This fall, Rob and I spent almost a month in Europe for pleasure as well as business. First was Istanbul to visit our dear friends Ladi & Eliot. Then Rob had to attend some meetings in Paris. After that, we met up with Roy, Kristen and Greta for an amazing adventure in the Peloponnesian region of Greece.

Last night was my first ever visit to the Parkway Theater in Oakland, CA and it was glorious. Couches, comfy chairs, little side tables and staff that will bring you booze & noshies. Watching movies any other way is just stupid.

Had the fabulous opportunity to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta and see our friends get hitched. They rented a beautiful hillside 4-story Villa for the entire wedding party - about 30 people. It had a waterfall pool, huge community area/kitchen/bar/dining room, and a rooftop sundeck/bar/dining area. Saw the movie yesterday and was not disappointed! Even though they used some famous voice talent it wasn't too distracting. Good story, great claymation and smashing characters.

The Belt 10am - 4pm
How to draft a custom master belt pattern and design subsequent belt forms using said pattern. Demonstration of how to cover a belt form with fabric and embellish it with various notions, trims, etc. using detailed step-by-step instruction and examples of works in progress. All raw materials necessary to make your master belt pattern and very first belt form will be provided at the workshop. (approx. 5 hrs. w/1 hr. lunch break) 4 people min. - 8 people max.
The Bra 4pm - 6pm
How to select the right bra (tips and advice from a bra-fit consultant). Demonstration of how to cover a bra with fabric and embellish it with various notions, trims, coins, etc. using detailed step-by-step instruction and examples of works in progress. (approx. 2 hrs.) 4 people min. - 8 people max.
NOTE: I will be using leftover scraps from my assuit skirt to cover a black bra and belt as examples.
