Initiation to Tribal Fusion Course by Morgana, Madrid, Spain

English: Though I've already danced Tribal Fusion on some shows, I wanted to receive some lessons from Morgana because I've learned this by myself and I wanted to correct everything I could have gotten wrong. Madrid is 8 hours bus trip from my city, this was an exhausting trip and we only went there for the course and for spending all our money on belly-dance shops.. such beautiful things we saw! we tried sooo many of them!! The course were just 3 hours, but quite good. Besides correcting some steps, we learned one coreography, quite unique. Morgana's Academy is called "Las Nieblas de Avalon" (Avalon's Mist http://www.nieblasdeavalon.com/).. is the most beautiful I've ever seen, it has enough place for classes and lots of decoration, bazar and tea-shop... was so great being there!!! Here's a picture of me and Morgana ------------------------------------------------------- Español: Curso de Iniciación al Tribal Fusion por Morgana en Madrid, España Aunque ya he bailado Fusión Tribal en algunos espectaculos he querido dar clases con Morgana porque he apredido autodidacticamente y quería corregirme. Madrid esta a 8 horas en bus desde mi ciudad, el viaje fue agotador y solo estuvimos para el curso y para gastarnos el dinero en las tiendas de vestaurio de Danza del Vientre...¡qué de cosas bonitas vimos! ¡Nos hartamos de probarnos! El curso de Morgana eran solo 3 horas, pero fueron muy buenas. Además de corregirme pasos, aprendimos una coreografía distinta y curiosa. La Academia de Morgana se llama "Las Nieblas de Avalón" (http://www.nieblasdeavalon.com/) es la más bonita que he visto jamás, tiene sitio para las clases con mucha decoración, bazar y tetería...¡fue genial estar allí! English: A trip to Sevilla is quite short from my city (Cádiz), so it was a quick nice trip. I went there with my group, Raqs al-Hilal, to have lessons with this fantastic dancer. If you feel curious, visit his website, because in addition of being good teacher/dancer, he's quite handsome www.zuel.ws Intensive lessons, interesting and quite good. We learned both thery and practical, and he taught us one coreography with rod, .. the most beautiful and funny I've ever seen till now! English - Español We went Noûr, Ariel Aixa and me to the course at Malaga Munique Neith gave and also to see the show on Saturday.. and we end as substites for a great dancer from Malaga on the tea-shop "El Harem". We performed the opening song on the show of the University, and the Noûr made them fall in love with her Tabi Tabi and after this, I danced for first time Aahat de Wael Kfouri.. in the middle of the song it gave me a pain on my back and I could hardly move,, hope nobody would notice this... Then Ariel Aixa performed a very funny song by Hakim with double veil.. she's the queen of veils! There was a break and Noûr and me went out with our Tribal style duo.. *sighs*.. I love dancing it.. Then Ariel Aixa stole all the clapping from the audience with Hüp by Tarkan and we ended the 3 of us with a percusion one haha After this we took a guy out for dancing on his birthday and we finished taking everybody to dance with the theme "Será Será" by Shakira. The whole tea-shop ended so happy with us that they paid us even more than to her usual dancer and invited us to come more times and to have some "moruno" tea. In the public, there was a boy from Morroco that played so nice darbuka and we were doing some improvisation with him... This was the most magical thing of that night -------------------------------------------------------- Fuímos Noûr, Ariel Aixa y yo a Málaga al curso de Munique Neith y a ver si gala el Sábado...y acabamos sustituyendo a una gran bailarina de Málaga en la TeteríaEl Harém. Hicimos la canción de presentación del especataculo de la Universidad, después Noûr les enamoro con su Tabi Tabi y después salí yo bailando por primera vez Aahat de Wael Kfouri...en media canción me dio un dolor en la espalda y apenas me pude mover...espero que nadie lo notara. Después salio Ariel Aixa con una canción muy graciosa de Hakim con doble velo...¡es la reina del velo!. Hubo un descanso y ya salimos Noûr y yo con nuestro dúo de Estilo Tribal...ay...qué me gusta bailarlo. Luego Ariel Aixa se llevo todos los aplausos con Hüp de Tarkan y acabamos las 3 con una percusión jaja Luego sacamos a un chico a bailar por su cumpleaños y terminamos sacando a todo el mundo a bailar con el tema Será Será de Shakira. La tetería acabo tan encantados con nosotros que nos pago más que a su bailarina habitual y nos invito a venir más veces más té moruno. En el publico, había un chico de Marruecos que tocaba de vicio el darbuka y estuvimos improvisando con él. Fue lo más mágico de la noche.

English - Español English: I love Munique, everytime I have a chance I go to wherever she gives a course. this time it will be in Malaga, 5 hours trip by train from my city, Cadiz This course was Advance level of elements management: Rod and Sabre, ondulation and accents for the Baladi... and hips techincs for percusion solo II I also enjoyed the show they gave on saturday night where, apart from Munique Neith, I fell in love with the Kayra's dances and I enjoyed with Mor, Esalim and their pupils. I'm willing to have classes again with Munique.. and also see her dancing soon!! --------------------------------------- Español: Me encanta Munique, cada vez que tengo oportunidad voy a donde de un curso Esta vez era en Málaga, a 5 horas en tren de mi ciudad, Cádiz El curso era Nivel Avanzado de Manejo de elementos: bastón y Sable Ondulaciones y Acentos Para el Baladi Y técnicas de caderas para solos de percusion II Tambien disfrute del espectaculo que dieron el Sábado por la noche donde además de bailar Munique Neith, me enamoré del baile de Kayra y disfrute con Mor, Esalim y sus alumnas entre otras. Espero volver a dar clases con Munique y verla bailar muy pronto.

- English and Español - English: It has been 2 months since we started with the rehearsal.. already!! time goes by like flyining!! and even quicker was the exhibition! Here we are all that participate with the organizaers, though there are Juanjo and Isaac missing (they were in charge of music and lights) Thank you so much for making this possible!!! I really enjoyed it and have quite a lot of fun... and I felt quite nice with myself.. Thanks to Mauri and Mapashefor taking care of cameras! Thanks to Robert, a Jose, Anabeland Noelia for coming to see us!!! And thanks a lot to Noûr and Aixa Ariel for teaching me to dance and for being my partners!! And Special Thanks for Ivan!!! Thanks all of you people!! PS: Next update... 22th May, Monday Night in "El Harem" (Málaga, Spain) ------------------------------------------------------ Español: Ya han pasado 2 meses desde que empezamos a ensayar...ha pasado volando! Y más rápido paso la exhibición! Aquí estamos tod@s los que colaboramos con los organizadores, aunque faltan Juanjo e Issac que se ocuparon de la música y las luces. ¡¡Muchas Gracias a todos por hacer que esto fuera posible!! English: Yes, Yes, Yes!!! It was wonderful to receive classes from the people that I admire!!! I never thought that one day i would be able to learn from 2 of the BDSS! From Kaeshi I learned silk veil!!! It was wonderful!!! I learned a lot!!! From Nigma I got a pretty coreography!!! And from Tamallyn, full of charms and kindess person; the iranian rhythms applied to the arabian style. What a shame that the show was canceled, i would have paid with my live just for see them dancing. --------------------------------------------------- Español: ¡¡Sí, sí, sí!! ¡¡Fue maravilloso poder recibir clases de las personas que admiras!! Jamás creí que pudiera recibir clases con 2 de las BDSS!!! De Kaeshi recibí clases de velo de seda...¡¡fue maravilloso!! Aprendí muchísimo! De Nigma una preciosa coreografía! Y de Tamallyn, una persona llena de encantos y gracía, los ritmos iranies pasados al arabe. La pena es que se cancelara el espectaculo...habría pagado con mi vida por verlas bailar.

I am Isabel and i'am from Cadiz, Spain. In my tribe, i am going to talk about my start and progress on Belly Dancing (All my Belly Dancing History). I am a BDSS fan, they inspire me a lot and I fell in love with Tribal Fusion from the very moment I saw Rachel Brice and Sharon Kihara... and since then, I am trying to learn Tribal Fusion. I am a Shakira (the singer) fan too. She has been my first Belly Dancing master when i try to imitate her choreographies of "Suerte"("WW") and "Ojos así"("Eyes like yours"), I love her!
