A question-answer interview with Carl Schleicher, cofounder and technical director of the Center for Preventive Therapy and Rehabilitation, Inc. (CEPTAR) and president and research/development director of Mankind Research Unlimited, Inc. (MRU), Washington, D. C., provides explicit information on recent developments in the rehabilitation field and poses questions for further investigation.”

Insiders say MRU/MRF projects that “worked” include “selenoenzymes, correcting color blindness, medical and other uses of cesium, spinal chord injury partial reversal, a once a week pill that heals old brain injuries, but nothing much on ESP related things.”

As cache, it offered leading scientists as principle investigators in the fields of biocybernetics, biophysics, bionics, biocommunications, psychophysics, psychology, neuropsychiatry, health and welfare research, human systems engineering, and related scientific disciplines.

Thinktank Director, Schleicher, was a specialist in biocybernetics research, experienced in the analysis and evaluation of foreign scientific developments. After graduating from the U. S. Naval Academy (B.S. Electrical Engineering) in 1956, he served as a Naval line officer specializing in operations research and linguistics until 1966. He received his M.A. in political Economics from the University of Cologne, West Germany, where he was engaged in advanced study at the Universities of Bonn, West Germany and Lund, Sweden. He was a Ph.D. candidate in the Technology of Management at American University.

Before joining the staff of SCI, he was an Operations Research Analyst and R&D Engineer at the Marine Corps Development Center in Quantico, Virginia. His later work included design and development of a management system for assessing R&D projects to determine priorities, and in bionics, biocommunications, and cybernetic software systems. Schleicher had considerable management experience in both the military and industry, and also served as a management sciences consultant.

The MRU mission statement was basically to provide an organization for scientific research, development and application of biocommunications, biocybernetics, bionics, biophysics, superlearning, and other activities impacting the welfare of mankind. MRU claimed unique capabilities for collection, analyzing and evaluating scientific and technological developmental data (both U.S. and foreign). It offered customers assistance in determining the impact of biocommunication and behavioral science applications in their area of control, interest or responsibility.

WARMING UP TO THE COLD WAR

Schleicher founded MRU in response to learning of Soviet psychotronic investigations from Ostrander and Schroeder. “. . .Acting on this message, we in MRU were inspired to attempt to inquire into this. We have found that the government can, and will, support research in these areas, if such research is properly communicated to them, provides a beneficial use of tax-payers' funds, and is conducted by responsible organizations. MRU stands ready to assist any other group to obtain funds for their programs, should they so request it from us.”

Carl said he wanted to further and develop the works of suppressed, maligned or unappreciated researchers on the "frontiers of science", such as Tesla, Reich, Hieronymus, and Buckminster Fuller. Much of this research relates to the energetic nature of deep Reality and the electromagnetic field body of the human being.

MRU’s own brochure claimed to validate foreign research, define methodology, prepare assessments and forecasts, define environmental systems, identify educational and user requirements and tasking areas, including the following:

superlearning,
man-machine cybernetic interactions,
special sensory biophysical activities,
brain and mind control,
telepathic communications or bioinformation transceiving,
bioluminescent and bioenergetic emissions,
effects of altered states of consciousness on the human psyche,
improvement of human performance via bio-feedback techniques,
innovative therapy/prosthetic/diagnostic techniques,
environmental effects upon biological (human) systems,
infrasonic and ultrasonic effects upon biological systems,
geopathogenic factors which induce illness.

MRU explored the interaction of mind and body, or energy and matter. Among the first groups to investigate the human energy body, MRU brought together many of the leading scientists and experimenters in the multidisciplinary field of biocommunications which includes the sciences of bionics, biophysics, psychophysics, psychology, physiology, neuropsychiatry, cybernetics and systems engineering. MRU recruited notables such as Eldon Byrd, Christopher Bird, ESP expert hypnotist Milan Ryzl, and remote viewer Ingo Swann, among others.

PARAPHYSICS

In the early 1970s, physicist Richard Alan Miller also worked for Schleicher under the Mankind Research Unlimited umbrella, closing the gap between the physical and the metaphysical. Physicist Miller was the Northwest Regional Director of MRU. His task was looking at anomalous phenomena, such as Kirlian photography, bioluminescence, psychotronics, biofeedback, electrophotography, distance healing, acupuncture and psychic surgery to determine if there was merit for future strategic studies or product development. They also tried to create an MRU biofeedback package with Seattle manufacturer J&J Enterprises, but that deal never consummated.

According to Stan Krippner and Daniel Rubin's (1972) Galaxies of Life, researchers are divided in their evaluation of the Kirlian phenomena. Some call the manifestation "corona discharge," believing that the technique only reveals commonplace electrical occurrences while others conceive of radiation field photography as revealing the "bioplasma body" or aura. According to Viktor Adamenko, a Russian scientist (c 1970s), the discharge is the cold emission of electrons, though it has been romanticized by new age interpretations.

THE WILD BLUE YONDER

Scientific progress is achieved not only by linear accumulation of knowledge but also by nonlinear paradigm shifts. These shifts are often forced by anomalous findings that cannot be incorporated in accepted models. A current example comes from complementary medicine which emphasizes the fields of the energy body.

Two complementary methodological principles regulate paradigm shift: 1) Ockham’s Razor as the principle of parsimony and 2) Plato’s Life Boat as the principle of the necessity to ‘save the appearances’ and thus incorporate conflicting phenomenological data into extant theories. We have to review empirical data which are in conflict with some presuppositions of accepted mainstream science: Clinical and experimental effects of prayer and healing intention, affirmations, the law of attraction were studied. MRU collected data on telepathy, psychokinesis experiments, precognition, and anecdotal reports of macro-psychokinesis.

Collectively, this subject matter is called BLUE SKY RESEARCH. The now well-documented phenomena are anomalies that challenge some widely held beliefs in mainstream science. Scientists often fear that by accepting the reality of these phenomena they also have to subscribe to world-models invoking ontological dualism or idealism. We suggest accepting the phenomena as real, but without questionable ontologies commonly associated with them.

ROLL AWAY THE STONE

Charles Stone began working for Carl (1987-1992), as Deputy Director of MRF seven years after he was publically exposed in 1980 by a D.C. magazine. MRU was a front for the most advanced mind control technology at that time. Stone has an MS an microbiology and public health, but has investigated, for example, atomic cover ups, academic and judicial corruption, Tavistock Institute, the pioneer MI 6 Agency which led to MK Ultra (“Mind Kontrol”) and much more.

MRF experimented with Blood Irradiation, tried to promote Electronic Drug and Alcohol treatment, earthquake prediction technology, a German based technique for AIDS therapy using hydrogen peroxide, and alternative cures of Dr. Emanuel Revici through Bioimmunex. There was a project for using poultry waste to produce a high protein powder for food. Emphasis was on bringing all this to the attention of the Federal Government.

HEART OF STONE

Stone claims, “It is almost certain that the Unabomber was associated with a key mind control expert at Harvard when he was identified as a 16-year-old mathematical genius. It is believed that something was done to him that led to his madness. That is just one of the examples of the damage caused. Not the least of these was turning universities into huge drug and alcohol dens!”

Stone alleges, “Carl was a pretty strange man,” whose bizarre personality sabotaged his own efforts. He had file drawers full of old reports. Carl mentioned his previous lab and much bigger operation on Kalorama Rd. in D.C., but provided no details. He claimed his earlier work was as a Naval Intel Officer working on intercepts and codes in Turkey. “He was a classic Dr. Strangelove,” Stone says.

His way of dealing with people turned everybody off. He was especially bad with women. Carl was constantly sending information to people about psychotronics and being a Johnny Appleseed in that way. After Carl was exposed in 1980 he never recovered his "glory days". It does appear that he contributed to or was given credit for a number of important findings. The truth is irresolvably muddied, though he is a link in the chain of many biomedical advances and psychotechnology. Stone still feels Schleicher was attempting to move humanity forward.

MRU fostered interest in energy medicine, hypnotherapy, magnetic healing, acupuncture, radionics or radiesthesia, remote healing and viewing, EVP, and psychophysical control of internal states. The MRU researchers were pathfinders, carving broad highways through the mindscape. The cross-disciplinary synergy between physics, biology, psychiatry, religion, etc., continues to be explored, as well as the relationship of intent and belief.

MRU explored the whole spectrum of approaches from philosophy of mind and dream research, to neuropsychology, pharmacology, and molecular dynamics, to neural networks, phenomenological accounts, and even the quantum physics of reality. The aim is to lay a sound scientific foundation for future research while also reaching consensus on many scattered areas of inquiry.

There has been a major surge of interest recently in studying consciousness as more and more people have experiences that cannot be explained by traditional scientific approaches. Also there is wide popular interest in new physics as fadsof Indy films, such as “What the BLEEP Do We Know” and “The Secret” show. Zero-Point Energy is the new lecture circuit darling.

We are living and working in the midst of extraordinary changes in our concepts of the nature of humankind. Enough has been written in recent years about the seeming inadequacy of the scientific method to grapple with the enigma of the strange experiences related by the pioneers. Now anyone can take a course in remote viewing and other psi abilities.

Russell Targ (1994) claims, "[P]si is no longer elusive; it can be demonstrated when needed for study and investigation." Even though psychic training to strengthen the signal line is possible, unpredictability has been the hallmark of this emergent gift. To overcome this problem in both the theoretical and experimental arenas requires a marriage of the disciplines of physics, biophysics, biology, medicine, psychology, and hypnosis.

As the ideas of quantum mechanics, relativity and parapsychology slowly make their way into our collective consciousness, our common-sense views on time and causality find themselves more strained than they've ever been in the course of human history. Researchers are probing the interface between matter, spacetime and mind with increasing precision.

Like electricity, no one knows how psi works. However, to foster and practice psi we don't need to know how it works, anymore than we need to know the mechanics of internal combustion to drive a car.
EULOGY FOR AN ARCH-SPOOK

Shrouded in mystery to the very end, friends and family characterize Schleicher’s death as “untimely and highly suspicious”, despite his transplant. Carl believed for years that certain domestic agents had targeted him for unknown personal reasons dating back to the mid-60s and his NSA days. No cause of death was forthcoming, so the truth may never be known.

Perhaps one of Schleicher’s greatest contributions came in the field of superlearning. Volume. 25, Journal of Accelerating Learning & Teaching (Kelly & Morrissey, 2000)) eulogizes his pivotal role in accelerated learning, popularizing the research of Dr. Georgi Lozanov of Bulgaria. Even in this arena, Carl remained controversial for his control and anger issues. He threatened to sue anyone employing his franchised technique, purchased in 1975.

Penny Kelly and Brian Morrissey characterize Carl as a military establishment player with early spy experience in Europe, which led to his discovery of Lozanov. Carl wanted to commercialize everything he came up with but you cannot copyright a method. From 1976-1988, he opened schools for stress-free learning of language, memory, creativity. The musical whole brain approach to learning, retention and motivation used hypnotic techniques, not foreign to Schleicher.

Psychologist Stanley Krippner described European classes:: “I have observed the suggestopedia classes in Bulgaria and Hungary. Classes had a relaxed comfortable learning environment. Rather than individual learning, it was group learning. It included preliminary exercises, new material, and a review of what was learned. The first stage used 2/3 of the time. Then suggestions were given by the teacher to promote learning. The presentation phase took one third of the time. The method encourages students to make mental images of the material. In foreign language classes, people take on new roles.”

But his greatest contribution is probably in alternative cancer treatments such as blood irradiation and nostrums like the Revici cure and the Native American recipe, Essiac, made from four dried herbs. MRF obtained rights from Resperin in 1991. The Canadian Trademark "Essiac" is still held by Mankind of Maryland, USA. (Flor*Essence).

No stranger to pain, Carl was on dialysis in the early 90s before his kidney transplant. Shortly before his death by heart attack on Thanksgiving eve 1999, he was in Brazil setting up more sites in his string of clinics for ultra violet radiation. Carl had staying power in his arena, dealing with flakes, visionaries, governments, industry experts, and scientists alike. Despite his commercial goals, many say he did leave the planet a good man (3), working for the benefit of all. If so, his heartful side and humanitarian mission was fulfilled.

Mankind Research Unlimited (1973-1999)

An obscure District of Columbia corporation called Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU) and the nonprofit foundation MRF, operated a number of classified intelligence, government and Pentagon contracts, specializing in, "problem solving in the areas of intelligence, electronic warfare, sensor technology and applications."

MRU's "capability and experience" is divided into four fields. These include "biophysics -- Biological Effects of Magnetic Fields," "Research in Magneto-fluid Dynamics," "Planetary Electro-Hydro-Dynamics" and "Geo-pathic Efforts on Living Organisms." The latter focuses on the induction of illness by altering the magnetic nature of the geography. MRF focused on therapeutic use of EMF and blood irradiation.

Also under research were "Biocybernetics, Psychodynamic Experiments in Telepathy," "Errors in Human Perception," "Biologically Generated Fields," "Metapsychiatry and the Ultraconscious Mind" (believed to refer to experiments in telepathic mind control), "Behavioural Neuropsychiatry," "Analysis and Measurement of Human Subjective States" and "Human Unconscious Behavioural Patterns."

Employing some old OSS, CIA and military intelligence officers, the company also engaged the services of prominent physicians and psychologists including E. Stanton Maxey, Stanley R. Dean Berthold, Eric Schwarz, Eldon Byrd, plus many more. MRU lists in its Company Capabilities "brain and mind control." Satellite franchises were incorporated in Texas and California, and there were regional representatives throughout the US.

Deep Cover: From Thinktanks to Army Tanks

"In 1941 a group of psychiatrists at the Tavistock Clinic saw that the right questions were asked in Parliament in order to secure the means to try new measures. As a result they were asked to join the Directorate of Army Psychiatry, and did so as a group." –Tavistock Institute

They wind you up because they know what makes you tick. Tavistock Clinic studied shellshock (post-traumatic stress) in WWI but switched to developing psychological warfare in 1922. Rather than helping traumatized soldiers, it calculated their breaking points. Tavistock shock doctrine now permeates global life. Their social engineers are a Who’s Who: Freud, Jung, Adler, Melanie Klein, Wilfred Bion, Edward Bernays, Eric Trist, A.K. Rice, Eric Miller, Aldous Huxley, and more.

Tavistock sent German-born psychologist, Kurt Lewin, to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1945 to establish the Research Center for Group Dynamics in the US. Lewin is the founder of 'social psychology.' The Center moved to the University of Michigan in 1948 where it became the Institute for Social Research, and continued to co-opt legitimate psychosocial research and exploit mass psychology. By then, the original Clinic became part of Britain’s National Health Service.

In 1946, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations split off a policy-making “mother of all thinktanks,” publically claiming to research and direct groups and organizations while it continued massive covert operations in social engineering. The thinktank registered as a charity in September 1947, in London, England. It devised and spread interdisciplinary models of Group Relations and training in management, administration and sociopolitics. Promoting creativity and organizational policy, it remains an influential intelligence organization tied to MI6, CIA, Project Paperclip German scientists, Rockefeller Foundation, and cryptocracy.

Founder, John Rawlings Rees, claimed: “Public life, politics and industry should all ... be within our sphere of influence…If we are to infiltrate the professional and social activities of other people I think we must imitate the Totalitarians and organize some kind of fifth column activity! We must aim to make it permeate every educational activity in our national life ... We have made a useful attack upon a number of professions. The two easiest of them naturally are the teaching profession and the Church: the two most difficult are law and medicine.”

Former MI6 Intelligence officer John Coleman first exposed their covert activities with his insider knowledge in The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations: Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political, and Economic Decline of the United States of America: “The enemy is clearly identifiable as the Committee of 300, the Club of Rome, NATO, the Black Nobility, CFR and all of its affiliate organizations, the think tanks, and research institutes controlled by Stanford and … last, but certainly not least, the military establishment.”

Coleman includes the Eastern Liberal Establishment "aristocracy," its banks, insurance companies, giant corporations, petroleum cartels, foundations, communications networks, publishing houses, radio and television networks and the movie industry. Mission creep has penetrated organizations far beyond ‘the Tavi,’ and they are scripting our wars, our lives and our future. As the power behind the thinktank thrones, instead of “doctoring the soul” the clone organizations systematically attack it. The consensual goals of mental health and group relations parted company. The promise became a curse.

What if everything you were brought up to think about society, all layers of cultural meaning, about healing and freedom are wrong? What if someone was subverting your beliefs, ideas and values with behavioral tricks to use them against you? In ‘the world according to Tavistock,’ social drivers are disguised as their exact opposites to create a worldview that is illusory, reinventing the world in distorted form.

Tavistock invented what you ‘should’ believe. It is no accident we have become victims of futureshock in the Long Crisis, a battle for your soul. Ego is mental structure, not a separate entity from soul. Whether you view it psychologically or spiritually, soul is structured through ego development with mental forms – words and images. It can also be fragmented with them. We lose our soul when we lose our dreams.

What appears progressive, nurturing or ‘good’ can have exactly the reverse effect. But seeing the world as it is, not as we are told or wish it to be, brings us closer to real solutions. Turning away from or denying the darkness doesn’t make it go away. Embodying our collective shadow, Tavistock is a hydra-headed Secret Agent that runs rampant, aggravating the interconnecting set of global problems.

How is the mind bent and toward what ends? The masses are bent through control of resources and the environment, mind control, massive manipulation, crisis and social turbulence. Nonprofit foundations have teamed with corporate, military and governmental entities to form a covert control force. The art of war became a management problem. Unintended consequences result. Under the guise of 'prevention' they create oppression.

Cultural psychology was used to assess the enemy mentality. The original "Tavi-stalkers" didn't stop with the enemy and rewriting history. They spread their "Tavistock Method" theory and practice of mass mind control into all strategic institutions. Their psystrat -- turning reality inside out -- had multiple vectors, unifying levels of strategy to produce fractal control effects.

Once you learn how to organize behavior -- "joint optimization" -- you know how to disorganize it with value-dilemmas in groups and international networks. Chaos Theory describes increases in complexity. The contemporary environment is a 'turbulent field' in which the amount of disorder is increasing to the limit of a 'vortical' state in which healthy adaptation is impossible.

The "talking cure" became the signature of the "Tavistock Method," and a blanket solution (with psychotropic drugs) to mental distress. The character-building method is self-questioning and psychiatric investigation. While therapy gives empathy a mirroring face, it also substitutes a surrogate parent with sanctimonious certitude for self-care and self-regulation.

When Tavistock pioneers began exploring the psyche, it was terra incognita. Now that once unknown ground is riddled with the twisted roots of Tavistock's insidious penetration and experimentation which has permeated the collective psyche. Modulating someone's internal state is a powerful form of control using the power of narrative, imagery and frequency. Conditioning replaces external constraint with internal compulsions on both essence and substance.

Tavistock’s goal is a subtle sinister control agenda that no one engaging in therapeutic activities could imagine from surface appearances. Have we been unwittingly "sleeping with the enemy," inducing trauma even as we try to heal it? The cure is a poison. Rather than healing the sick, Tavistock deliberately makes the healthy ill.

Untrustable “Brain Trust”

"What we traditionally have meant by human perception, (vision, insight, ethical judgment, discriminating between reality and illusion) has been effectively shut down, almost surgically replaced by the virtual vision machine of the militarized imagination. We are suddenly rendered vulnerable to the new virtual myths about the supposedly hygienic character of posthuman warfare." –Arthur Kroker

Tavistock’s tentacles are holographic feedback loops of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual control. The lies are different in each dimension of experience. Their backdoors and wormhole shortcuts among cultural institutions have created a stranglehold on global culture.

Unpacking each association reveals widespread effects encompassing Intelligence, Military, Government, NGOs, Economics, InfoTech, Mass Media, Philosophy, Occult, Religion, Science, Academia, Psychology, Psychiatry, Medicine and Zeitgeist (Worldview). Co-opting ancient occult principles, Tavistock took the healing genius of Freud and Jung and aimed it at mass psychology in a controlling way.

The means mirror the early relationship of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, who wound up with a six-year nervous breakdown when Freud essentially brainwashed him. Freud displays a pattern of turning his 'heretical' followers into mental cases, even suicides -- Jung in 1913, Victor Tausk in 1919, Herbert Silberer in 1923, and Wilhelm Reich in 1927.

Freud broke their personalities down providing a model his 'magical child' Tavistock used as a modus operandi on many social fronts. Tavistock began with research on “shellshock” or post-traumatic stress, propaganda and applied mind control. They have broken down our whole country with collective ego death. Riding the coattails of "The Manchurian Candidate" (1962), a B horror movie, "The Mindbenders" (1963), depicted Dirk Bogarde as the victim of British brainwashers who isolated, water tanked him and destroyed his marriage. Mindbender scientists discover that eight nightmarish hours of water tank isolation equates with eight months of intense brainwashing.

Apparently someone in Britain knew what was going on at the Tavi. The Mindbenders break both the volunteers and their relationships, inducing dissociation. Over the years, Tavistock’s healing emphasis changed until there was a sinister slant to the research in eugenics, political and cultural engineering by the mid-1930's. There are rumors of an earlier version of Tavistock, which trained Lenin, and later after WWI, Adolph Hitler (Hallet).

With the outbreak of World War II, Tavistock operatives took effective control of the Psychological Warfare Directorate of the British Army, while its allied network in the United States embedded itself in the American psychological warfare apparatus, including the Committee on National Morale and the Strategic Bombing Survey.

By war's end, the combined influence of Tavistock and of the former Frankfurt School operatives, had created what Director Rees called a cadre of several thousand “psychological shock troops,” and “cultural warriors.'' Today that network numbers several millions around the world, and is the single most important factor in determining the design and content of mass media product.

By WWII, Tavistock was a real MI 6 Agency and its stress-related techniques were well advanced. They knew how to relieve mental, and emotional pain and also amplify it, physically and psychologically. In fact, Tavistock’s recommendations for excessive use of force were used tragically by Winston Churchill in the terrifying fire bombing of Dresden and Hamburg.

Sigmund Freud was Tavistock's "prophet" and first director, followed by his daughter, Anna. Tavistock programs were used to program the postwar leaders of Germany's government, churches, schools, corporations, etc., from among the POWs who were easy to manipulate.

Research into the use of microwave weapons and their use for mind control (psychotronics) began in 1950s at the Tavistock Institute, one of Britain's leading psychiatric research establishments. The UK institute was researching into ways of mind controlling the British population without them knowing. Its main US branch is in the University of Michigan. Freud's nephew, a principle at Tavistock Institute, Edward Bernays is the godfather of propaganda and the "engineered consent" of Madison Avenue. He took Freud's principles of mass psychology and applied them to social exploitation, numbing and manipulation of the masses. He created consumerism.

Popular culture is engineered to brainwash each of us from cradle to grave. Trends and megatrends are manufactured, engineered by corporations. Nothing happens in politics or society by accident.

In the wake of the Enlightenment, the notion of an intellectual elite arose. A distinguished social stratum can be traced far back into classical history. Elite classes of intellectuals or well-educated people emerged in most European countries.

The intelligentsia (e.g., artists, mystics, psychologists, psychiatrists, scientists and teachers) engages in complex mental and creative labor directed into the development and dissemination of culture. Bohemians were the forerunner of what we can call the ‘psychedelic intelligentsia’ and today’s New Age spiritual fusion.

Utopian socialism is the philosophical root of modern socialist thought. Anyone can be a utopian socialist, but the trend emerged in the 19th century. From the mid-19th century onwards, other branches of socialism overtook utopianism in popularity. But groups such as the Fabians continued working their strategic agendas behind the scenes of perpetual class struggle.

Societies are cyclic, always in a continual process of constructing themselves and destructing from within. Tavistock is married to Big Pharma by psychiatry. The paradoxical Greek word "pharmakon" can be translated as 'drug,' which means both remedy and poison. In Plato's Pharmacy, Derrida traces its meanings in Plato's dialogues: remedy, poison (either the cure or the illness or its cause), philter, drug, recipe, charm, medicine, substance, spell, artificial color, and paint.

The alchemists also call their elixir or panacea both a cure and a poison, describing the dangers of the interactive field experience, including failure to recognize trance states. Derrida notes, "This pharmakon, this medicine, this philter, which acts as both remedy and poison, already introduces itself into the body of the discourse with all its ambivalence." Tavistock 'paints' a picture of the world (simulacrum; textual trance) and we must embrace it.

Because the pharmakon is artificial and comes from outside rather than from within, it always has side effects. When not treating a disease, a psychotropic becomes dope. The pharmakon is the paradoxical medium in which opposites are opposed and contradictory meanings play out. It is a war of opposites Freud saw as a life/death struggle and Jung saw as a death/rebirth mystery of cyclic passages and renewal. Rebirth is the mythic enactment of "the one story" whose pattern is found in every narrative.

Culture takes place in between the war of life and death. Those caught between two stages of development without clearly defined social identities, feel marginal, excluded, without identity or influence. “Outsiders” occupy an edge realm of creative potential for new ideas and concepts and so pose a threat to the establishment.

Relationships and social status are negotiated at the threshold. We are either rejected from or welcomed to the other side, submitting to the rules that of that place. At the threshold, one can also enter new territory. Outsiders live beyond roles assigned by law, custom, convention, and ceremonial. As visionaries, they question, expose, critique and redefine the central values of culture.

Pharmakos, "human scapegoat" or "sacrificial slave" derives from the same root, but changing the scapegoat doesn't change anything real. We are all victims. In Latin, victima, is a beast of sacrifice, a consecrated animal. Psychotherapy replaces the scapegoat with mind-numbing catharsis, a form of self-sacrifice, for purification and emotional purgation. Transmodern scapegoating takes place in the virtuality - first-person shooter games.

Pharmakeus means druggist, poisoner and by extension, wizard, magician, trickster or sorcerer, initiator -- the spellbinding shaman/healer. Shamanism is medicine for the imagination using tricks or techniques to alter perception. Defense mechanisms include denial, acting out, fantasy, dissociation, idealization, intellectualization, isolation, projection, rationalization, repression, and somatization. All can be corrected by creative self-help and self-regulation -- becoming your own shaman or alchemist.

Culture Hero-Trickster

The psychotherapeutic approach to healing essentially represents order (through chaos). The shamanic approach represents chaos, often including trance, drugs, adventure and spiritual power plays. These worldviews seem divided but the true nature of reality is dynamic interplay of chaos and order. The healer is also an eternal Trickster. And the Trickster entraps by controlling perceptions, guiding the collective vision of emergent worldviews.

Soft-core brainwashing is so subliminal most people don't recognize it. Nor do they recognize covert pressures hiding in plain sight. You can't really fight this hydra-headed monster and you can't flee the mindbending 'No Exit' game with a geographic or mental escape. They want you to escape into the virtuality and leave the 'real' world to them. If you withdraw into the virtuality you are no longer a protagonist in the social setting.

A state of criticality (SOC) is the governing dynamical mechanism. Various kinds of systems can be engineered into a critical state, by fine-tuning the parameters. Kindling changes can lead to cascades of morphing dynamics, avalanches of consequences. Though the 'edge' can be a horizon of creativity, chain reactions and catastrophic collapse are also possible.

Instead of inhabiting the United States, we are plunged into the bizarro world of imposed trance-states -- the Uninvited States of America. Whether on the Left or the Right, we are played against one another in the social construction of reality (totalitarian environment) with indirect suggestion, political and religious cliches and milieu control.

We fear the results of forced choices. Loss of biometric identifiers, self-reliance, house, job, credit cards, bank account, driver's license, spouse, family is for the most part equated with death -- or worse -- irrelevance. You must obey the doctrine or lose your personal identity which was created for you and will be stripped away. So don't question too much; just follow along.

Self-care and self-regulation are your frontlines of defense in the fight for your liberty and human rights. In the culture at large, therapeutic authority has transformed personal and group relations in family, work, school, hospital, office, media, government and military. While it has taught us "better" communication, it has undermined traditional roles. Stories we consistently tell ourselves determine our reality. But, culture is articulated by subversive innovation.

Do It Yourself mind control helps you create a reality from your experience, made of symbols weighted by metaphors. All communication is hypnotic. NLP demonstrates how even casual conversation can be loaded with sleight of mouth, cues, "embedded commands," suggestive language patterns. Parallel realities, triggers and anchors, time binds, illusory choice, submodalities, persuasion and psychological drivers can be manipulated. You can recalibrate your own mind, instead of succumbing to injected programming.

The collective will of the people has been undercut with "shock and awe," frustration and demoralization. Tavistock first fed us illusions as stepping-stones before weaning us on disillusion, exemplified in lowered expectations, healthcare debates and a failing greenback. Positive and negative reinforcement include "the takeaway," turning dreams into pipe dreams and mystical manipulation. But we can always create new dreams for a new era.

Even though its agenda has jumped the boundaries of its parent organization, Tavistock has seeded chaos leading to the death of an outworn post-industrial mindset, clearing the stage for a transmodern information society with a distinctly fascist tone. Or, perhaps, as chaos theory suggests, something entirely new and wonderful will emerge from the most creative sector of society. That future is still in our hands.

Preface ~

It is a joy for me to give my testimony to the magnificent fulfillment of our great friend, Roger Caro.

Never was such an arduous task executed with so much patience, tenacity, sureness, and competence.

A Puzzle constituted by 40 loose color photographs, disordered and without caption, was solved and commented upon with mastery. This was a titanic undertaking, for to restore the correct order it was first necessary to learn the secrets of the Magistry --- at least in theory; for who wouldn’t be astounded by the superb result obtained when one has before one’s eyes Pleiade Alchimique, and above all the 508 quotations contained in Concordances Alchimiques, which places all the valid authors, both ancient and modern, in parallel, phase by phase, thus placing the Great Work in a favorable light.

All of the preceding demonstrates a rare hermetic knowledge. Consequently, how would Our Order have been able to remain indifferent before such an unselfish work? So it is with one accord that our Supreme Council --- upon my request --- permits you to publish the Complete Great Work Photographed.

These photographs, which were formerly taken by our deceased and much-missed son, Kamala-Jnana, during the course of an alchemical experiment at Ajunta, could only be published by you, my dear Grand master. Also, do not stop yourself because of financial or other considerations. Go ahead, you have the faith, you have the knowledge, you know what must be done to succeed. Go then, and continued to sow the good seed. Don’t let yourself stop for anything, and remember always that God accords success only to his predestined --- the others, the complicated, will have eyes which don’t know how to see and ears which don’t know how to hear.

That these photographs and their commentaries touch as many of the chosen as possible is my most fraternal wish. Seekers can be delayed no longer, for you have said all, written all, and shown all.

Introduction ~

We will surprise no one by saying that a great number of seekers have asked us for the photographs which should illustrate the Siphra Di Tzeniutha. These 40 pictures, announced at the end of the Dictionary of Alchemical Philosophy by Kamala-Jnana, fascinate the adepts of the Great Art. Today, placed in chronological order, they are a true feast for the eyes of an Alchemist; a symphony of colors marking now the dry way of the Great Work, for what a job to regroup and methodically reorder this heap of scattered films, and give each of these a caption both valuable and audible to the Children of Light.

Well, all that is no more than the past, a dark past, with neither glory or fame; a past made of sleepless nights, or of sleep troubled by a thought always in perpetual motion. This past lasted from 1961 to 1967 --- six years of researches and readings --- but in 9 months (thanks to our cards and notes) we had done all the spadework. Still, the light should illuminate the details only a great many months after, and progressively.

Today everything is in order. A college of 20 adepts, under the chairmanship of the venerable Imperator of the FAR+C, has willingly given its unanimous consent to the appearance of the present work -- certainly a modest one given its bulk and the number of its pages, but so great and weighty with information.

May the Alchemical Temple of Ajunta see here our fraternal gratitude, for sincere seekers will find (thanks to this approbatur) a new source of information to master and in which to rejoice. What does it matter to us that a color plate (like those contained in the Dictionary) costs 75,000 old Francs altogether, and that there be 43 in the present work, since the hour is come to reveal that which is hidden.

This sovereign R+C missionary of 83 years (younger and more active than many young people) has said to us, "Go forward, do not let anything stop you". His wish is an old order. The Complete Great Work Photographed is off the presses. May heaven thus accord its graces to the future 250 possessors of these plates. That too is our dearest wish.

Ancient Human Metropolis Found in Africa

They have always been there. People noticed them before. But no one could remember who made them -- or why? Until just recently, no one even knew how many there were. Now they are everywhere -- thousands -- no, hundreds of thousands of them! And the story they tell is the most important story of humanity. But it's one we might not be prepared to hear.

Something amazing has been discovered in an area of South Africa, about 150 miles inland, west of the port of Maputo. It is the remains of a huge metropolis that measures, in conservative estimates, about 1500 square miles. It's part of an even larger community that is about 10,000 square miles and appears to have been constructed -- are you ready -- from 160,000 to 200,000 BCE!

The image [top of page] is a close-up view of just a few hundred meters of the landscape taken from google-earth. The region is somewhat remote and the "circles" have often been encountered by local farmers who assumed they were made by some indigenous people in the past. But, oddly, no one ever bothered to inquire about who could have made them or how old they were.

This changed when researcher and author, Michael Tellinger, teamed up with Johan Heine, a local fireman and pilot who had been looking at these ruins from his years flying over the region. Heine had the unique advantage to see the number and extent of these strange stone foundations and knew that their significance was not being appreciated.

"When Johan first introduced me to the ancient stone ruins of southern Africa, I had no idea of the incredible discoveries we would make in the year or two that followed. The photographs, artifacts and evidence we have accumulated points unquestionably to a lost and never-before-seen civilization that predates all others -- not by just a few hundred years, or a few thousand years... but many thousands of years. These discoveries are so staggering that they will not be easily digested by the mainstream historical and archaeological fraternity, as we have already experienced.
