Only then can we see the way to the end to conflict If we see them as seperate as us - as someone that we must overpower- then we are teaching war Only when we travel into the depths of ourselves and are faced with the reality that we are them can we make any progress in the world

My secret obessing over becoming a celebrity and the hope of all that it would bring - the attention - the adoration - is really fading. It struck me the other day that if I were to really focus in on appreciating the gifts I already have I would realize that I have more then enough love in my life right in this momment! This night is filled with parties but I am here in my cozy temple, candles lite, gernium oil burning in the diffuiser, the cat asleep on my lap, here I am recentering, soaking in the stillness, preparing for a hot bath with salts filled with things of the sea, then lunar yoga - and drifting into sleep on the flannel dragonfly sheets
