Well its 2:34 AM and I’m wide awake. I can’t fall asleep. I had some warm milk, that didnt help. I didn’t eat less than 3 hours before my intended sleeptime target of 11:30pm. Why can’t I fall asleep. This is actually a daily occurance for me and I’m tired.
