A day in the life

   Tue, June 7, 2005 - 6:15 PM
Everyday is the most incredible day ever! My experiences on this planet and in this body have defined who I am....until now. I am losing all ideas and concepts about who I am and what life is about. I am reinventing myself. This profile and all that goes with it will be constantly evolving as I evolve.

Meditating and doing yoga in the early mornings are my favorite way to start the day. Then maybe a smoothie and some Noni and lots of superfoods.

Normally I go out with my beautiful fairy companion and partner or I invite some friends from the Tribe. Always we have a great time.

Since the NW is filled with so many fun things to do outdoors, I always try and spend as much time in nature as possible. The fact is I am a proud tree hugger and will always be such. These days the challenge is trying not to be attached to the fact that our planet and these beautiful trees are being destroyed. I am trying to see that everything is perfect and just is part of the divine master plan. Destiny is unfolding right in front of our eyes.

If it is not sunny then I will do some work around the office or home on the many different projects I have going. There is always something to do. I love my work so for me I just keep busy all day long even if the business involves sitting in absolute silence and stillness while meditating or doing yoga. Sometimes I just like to be lazy and take naps, watch movies and curl up with my sweetie.

I start eating in the early afternoon and it normally will be the yummiest, most organic, living, loving food possible. Sometimes I eat cooked food though (rarely), but usually for dinner and always organic. I have been a conscious vegetarian for over 12 years and I don't eat animals as I love them too much.

Around the late afternoon I will start thinking about the evenings projects. Or maybe I will just watch a movie and have some yummy food with my sweetie.

I don't usually sleep much, especially when I am doing alot of yoga. I do love snuggling though ;)

This is a day in the life when I am in Portland. Of course I do travel alot so life is always changing. I feel so blessed to have lived such a full life already at such an early age. Now I feel like staying in America for awhile and reconnecting with the Tribe. I feel that I have alot of work here to do especially with live foods, intentional community and healing.

This is why I support Tribe.net and I plan on utilizing this resource, and all the abundance it brings, in the future.
