I am Metatron. I have been asked to serve by dictating information that will assist you in moving through the transitions that are ahead for the planet and all life on the planet during the ascension. This planet, and all species of life on the planet are in the process of ascension. Ascension means that all first and second dimensional life forms will "move up" to third dimensional life forms. Humans, or third dimensional life forms, will graduate to either fourth dimensional worlds or fifth dimensional oneness depending on their level of evolution and their intent. The ascension is occurring now as a step by step progression, and will continue one way or another, for that is the will of all. Normally, planets and the species of life incarnate on the planet are ascended via cataclysmic disasters that usher in a death-resurrection cycle.

In this cycle, as was demonstrated by Christ, disasters create planetary death. Because this is the way ascension usually occurs, it is known and understood very well at the level of the Universal Mind. That is why, since ancient times, there have been prophecies of terrible destruction to occur at end times. The resurrection cycle is the ascension, where all life begins anew, at a new level of consciousness in a higher dimensional world. This does not mean reincarnation, for that carries the concept of Karma with it, and before ascension can become a probability, all Karma must be cleared. It does not mean existence only as a spirit in celestial worlds, ascension is also physical. As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being. This being is a perfected being of light, in a physical body of light. This ascension progression actually began thousands of years ago, with the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. The story of Moses leading his people out of bondage is a metaphor for the ascension progression. The incarnation of Jesus was a major turning point for the process because as an Avatar, Jesus was capable of taking on the "sins" or Karma of all humans and transmuting that energy to light. Because of his redemption, a gentle ascension became possible. This ascension, evolves through a series of steps, until a state as a light being becomes possible. The redemption of Christ was the beginning step of the Light Body progression. This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete. Light Body was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after Harmonic Convergence. It is an experiment because an ascension has never been attempted this way. This method, both a graduated increase of light within the physical bodies of all life forms and the planet and an increase in the vibratory level, has never been attempted before in ANY ascending universe. There are theories within the Universal Mind about how that process will work out, but at times the results have differed from the anticipated. In these cases revisions are made. As a foundation for the information I will give later, I must explain the Light Body progression to you. You must understand this process first at a personal level. This personal level is how Light Body will affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. Then I will give information on how Light Body will affect the planet and how it will affect the structures of your society. I consider the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body to be that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your higher self, and happens concurrently with the physical process. This merging is created by a series of descensions of spirit, which are timed by the amount of light you are holding within your cells. The amount of light held by the physical cells is keyed to the level of Light Body, and the higher the level, the less dense the body. The more light you hold in your physical body, the greater the level of spirit you can contain within the body. Toward the end of the Light Body process, just proceeding the shift into ascension, you will merge completely with your Higher Self. The descensions of spirit are the mechanisms used to bring in, or turn on, the spiritual gifts of the masters. Light Body has twelve levels or steps, and as each step is completed the changes that have occurred physically must be integrated in all areas of the life and the spirit. Light Body is designed to bring up all your human issues as you progress, and each higher level brings up a deeper layer to the issues than the layer before it. This is to assist you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As the issues emerge, you have the choice to allow Christ's redemption to transmute it for you - or to clear it using the light technologies that have become available over the past two decades (N.L.P., bodywork, rebirthing, body electronics, etc.). There is a void space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and it may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness. This void is to be used as a rest stop before you continue your journey. This void is an energetic place where nothing exists, and you are able to build a new picture of yourself and your life before you move to the next step. The void is an integration chamber, or perhaps I could describe it as a cocoon, where you can rest and form the beautiful butterfly you are to become in your next step. The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular spiritual awakenings interspersed with the physical, mental and emotional changes. From seventh level through tenth level Light Body the progress changes and is focused on one area of your experience at a time. For example, in seventh level most of you experienced your first descension of spirit, and a noticeable spiritual awakening with it. You may have manifested clairvoyance, clairaudience, or a kinesthetic awareness of energy with the awakening. I am discussing this level in the past tense, because currently the planet is shifting into the beginning of ninth level. It is a very painful experience to be at a lower vibratory rate than the planet you exist on, which is the case for those who are below eighth level. Because you are reading this article, I am certain you would be somewhere between the void of late eighth level, to eleventh level in the Light Body progression. You would not have an interest in spiritually oriented literature if you were in the lower levels.

Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that you caught a cold once a month. Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways for light are turned on and the pineal gland becomes activated. You may have earaches as your hearing structures are rewired to decode light transmissions, and excessive perspiration or diarrhea as you drop density from the cells of your body. One perspective on these changes is that you are adding a third physical strand to your DNA. For some, the body may resist the density drop because of the descensions of spirit. A symptom of that resistance is weight gain. Human bodies have a tendency to try to cope with descensions by becoming bigger to contain the spiritual mass coming into it. The only effective way to stop the weight gain once it has started, is physical exercise. I mean very hard exercise such as weight lifting, bicycling, running, or swimming. The exercise must be sufficient to begin building muscle mass. Creating muscle mass will protect your nervous system, for the energies coming in with each descension is much stronger than your nervous system is accustomed to. Adipose tissue cannot protect the nervous system as muscle does by accepting the overflow from the nervous system. Adipose tissue will "fry" as these energies overflow, and the result is damage to the insulin receptors within the cells.

This throws the metabolism out of balance, and the result is weight gain. The muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload from the nervous system, and will convince the body consciousness that it is "big enough" to hold the spirit. You may begin to notice flashing colors on your inner screen, geometric equations moving through your mind, or hear a hum. This is the beginning of the translation facility, and will allow you to turn light code into cognitive understanding and comprehension. The grids around the planet constantly transmit messages to the life forms incarnate on the planet. These messages come through in a form called light packets, and are coded. I call it "light code". This information must be "decoded" or converted to conscious thought, so you can understand it and use it in your life. These messages are designed to give instruction, and to explain what is occurring energetically at the higher dimensional frequencies. If you are a sensitive who can hear the hum, please acknowledge this to your guides. They are trying to assist you to get the light code transmissions, but they cannot verify that you hear it unless you respond. Your guides will try to assist you by turning up the volume and frequency of the audible light code until they see a response from you. The light code as a hum, can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable. If you are experiencing this symptom, "ask" your guides to turn down the volume and calibrate the frequency so it will not be irritating or debilitating for you. These eighth level changes can take up to two years for a human. It has taken three years for the planet. Ninth level is about integrating the spiritual changes from seventh level and the physical changes of eighth into your physical life. In ninth level, relationships are your focus, for it is through relationships that you test yourself and the changes that have been wrought within you. You may find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships end during this phase. You may also find that your work in the world changes as you integrate your new identity. The void of ninth level Light Body can be very painful, for after so much focus on relationships, this void requires you to ultimately be alone with yourself. After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have, is it not? Ninth level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive descensions, giving you yet another relationship to integrate as a part of your process. At the beginning of tenth level, life feels new, and you may feel newly born and very tender. Tenth level is the beginning of the spiritual awakening that will lead to your mastery of the abilities that mark the spiritual masters and adepts. These abilities, or gifts of the spirit, will become stronger as you become energetically clearer. In tenth level the focus will be on manifesting these spiritual gifts, and then integrating the gifts fully so they are usable in your physical, everyday life. Your greatest natural spiritual gift will be the first to manifest in tenth level, and your other gifts of the spirit will open later in a gradual way. You will be required to live by your spiritual gifts. If you are clairvoyant, for example, you must make decisions by what you perceive clairvoyantly - not by what you perceive physically. Your clairvoyance will literally overtake your physical sight during tenth level. You may notice one day that you are very clearly seeing three curbs and sidewalks. Deciding where to place your foot may be very confusing. You will be seeing the physical curb and sidewalk, the etheric curb and sidewalk, and the fourth dimensional curb and sidewalk. If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you will know where to step. If you use the physical sense of sight you may trip a few times in a public place. Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created. The only difference between an avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy "locked-up" in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs and thoughts in the mental body. The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar's subtle bodies, is stored in the spiritual body. For a master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended. The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed. This leaves an Avatar's energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality. Eleventh level of Light Body is a natural progression from tenth, and many times the transition is so easy, the shift isn't noticed. The spiritual abilities continue to grow, and the physical body begins to change in appearance. Your physical body becomes luminous, glowing, and appears very beautiful. You might have friends and acquaintances suddenly remarking that you look younger, or that you have changed in some way that is indefinable. Eleventh level brings deeper levels of processing on your emotional issues. At this level you must deal with all your beliefs and thought forms around death and loss. You might create disillusionment, or even find you are creating your deepest fears within your physical life so you can clear them completely by experiencing them. Any stored energy held in the emotional or mental body after tenth level is completed must be released to the spiritual body in eleventh level. If you do not deal with those issues while you are in tenth level, you will manifest them in your lives within the eleventh. But, you truly have nothing to fear but fear itself when you are at eleventh level Light Body.

It is marked by the movement of the Merkabah into the heart center of your body. The Merkabah can most easily be described as a golden ball of light. It is the vehicle of your ascension, and a major initiation for you when it happens. That event is the beginning of your personal ascension into a fifth dimensional world of oneness. The ascension can occur at an individual level, it can occur within a group, or it will occur as a part of the collective experience. You will ascend when you are ready, whether you do it alone, as a part of a group, or as a part of the planetary shift yet to come. There is not a period for the ascension in any way. At an individual level there are ascensions occurring daily. This year, 1995, is the first year since Harmonic Convergence where the energy has been available for the shift into a fifth dimensional consciousness while in a physical body. There are many beings, who are incarnate because they have volunteered to serve by testing the Light Body experiment. They are the first ones to move into ascension. For the rest of you, the Light Body program will continue until you are ready, and then you will shift. Ascension is a very simple thing. It is a change that occurs in an instant, but you are still here.

The sun will still shine and the stars will still twinkle. The difference is Joy, your ability to live joy and to feel joy. The easiest way to verify that ascension has happened is to note the quality of joy in a person's life. The beginning of the ascension is when a person begins living life by creating their fantasies as their reality. I, Metatron can define JOY as Samadhi, ecstasy, or rapture. It is that state of oneness with God. It can also be defined as your center or being on your center. That clear space you can achieve in meditation where energy is flowing and you feel that absolute cosmic oneness with all. Whatever brings you pleasure or feelings of lightness, and whatever you would define as joy, is a pathway to that state. If you are working as a part of a spiritual group, you will experience a series of faster shifts in your processing. When one member of your group notices the embodiment of the Merkabah, you all will have received it, and will soon become aware of it also. The individual members may not have noticed this occurring at first, but at least one member of the group was ready for it, and as a result the entire group will get the benefit. A group working on ascension has a tremendous advantage because fifth dimensional consciousness is a consciousness of "oneness" or in other words, the group is one. Working with a group creates enormous synergistic energy, where each of you is far more powerful than you would be if you were alone. It also gives each member a chance to learn to relate both as individuals, and from oneness within the group. This is an essential fifth dimensional consciousness shift that everyone must make. As individuals and groups focus on ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy. As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency. The mass ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this dimensional universe, free agency is divine law. When the majority of you are living from joy, the planetary experience will have moved into a world of love and oneness. When the majority of you have given up the game of polarity because you have learned all you could, and have by your own choices moved into joy and oneness, the mass ascension will occur. Until that time comes, and it will, the Light Body progression will continue. The ascension will take as long as it takes, and humanity as a collective group, in the end, decides the timing of the great event. Free agency cannot be tampered with, not even for the highest of purposes, not even to create the ascension. The point I wish to make with this information is that the greatest way each of you can serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet, and to serve yourselves is to create your lives as masterpieces of joy. Be ruthless in evaluating your lives, and clear everything that does not bring you joy. Let go of old emotions and old issues, for they are consuming the energy you could be feeling joy with. If you focus on this as the entire process, and focus on learning to live from joy as your path of initiation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be. You will assist everyone you meet, by your very presence, and you will be anchoring the energies of joy for the planet as well, to assist her in birthing a new level of manifestation for all. This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of joy makes the ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for his life. Live life as a masterpiece of JOY. The planetary changes that have been prophesied for these times you are living in are frightening for many. Since you have nothing to fear but fear, I will bring forth information about how the Light Body process has changed the probable future for the planet. I have described the process for you as it affects your physical self and your personal life. I will now explain how Light Body impacts the planet, for the planet is physical, and the entire basis for sustenance of your physical life. As you become a being of light the planet also changes. The planet is becoming a sphere of crystal and light. When the Light Body experiment began in 1988, the planet was shifted into third level Light Body. The planet shifted into a higher level each year after; fourth level in 1989, fifth level in 1990, and sixth level in 1991. The planet entered seventh level on Jan. 11, 1992 with the 11:11 gateway, and remained there until the next gateway opening which was 5/5/92. This gateway initiated the beginning of eighth level Light Body for the planetary process, and with that level of Light Body, earth changes were most probable. Planetary shifts have always been ushered in by a series of technologies I call gateways. Gateways are energetic conduits opened from a higher dimensional universe to this one. These conduits bring through the energies necessary to pattern mass consciousness, change planetary vibrations, and to change dimensional frequencies. A gateway requires the assistance of the space brothers and many beings on higher dimensional frequencies to create it and to refine the energies for the specified purpose. The purpose of a gateway, and its timing is the domain of the Light Councils, or Karmic Board, and the Great White Brotherhood. These councils oversee the progress, and assist when needed. The 5/5/92 gateway purposes were to forestall probabilities around cataclysmic disasters, which were most likely as the planet began losing density. The greatest probable disaster was a pole shift. The 5/5/92 gateway began the shift between the in breath of God and the out breath of God. The shift between an expanding Universe and a contracting Universe. This gateway, 5/5/92, signaled the still time between the two directions. This still time continues until 2012 when the exhalation begins. This physical Universe has been expanding, fragmenting out into individuation. When the contraction begins it is the merging of the fragments into oneness.

As this gateway signaled a change in energetic direction, it was an appropriate gateway to use in shifting the grid structure around the planet. The etheric grid around the planet creates a blueprint for the ley lines, or energy rivers, within the planet. The grid is an energy organ of the planet, and can be compared to the nervous system inside and outside your body. The grids are structured and programmed for specific purposes at specific times, and they are changed regularly. Since the time of Atlantis, the grids for economic power were located over the Western Hemisphere, and the grids for spiritual power were located over the Eastern Hemisphere, but were dormant. These grids were turned on with the beginning of colonization of the New World. These grids were "flipped" or shifted, from East to West. This means that since May 5, 1992 the grids for spiritual power have been located over the western hemisphere. The grid shift represents an energetic reversal and it is equivalent to a pole shift, but without the physical shift. This was an absolutely necessary change, because the planet and every form of life on the planet had to change directions energetically, because the universal flow of energies changed.

The shift in energetic direction would have created the pole shift on Earth (within the physical) within a three month period if the grid shift hadn't been accomplished. The grid shift created the same energetic structure as a pole shift, but on an energetic level rather than a physical level. The window when cataclysmic disasters were probable was within the nine month period of time after the grid shift. The grid shift was so massive that it took the concerted efforts of many beings to accomplish, incarnate, discarnate, and ascended. The assistance of the ships and space brothers was also required to forestall the potential disasters that were possible at this time. Since the grid shift, the planetary changes were "managed" by these beings to either prevent the disasters, or to time them to prevent as much loss of life as possible. Because the planet has completed eighth level, the possibility for cataclysmic disasters is far less. The fears held by many of you around creating the ascension by a death-resurrection cycle can be let go of, for the probability is that the Light Body progression will continue while the planet remains fairly stable. Is it not easiest to perceive this as the potential, rather than the disasters that have been foretold? This grid shift also sets into motion the last twenty year cycle before other celestial events occur, to mark the contraction of the dimensional universe. This twenty year cycle is one of "do or die" for the Light Body progression as an ascension plan. This grid shift was engineered to aid those who are known as light workers at this time of change, for the grid shift allowed the planetary frequencies to shift upward into what is known as the lower fourth dimensional frequencies. This brought the planetary vibration into what is known as the astral worlds. These worlds are still worlds of polarity and illusion, but they are far less physical. It makes it possible for each of you to begin opening potentials of joy for yourselves, and as you do, the disasters become less probable. Those who are aware and those who are learning to use spiritual power to create in the physical can use the energies from the new grid alignment to create their personal version of "heaven on earth". There were many of you requesting this assistance, for many light workers wanted to be able to precipitate thought into matter. They wanted to be able to levitate objects or themselves. They wanted to have a purse that would never be empty. The heavens have accommodated you in having those abilities in your lives via the dimensional shift created at the grid shift. It brings into potential the possibility, for the grid shift decreased density of matter by at least one third and that makes it much easier for those of you who would use energy or power to create with in the physical. Those who are able, will have an option of not only ascending into fourth dimensional worlds, which you are vibrating at now, but of moving into the fifth dimensional world. The only requirement is that you are capable of reaching that level of vibration, and that quality of joy in your lives. Each of you has a left brain and a right brain, and each half of your brain functions according to its defined purpose. In each of you one sphere of the brain is dominant. As above, so below - the same holds true for the planet. As spiritual awakening progresses in a human, the functioning of the spheres of the brain balance and become equal, the same situation must occur for the planet. The left brain of the planet or the West, and the right brain of the planet or the East must reach a new balance. The East and the West must become equalized in physical life in order for the ascension to progress. One possibility created by this grid shift is to bring the opportunity for spiritual mastery and power to the Western mind, and the bring a new balance of Economic and Political power to the East. The grid shift brings in the probability for complete spiritual empowerment within the western world in this lifetime. There has never been a good model of how to practice spirituality within the Western world. This is why so many of you have adopted Eastern religions - or have immediately shifted into the monastic life when you pursued the spiritual path. This grid will bring about a new kind of spirituality, one that is appropriate for the Western mind and culture. It is important for each of you to know that following the path of the monastic, withdrawing from everyday life, or living the life of the ascetic is no longer appropriate. You must be within the world, and this new spiritual path will bring a balance and a merging between the various areas of your life. You will walk the spiritual path while you live in the world, maintain family life, maintain jobs, and conduct business. All aspects of your daily life will become spiritual. It brings in balance for all those living and working in Eastern hemisphere countries to experience political power and economic well being within this lifetime. That new balance will bring about the Karmic balance necessary to eliminate the polarity that is inherent within third and fourth dimensional worlds. The grid shift affects your body physically by reversing the polarity in your entire body. Most individuals have had time since 1992 to become completely acclimated to the energetic shift. It has fostered a speeding up of the Light Body progression, and of course there are physical side effects of this speed up. It has also literally reversed the electromagnetic field of the planet. This grid shift brought a merging of physical and spiritual within the seven cities of light, which shifted from the Eastern hemisphere to the West. The cities of light each have a master resident within the city, and they are now feeding energy to the localities in the North American continent near their physical location. This is to feed the energies of the masters to the people and waking up the masses. The cities of light are at Mount Rainier, Salt Lake City, Denver, near Stone Mountain Georgia, on the seacoast at Hilton Head, slightly North and West of Detroit on the border of the United States and Canada, and Buffalo New York. As an additional anchor Shamballah has shifted from the East to an area near Baja, and Avalon has shifted to Southern Oklahoma. The seven cities of Gold have been reawakened in the Southwest United States and Northern Mexico, and the gates to the Garden of Eden are now opened in the state of Missouri. In this still space between the inbreath and the outbreath, it is quiet. Because of the quiet of the energy it is possible for each of you to each create for yourselves whatever you wish. The assistance of the energy produced by the cities of light, and the energy transmitted from the masters in those cities it yours. Use it as you will. Quite literally, the light workers have the option to become as ascended masters and to create the change for themselves that is known as translation. The rest of the ascending human life forms will shift from third dimensional awareness to fourth dimensional awareness.

Many have chosen to fear the government, fear the possibility of civil war, or fear losing their freedoms instead of geophysical disasters at this time. I wish to address these fears, and assist you in shifting them with information. Perhaps the best illustration of how this process affects the political structures in your world because of the grid shift is to discourse on what I call the "silent revolution". The silent revolution has been created because of the grid shift, and the silent revolution is just what it sounds like. A revolution which will change the government, political structures, and resolve differences between factions of people once and for all, but it is occurring silently. Silently, without a word spoken, without much debate or disagreement, silently without a war or one shot fired! When the grids for political and economic power were located over the Western hemisphere, most of the energy produced by those grids was "gobbled up" by the United States. There were great technologies in use, at high levels to direct all the energy produced by these grids into United States governmental power.

This supported the evolution of a super government. With this grid shift things have changed. The high level technologies used to direct the energy into government power still exists, except the grids have changed in purpose. These spiritual power grids are bringing a great spiritual awakening and full spiritual empowerment to the people. This will initially begin at governmental levels. Any of you who have awakened the ability to channel energy or to manifest from thought, are the leaders of the silent revolution. Wherever you direct the energy, or thought, is where the changes will first occur. This silent revolution is going to restructure the government of the United States, releasing most of its control to the individual states. The silent revolution will bring about equality for all, restructure taxes, welfare, health care, and bring about a reinterpretation and new understanding of the constitution of the United States. It will realign the government to more clearly reflect the will of the people. Remember the government of the United States is only a manifestation of the collective consciousness of its citizens. The kind and quality of government manifested, is a clear picture of the mass consciousness in this society. That mass consciousness is changing drastically as the silent revolution progresses. As it changes, the government will have no choice but to change as well, for it only reflects what the will of the people truly is. The Silent Revolution is a shift from one set of values to another, by the people. The values of power and winning at all costs are shifting to values of community and joy. Higher levels of consciousness which are necessary to manifest the ascension, either personally or for the collective, will be brought through as a product of the silent revolution. Other changes due to occur as a result of this revolution, will be changes in the way the legal system is administered, changes in economic policy, and changes in other governing decisions, such as those regulating alternative medicine. Policies such as those decisions resulting in secrecy about government projects and research, will be altered, moving toward full disclosure. The greatest changes should be occurring at the 5/5/96 gateway. The energies to support this have been coming in very strongly from the ship, The New Jerusalem, since the 5/5/95 gateway, and will be complete with the May 14, 1996 celebration date. The policy making and governmental changes may not be realigned for some time after. Expect this to be an ongoing experience. It is time for all Americans to understand that their government and their society are clear reflections of how they, as a collective, thinks and what the collective values are. As the inner - so the outer. If each individual makes an effort to clear his energies and begin living his lives as a masterpiece of joy, very rapidly the government will shift to reflect that consciousness. This is called the silent revolution because it is silent, and it is a revolution. It is achieved with energy, not the machinery of war. This affects each of your lives in very personal ways, for the government is a part of your lives every day. For example, issues around taxes deal with your economic well being. Products and services that are available are also at issue. The silent revolution enters your day to day lives because, as a light worker you are empowered. Much responsibility rests on the shoulders of light workers to focus the energy from the grids, and to shift this situation to more adequately reflect a higher consciousness. There are many groups of light workers working with energy to direct the silent revolution, especially those groups that are physically located near the cities of light. Since the Harmonic Convergence there have been many political changes on this planet. Some of them have been for the purposes of bringing about peace - you have experienced the fall of the Berlin wall, the fall of the Soviet Union, and international nuclear disarmament, to name a few events. That is because this is the dawning of the 1,000 years of peace. This society is disarming from without, and it must also disarm from within. As the inner - so the outer. Traditionally, Americans have created stress within the mass consciousness, and individually by creating a "bogey man" in their lives. Throughout cold war, the bogey man from without was the Soviet Union. That bogey man justified the buildup of arms. This "locked up" tremendous amounts of resources of all kinds, not just money, but energy as well. This kept the resources of the world firmly in the control of those who could be called the warlords. This disarmament is necessary, for it redistributes all those resources into other hands and other programs. If there is peace, there is no need for arms. Those resources that went into the arms buildup are now available for other purposes, whether it be education, health, housing, research into alternative energy, it is now available. The American consciousness has not shifted yet, from that of fearing the bogey man. Now, because the outside bogey man has collapsed, and there really is no other that is a match for this country in its great might, the American public has created another bogey man to continue the stress. That is what the collective is used to. It is what the collective has become addicted to, this warlike attitude. That comes because of political and economic power, and the desire to hold that position of supremacy. Also it keeps the economic policy and structures in place that were created with the arrival of the cold war and the arms buildup. There is a great economic incentive to do this, for that is money in the pockets of many who are employed in war related industries. To continue the old agenda of fearing the bogey man, the American public has become convinced that the bogey man they have to fight against is their own government. The difficulty with this is that your government is you! This is a disarming society, and disarming is necessary for peace. The constitution may be reinterpreted, but the rights as granted by the various amendments will not be trampled on, even the second amendment rights will not be modified. Americans will always have the right to own or bear arms. The only question is why would they want to? This is the coming of the millennium, the 1,000 years of peace. Welcome it with open arms! Do not hang on to the old beliefs and structures which were based on fear!

Some political events within this country that have stirred up concerns about the loss of these rights such as the events at Waco, and now the events at Oklahoma City are to bring into the consciousness an evaluation, of what is right or wrong and where is violence justified in society. There does appear to be abuse by government agents, and there also appears to be abuses by those on the other side of the issue as well. In these situations, if you could view these events as a mirroring to everyone of what is within the mass consciousness at the level known as the United States, there is no right or wrong. These events are best used as an illustration of how much violence is in the mass consciousness, and how much enemy patterning is held in the mass consciousness. For that enemy patterning must be processed and released, and that releasing begins individually. The greatest way to release enemy patterning is to move yourself into a space where you believe there are no enemies.

Move yourself into a space where there is no question about the need to protect your rights. Move yourself into the attitude that, yes, you have the absolute right to possess and bear arms, but where would the necessity to use those weapons ever come from? This is a world at peace! This is one of the things that will be shifting drastically in approximately one year as a result of the Silent Revolution. With the shifting in energy the illusion of having enemies will become less and less real, until it no longer exists. Become clear within each of yourselves about how you interpret these violent events, and what they are mirroring for you. Become clear within yourself about how you perceive the need to have arms, and what your values are. Work through these issues on your own level, in your own life, until you can create a perception of an absolutely safe, stable world. For other people in your life, who have concerns and fears about these political issues, assist them by your ability to bring through energy. Facilitate their efforts to process their beliefs, until they can arrive at a place where they are secure and without fear, and have the attitudes that this is the time of peace, let us welcome it. If you can do these things it will be of great assistance in shifting the mass consciousness on these issues. It is of interest that on the macro, people are willing to do away with nuclear arms. Destroy them, dismantle them, make their use illegal. But on a personal level, they will cling so tightly to their own firearms. Divine law is - as the inner, so the outer. It must happen at the personal level first, then it will manifest internationally. If you truly want to outlaw nuclear arms, begin within your own lives. Normally, before the energy realigns itself in a balanced way, the pendulum will swing very far from side to side. The hope is that this issue is just a pendulum swing before the attitudes balance themselves. Other movements you are seeing politically are to create reforms in the Welfare system. These shifts are the result of the gateway that opened one year ago on 6/6/94. That gateway was one of self-empowerment. But along with self-empowerment comes the requirement of self- reliance. This gateway brought through a new model for a self empowered-female. The archetype of the goddess Athena is something each female carries within her consciousness. An activated model of this archetype of an empowered female was beamed through the gateway from the ship Athena. This opened up a remedy for many social ills in the Western world, for how can you have an ascending planet or species, if over one half of the population is in a "less than" position? Many females are treated as less than, earning less than, less opportunity, less education, relegated to welfare, relegated to poor circumstances and unequal opportunities. To change that, females must also step into their power. The energy to support the female is available, and has been since the reawakening of the forces of nature at the 12/21/91 gateway. The changes that are coming into the welfare system, and the revising of it are to enforce the theme of full self-reliance. These changes will be ongoing over the next six years. The females who are a part of the welfare system are those who have contracts with the collective for dependency and support. Those contracts will be completely fulfilled by early 1997, and this completion will mean that these individuals MUST move into their work in the world and full self-empowerment. Their dependency status will no longer be appropriate. Largely, as the majority consciousness shifts in accepting these new ideas and programs everyone will shift. It is similar to the changes in mass consciousness that eradicated polio. Polio was not eliminated by the vaccine, for in reality the vaccine is either ineffective or it will create illness. It was the mass consciousness belief in the vaccine that did away with polio. Because the majority of the population believed they could not get polio, they didn't. Welfare is a similar situation. The "system" that has become the Federal Government has begun breaking down, and will continue to do so. It has peaked as far as structure, and size, and its foundation can no longer support its size. This breaking up process of the government at the Federal level is positively supported by the silent revolution. It is also being created by the individuals looking for a new bogey man. All attitudes eventually work for the highest good of all. That restoration of power to the states is for the highest good of all, and it creates more of an advantage to the individual. There will continue to be shifts with many services being terminated at the Federal level, and responsibility for those services coming from the state level instead. The councils in the higher dimensions view these changes as appropriate. The grid shift no longer energetically supports a large, all-powerful Federal entity. Breaking up that power into smaller chunks, and giving it back to the people at the level of state and local government is appropriate. Of course it reinforces the requirement for self-reliance, and self-empowerment, for there won't be a government program to take care of everything any longer. This breaking up of the Federal entity will reduce government costs, and allow for massive tax restructuring. You may find in the future, that political parties become a thing of the past, as the polarity of opposing ideas disappears into oneness. How soon this will come into physical being is not predictable, but it is a strong probability. Changes in the health care field will be similar to the issues around the arms build up and welfare reform. For this area, has also locked up tremendous resources making the energy unavailable for research into alternative fields, or energy available to eliminate disease. The health care field has reached a peak in what it can provide. It has, of course, priced itself out of the market. The economy can no longer support this expense, and of course the health care system will experience a reversal. You will see drastic revisions coming because of the silent revolution, and yes, these changes will be similar to socialized medicine. The changes supported by the silent revolution will be the changes involved in living from wellness, and the point of view will be that there is no more illness, suffering, or disease.This point of view will be due to the ascension progression. The mass consciousness has already created an attitude change. The mass consciousness perceives traditional medical care as expensive, invasive, and ineffective. Things that were not mentioned except in a metaphysical group seven years ago, are now being broadcast all over the media and are accepted by nearly everyone, even physicians. This is an example of how the process of shifting the mass consciousness can occur quickly.

This planetary process is so vast, so all encompassing, and would not be possible if there was not a United States of America. The founding fathers with their occult knowledge and adeptship, knew exactly what they were creating when this nation was founded on occult emblems and symbols of power. Later, when the constitution evolved, the same type of individual worked to create the constitution. There are no accidents. What is occurring now, is a shift, from one level of being to a higher one, for all these structures. This is all being orchestrated by the Light Body progression. The founding fathers made accommodations in their use of spiritual power for this time, for it was clear to them this time was coming. These times have been predicted by every prophet, seer, and oracle since ancient times. They prophesied about it. You are living it! The major gateway for this year will be 9/9/95. This gateway will bring through the energies of completion. This is the ending cycle for many forms that have evolved within the American life, whether those forms are governmental, economic, or even spiritual. This gateway will begin the dismantling cycle and the ending phase on the personal level as well.
There will be a void, where the old have not completely disappeared, and the new have not yet come into being. As a result of this void, things may be difficult during the three-month phase after the gateway. Each of you who are aware and empowered must focus on filling the void with joy, and shifting the forms of your lives quickly and easily. As you do this, the transitions from the old forms to the new will be traversed quickly and easily by the majority as well. For those of you who are working actively on your own ascension, you are carrying a great burden. That burden is in living impeccably. You cannot create something on the level of the macro (collective) without first bringing it into the micro (personal). As above, so below - that is divine law. You must first create within your own life what you desire in your society, social structure, and country. There are many of you incarnate, with the divine mission to realign the law to more closely resemble divine law. You are here to shift the entire collective around the issues of politics, economics, government, and law. You must use and live by the principles of divine law in your own lives first, before you can bring them through at the mass consciousness level. Create a life without a need for defense or violence, without a need for political polarity, without the need for welfare programs, and without the need for treatment of disease. Create your lives as a world of peace, joy, security, and equality. The outer world will follow your lead. This world you are living in is now a fourth dimensional world - an astral world. It is still a world of polarity, but there is a difference. That polarity is just an illusion! There are stories from every path of initiation about "The Guardian of the Threshold," and most often the Guardian is a terrible monster. When an initiate is developed enough to travel to the astral worlds, the first thing the initiate will encounter is the Guardian. The initiate must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their spiritual path. This is considered a test, and the test must be passed, or the instruction of the master stops. Every Esoteric tradition has it's method of how to deal with the Guardian, and overcome it. The one universal truth about this test, is that the Guardian is you. That terrible demon is an astral apparition of your worst fears. A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion. In every tradition the solution is for the initiate to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome the Guardian. It will just disappear. That is why each spiritual tradition, or path of initiation, has always had a focus on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness, and love. These qualities are the only way you can pierce the illusions of the astral worlds. As in the traditions of old, and in the ascension progression today, the upper dimensional frequencies are not opened to the initiate until this test has been passed. In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is merely repeated until the initiate gets it. This is the best metaphor I can give you to describe the experiences you are having in this dimensional frequency. Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion. If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, the Guardian disappears! The world you experience will recreate itself around your new reality perceptions. The assistance of all the hosts of heaven is available to each of you, but you must ask. We cannot violate your free agency, even to assist you. All the assistance you need to walk through these changes peacefully and joyfully is available to each of you. This information is given to you to assure you that all is well. My role is to shift your fears, to assure you of divine love, and to awaken you to potentials you may have to assist the collective. Each of you has only one responsibility in this lifetime, and that responsibility is for YOUR OWN LIFE. Divine law is As Above - So Below; As the Inner - So the Outer. When you perceive difficulties, enemies, or bogey men, in the outside world around you, look to your inner life for they will exist there as well. If you clear these perceptions from your inner life you will find that magically, your outer life, your experience, and perceptions shift. It is divine law. You can bring about the elimination of polarity very simply - by working on your own life, and that is all each of you are required to do. Go forward and create of your life an absolute masterpiece of joy. The tools are given to you, the power is given to you, and all the assistance and guidance that you could possibly need is available. Each of you must actually DO IT, and as you do it you will transform your world and the larger world as well. You have nothing left to fear but fear itself - for fear is the last great evil that remains in the world. Work on your fear, and eliminate it from your mental body and emotional body, and as you do so you will eliminate it from your life. Fear is the only enemy left, and that enemy is only located within each of you. Blessings to all, for we love you, we honor you, and we only seek to serve each of you. Truly, the great ones are those who are incarnate at this time of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is for each of you to pass the tests of joy.

These are the four basic principles that express the very nature of God and of who you are:

1. Love, 2. Health and Well-Being, 3. Abundance, 4. Creativity.

Universal Laws do not 'govern' you, for there is no external consciousness that has decided that you must adhere to such laws. Rather there are universal principles, somewhat like the laws of physics, that describe the nature of the Universe. The 'laws' in themselves are a description of the nature of things.

LOVE: Love is your greatest longing. You seek to accept and allow. The Universe, or that unifying field of consciousness that you have come to call God, is a benevolent place that operates with equality and fairness, and operates according to universal laws. Love is the complete and total acceptance of what is: it is allowing . . . allowing all others to be who they are, and allowing yourself to be who you are. You are a being of free will, and as such, you are held in a place of total acceptance and allowing. You are dearly loved! By beginning to know that you are loved and accepted beyond all measure, you can begin to master the Universal Laws to create the life you want.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: Health and well-being are your natural states of being. Illness and disease are the result of mass beliefs, or individual beliefs, and the resulting fears that block emotional flow. The original fear that humans carry deep within is the fear that they are separated from their Source and are ultimately alone. Through understanding that your fears are simply that, fears, not reality, you can free yourself from the original cause of illness and disease.

ABUNDANCE: Part of your life's purpose is to move beyond lack, scarcity, and limitation. Although the experience of lack can be valuable in terms of learning certain lessons at certain times, it is not required as a learning tool. Poverty, lack, and scarcity stem directly from your primal fear, the fear that you are separated from your Source. You are the source of your own abundance. Through uncovering your beliefs concerning lack and scarcity, you can begin to create abundance in every area of your life, including financial freedom.

CREATIVITY: Creativity is at the very core of each soul, each person. You are driven to create experience. Creativity is also part of your service to the greater whole. As you create, you discover more of who you are through observing your creation. It is the very nature of the soul to be creative, but many of you have forgotten your creativity by believing that the ways in which you can express yourselves are limited to certain jobs, roles, and functions in life.

The Four Principles of Creation are the governing principles of all life. It is for you to remember that this is who you truly are. Each one of you desires these things, desires to express yourself in these ways:-

1. to live a life filled with love,
2. to experience health and well-being,
3. abundance,
4. and to create freely.

Your soul's purpose, in choosing to come into the physical mode, was to manifest itself through you in harmony with the four principles. As a non-physical being, you exist in perfect harmony with these four principles. You are a vast being, a being of vast consciousness. You are already a master of many dimensions, of many realities.

Coincidence is not a coincidence. It is synchro-destiny. It is allowing self to be in a state where one connects to all the possibilities that one is. There are times we leave ourselves open, but there are deep underlying ego issues that still cloud up the openness.

Synchronicity is an understanding of how nature works and the nature of things. Then to understand energy and learn energy. Only through a understanding of energy will learning come how energy affects our energy fields. Recognize that, Divine intelligence pervades every single atom and sub atomic particle in this universe. Every thing is pervaded with this intelligence.

We are constantly playing hide and seek with our Divinity. There is fear, there is excitement and a thrill, all mixed together. This is how we live our lives. We need to experience what Divinity is! What if divinity 'catches' me? No longer can ego be hidden. We are afraid to attain our dreams. What if they really are true? Dreams make us invincible, and they are so big and ever so real. Nevertheless, we retract. We come out of our dream state and experience, and then again we retract. In the process the various coincidences that come into our lives are lost.

Coincidence means to occur simultaneously, to occur, to cooperate, to be in unison with. Coincidence does not occur randomly. It happens as an incidence. They happen all the time, it is only that miracles elude us. Miracles are considered as great events of great magnitude. It has to be a major earthshaking event to draw our attention. Actually, Miracles are the very smallest of events that happen day in and day out. We just don't see them and if seen then unfortunately it is always in hindsight. We are too busy living in our physical domain.

We need to open ourselves to synchro-destiny; to being in
a constant state of connecting with all the possibilities that are.

The Three Domains

We exist on three levels.
We exist on the physical level, quantum level and the non local level.
Visualize that you have entered a very dark place. There is darkness all around. There is a chink of light and one sees a some water. Maybe it is a beautiful pond. Suddenly there is bright illumination. It is a huge sea, glistening and sparkling all around. There is more in the far distance, mountains, trees, streams and quaint houses. They did not exist in the darkness. All was revealed with the great flood of Light.

On the physical level, life is lived in darkness. Nothing is known except existence. We endeavor to bring Light into the physical domain. Partially the quantum domain is seen. It is so exquisite but in the physical domain it did not exist. Then there is illumination and insight. Looking around one can see the beauty of the non local domain. Synchro destiny is this illumination and insight. I am all of it. I am here where I was, and that is the pond and that is the sea that was always there. We live on these three domains, all of us.

What is the physical domain? It is the third dimensional realm. Everything has to have height, and weight and length and breath and solidity. It has to be Finite. Time is linear. Everything is finite in the three dimensional world. There are boundaries and we live within those boundaries. We have our five senses. We have laws of cause and effect, a part of our physical domain. This is the realm of sentient, mortal beings and 'common sense'.

There is another domain of pure information and pure energy. And that is the quantum domain. And our minds, our thoughts, our feelings and our ego exist in the quantum domain. They are not physical, they are not material, they are not tangible, and yet, don't we know that they are real. Is my thought less real than this bag? I cannot see or feel or touch my thought. But it is as real. Sometimes it is more real. But the quantum domain is not limited to only this. It is everything that the physical domain is, and more. The physical domain is really the manifested form of the quantum domain. The quantum domain goes by the rule of energy.

The Quantum Domain

In the quantum domain everything takes place at the speed of light. So fast, for the five senses to perceive. It is present and it's existence does not depend on your acknowledgement. We, either in the present or in the past have given our power of existence away to someone else's acknowledgement. We allow people to make us into who we are because we do not believe in a reality, in an existence that is not physical.

Every solid object has molecules. Molecules are made up of atoms. And atoms have smaller particles that are sub atomic and have no solidity at all. They are waves of information and energy. And all these things vibrate at this amazing speed. And go bump, collide, clash into each other all the time. They also acknowledge that really there is no solidity.

If something is telling us that two things go bump, means this solid and this solid bump, both are finite. What is an atom? An atom is not finite it has no outer shell. It is a nucleus, surrounded by a large cloud of electrons.

We are microcosms. The smallest to the largest is a replication, only size differs. The universe is exactly the same as the atom and we are exactly the same as the atom. If the atom is a nucleus, surrounded by a cloud of electrons, so are we, just gaseous beings, without any solidity. Constantly changing ourselves, our composition. Every moment exchanging energy with everything and all beings. This continuity is held only in our memory. Every moment your energy field collides or interacts with another and affects it and reacts to it. Seldom is this connectedness felt.

As the speed decreases due to the intermingling, these waves of energy now become into chunks, slower in speed which the eyes can see, which the nerves can feel. Perceiving objects as different because they contain different kinds of information which are determined by the frequency or vibration of their energy waves. Three Dimensional eyes are programmed for three Dimensional vision and touch.

When it happens at the speed of light there is no awareness of it at all. It does not exist and it is not reality. The more Light fills us, and the greater and greater light activations, the quicker will be this 'improved' vision. The vision also changes as our molecular structure mutates with Light. Vision expands and the three Dimensional nerves feel energy even when it is at the speed of light. It is a question of consciously, deliberately expanding yourself.

How does synchro destiny fit into all this? Time is not linear.
Intellectually this is known. There are vast avenues of possibilities to open.

Great Infusions of Light

The ratio has reversed now where the periods of centering are very long and imbalance is short. Great infusions of Light and higher energies, at the time that the infusion process is on, the intensity of the light that is being infused into your body is so strong that it overcomes all the energy blocks.

And therefore you can very easily come into a moment of centering, into periods of complete conscious awareness; awareness in living because the energies are coming in and are very strong. When that stage of infusion is completed, then the energy source is cut off, and the energy that has been infused has to stabilize within your body.

The intensity naturally ebbs. When this new energy is stabilizing, its intensity is reduced and it cannot overcome your energy blocks. The blocks had not been removed. Due to higher infusions, one was not aware of them as awareness was in an expanded state. It has to plateau out and the entire physical energy has to now reach this high plateau.

Through this whole period of conflict, energy blocks are again being opened up. They are being released. It mat come out as in the physical manifestation in the emotional as irritability, intolerance. There may be different blocks in each one of us.

Once those appropriate block areas have opened up, once again your body is ready to get further infusion. Again through a period of being in balance and awareness. The whole energy has changed. This energy being of far greater intensity, your expansion is much greater and so you remain in that expanded state f for greater amount of time. Conscious awareness also expands. Be aware that this process happens, flow with it. Once you are aware of what happens within you, and what is going on, you will deal with those moments, those periods, better without causing undue conflict in yourself.

Unmediated, Unmitigated, and Immediate.

Non-local events can be distinguished
from other events by three characteristics.
Events are unmediated, unmitigated, and immediate.
Unmediated mean that they are acausal.


Their relationship is acausal, which means there is no cause. There is no co-relation to cause
and the effect. Non-local events have no causal relationships. They are completely acausal.
You cannot see that there is 'this event ' that happened and therefore 'this other result' occured.

Since time cannot be linear, cause and effect have no relationship. Acausal relationships go beyond time, and yet they occur simultaneously. Sometimes people say "You know I got a call on my mobile from someone, and it stopped me from crossing the road. If at that moment I had crossed the road, a truck would have knocked me down.' So it happened simultaneously. What we call a coincidence.

Non-local events are unmitigated. Their energy, their strength, does not diminish through time and space. For example, if I am talking here you may be able to hear me a little distance away. As you move out of the gate my voice will start fading, diminishing in its strength. That is not a non-local event.

The energy, the power, the intensity of a non- local event does not diminish. It stays constant through space and time. It exists in a realm that has no space- time continuum. The intensity does not fade it stays as strong and it is immediate. It works simultaneously. They occur at the same time and they occur without cause. They remain as strong in their power, as the moment of creation and they are immediate.

The Non-Local Domain

We live on three domains simultaneously. We live in the physical domain. We live in the quantum domain. The quantum domain is where our thoughts are, information and energy exists. Indeed that is in the 'real' domain. The physical domain is only a manifestation of the quantum domain. Lying below the quantum domain, the fundamental of our existence, is the non-local domain. It is given various names. It is called the Virtual Level. It is called the Spiritual Level. It is called the level of Pure Potential. It is called Universal Being.

It goes beyond what can be touched and felt. It goes beyond what we can think. It goes beyond energy. Energy is in the quantum domain. The non-local goes even beyond energy. It is an infinite sea of possibilities, the realm of pure potential, where nothing is concrete, where nothing has taken shape, where everything exists in its potential state.

It is non-local because as it cannot be given a location. It cannot be defined. It just is. It's a realm of pure potential. It's the fundamental level of our existence. The quantum cannot give it a definite name, a structure, a description or a definition. It cannot label this.

This is the non-local domain which organizes, gives structure to the information and energy, to the quantum domain. It is the non-local domain which brings energy which we may call sub- atomic, merges it into atoms, and merges atoms into molecules; gives solidity. And all of this organization, intelligence comes from the non-local domain.

It is an intelligence that is over powering, which cannot be kept, defined, restricted or limited to any one location. A realm of pure consciousness. It is at this level, if we were to exist there then we would be aware of all the possibilities that would arise out of a situation. Therefore in using the organizational abilities of this intelligence, in order to create, manifest, this is one possibility we wish to harness.

We call it a miracle.

This whole sea of possibilities and that is reality. Reality is No Thing. There isn't any thing because at a level which really matters, at a non-local domain, nothing is and yet everything is. This realm is a realm of pure potential it exists beyond energy, it exists beyond space, it exists beyond time and it exists beyond distance.

Is it some sort of Extra Sensory Perception?

Where does this consciousness exist? Certainly not at the physical, not at the quantum, because it's not thought. So it exists at the realm of intelligence which is something we still haven't been able to understand.Give it whatever name you want. You may call this realm spiritual, or virtual, or pure potential, or you can call it intelligence. The name is unimportant. The fact is this domain exists. Not all can access or connect to the non-local domain. For this instant communication one must be locked in, bonded, strongly in a domain that is neither quantum or physical.

Why have we lost our conscious connection with this non-local domain? Consciously we seem to have lost it. Essentially we exist on the non-local domain. Take the human body and it's non-local communication. There are hundred trillion cells in our body and they all start from a uni-celled fertilized ovum. They replicate themselves and they differentiate themselves.

There are two hundred and fifty different types of cells in our body. How does a one cell fertilized ovum know how and when to replicate itself, in what number, quantity, area. How does it know when to differentiate itself? Who is there monitoring that in the third month this aspect of the baby develops? Who is telling the cells? The cells are working on a physical level in this manner because the intelligence and the potential with which they work exist in the non-local domain. The non-local domain organizes this potential into a focus that is manifested in the physical domain. But it can do this more effectively if we are conscious of it.

The cells within us are conscious of this non-local communication, leave themselves open to this organization and therefore give themselves the structure they require. We are made exclusively of cells. 100 trillion cells in our body. All completely aware of, and working in tandem with, the non-local domain. And yet we don't know the non-local domain. A hundred trillion cells of within us know, but we don't know. Where is the block?

The interconnectedness is disrupted when ego develops. Without ego the body works in a rhythm that is set by the heart. It is the heart, the resonance of the electricity released by the heart. We know that whenever there is an electric field present, there is an also an electromagnetic field. With every beat this electromagnetic field is broadcasted to every cell in your body and the cells know they have to create proteins, they have to process nutrients, they have to release some gastric juices, they have to do all the various million things that they have to do. Because of the heart. When you have to smile a hundred trillion cells have worked instantly to do a million activities before you smile.

You don't know when you thought, yet there was a thought. One cannot act or speak without thought. What creates thought? Thought is the foundation of our being in the physical dimension. It is required for the release of the electric current. Without thought you are paralyzed. You do not know that you are thinking and yet you think.

Does thought exist because you recognize it exists? Not at all.
Things do not exist because you are aware of them.
You need to be aware of all that exists.
If you are not aware, you are limiting your own expansion.

Pure Consciousness

Some years ago we all recall there was Ganesh statues drinking milk. The event was so large, breaking all world boundaries. It had to be something beyond self hypnosis. It occurred simultaneously. There was no cause, there was no effect. It just happened! It happened as a non-local event. "Does this domain really exist?" Quantum physicists have proof that a non-local domain exists. It exists, which cannot be seen, felt, or touched, a domain of pure consciousness.

The universe is made up two things. It is made up of particles and it is made up of waves. Particles are what make things solid. Then we have waves. Like sound waves and light waves that travel, that have momentum, that have movement. These waves travel at different speeds.

A wave is a continuous pattern of energy that has momentum. It has equally spaced wave with peaks and troughs, which are also equally spaced. Sub-atomic particles exist in "wave packets". A wave packet is a concentrated energy. Sub-atomic particles exist in wave packets and particles create solidity. Waves are not solid and that solid exists in the non-solid. Where in this wave packet is the sub-atomic particle? And what is its momentum? Since it is a particle, it exists, it needs a location. For it to be in a wave it has momentum. The answer - simultaneously.

The moment one asks what is its momentum, there is movement which is an essential feature of a wave which is non-solid. Then what is it, wave-particle a wave or a particle? Is it solid or is it non-solid? It entirely depends on the question one asks. If one has asked where is its location then you define it as solid. If one asks for its momentum it is defined as a non-solid. Its definition is Uncertain. It relies on perceptual and observational faculties of the person involved. It is 'both' simultaneous.

A charged atom can exist in several locations simultaneously before it is observed. The moment it is observed, it exists only in one location. It exists in the location you observe it at; which means pure potential collapses into a knowable entity, a wave or a particle. It is how one observes or perceives. It is both, Illusion and reality. It is observation alone that turns possibility into reality.

There is no event that occurs unless we perceive it as having occurred, which means that one constantly is living in the past. The event has to have already occurred for it to be perceived. The present is where co-relation is simultaneous, multiple, unmitigated and immediate. It is our observation of the quantum and the physical domains that turn the non-local domain and what it organizes into a reality, we call our reality. We are the manufactures our reality.

This is not a spiritual abstraction. If one can reside in different locations simultaneously like a charged atom can exist simultaneously before observation in different locations. Just a single atom. As soon as you observe the atom it resides where you have observed it. It loses its multiplicity and simultaneous existence because of the observation.

It is important to question consciousness, awareness, and our observation.

When events occur at different places, do they really occur at different locations? Are different locations just perceptual artifacts? Alternately, is there only one location and the movement is what is perceived as two different events? Similarly are there different locations, different events, different us? Or is it that one is seeing all realities simultaneously? Be in consciousness, change awareness, and observation..

Potential Intelligence

Instant receiving, recognition and sending. Instantly and simultaneously. How can two persons not knowing where each one is, pick it up an idea? The intelligence, and Physical domain, thought, and quantum domain. Two are linked because of the non-local domain.

The universe has strict mathematical laws on which it functions. The realm of potential intelligence exists where there is no space, no distance and no time. It is beyond doubt that however separate two events may appear in space-time, the distance between them is always zero, no matter when or where it appears.

No matter how distant apart they may seem, no matter whether one event occurred now and another occurred a thousand years earlier, by mathematical equation they had proved that the distance between them is always zero. There is no linear time and there is no distance. Mathematics has proved that it is only one event.

We are inseparably beings. If we were not one how could the distance between two be zero. There is a realm where there is no space and no time. Space and time are only perceptual artifacts. Its only how we observe and what we observe. A sub-atomic wave-particle in a wave packet becomes solid or non-solid depending on our perception. Without our consciousness acting as an interpreter, without our observation, without our perception, everything would exist only as pure potential.

We exist in three domains simultaneously and a large part of us, in fact the main part of us, our intelligence, our consciousness, exists in the non-local domain. It exists in a sea of possibilities. From that sea of possibilities what you desire one focus's upon. What you desire to consider solid is solid. What you desire to consider separate or unified, is going to manifest in that manner in our physical reality. If we can learn to live consciously in daily living on the non-local domain, we will not only be able to manifest, but we will be able to see the possibilities that exist.

We are not even able to see the possible potential of our existence.

There is no divergence between spirituality and science. It is not supernatural; it is the natural order of all in the universe. Unity can be in scientific and mathematical terms, or in metaphysical terms of love, kindness, gentleness and prayer. It is all related to consciousness, awareness, and our observation. Truth exists, it just is! This truth occurred simultaneously and manifested it into reality. Simultaneously and therefore it happened immediately.

It is this understanding that will harness miracles in daily life.

Prologue

A teaching lives only to the extent that people understand it and live it. It is like a musical composition. It doesn't come alive until someone performs it.

Performances can be wide ranging in their accuracy and inspiration. Those who are deeply moved by a piece, understand all aspects of it, and have the skills to play it, will give the best performance. They in turn will inspire others to listen and to play.

When I lived, my words and my deeds were congruent. I understood deeply. I spoke simply and clearly. My actions were consistent with my words. That is why people were moved by what I had to say.

When you understand my teaching and practice it in your daily life, you will be a beacon for others. Through you, my teaching will come alive. Through your life, I will live.

This is my second coming. I will not come again in a physical body. I will come through your heart/mind and your life as you attune to me, just as I have always done.

There was a time when I had twelve apostles. Now I have thousands.

Every time a person turns to me in complete surrender, he becomes my instrument. Through his hands and heart I work to spread love in the world.

Every time a person releases her grievances and offers forgiveness to others and to herself, I stand at her side. I am the one who holds her in my arms and comforts her. I am the one who bows with her at the feet of the invisible God.

My disciples practice love and forgiveness every day. They are not perfect in their practice. But they are sincere. They make mistakes, come to recognize those mistakes, and endeavor to learn from them.

My disciples are wise, but they do not parade their wisdom. They do not seek to attract attention to themselves, but work to empower others in their thoughts, their speech and their actions.

No church or temple can bring you to me until you are ready. And when you are ready, you do not need another to intercede in your behalf with me. You have only to ask, and I will be there for you.

Unlike many whom you know, I am not fickle. I do not come and go away from you. Even when you reject me and call me names, I do not stop loving you or cease to see your greatness. For I have learned from my Father and Mother how to love without ceasing, and how to give without expecting anything in return.

When you are ready, you too will learn. If you are turning these pages, that time may be now. I welcome you, brother or sister. As you open to the truth herein, that truth will open in you.

My Teaching

Words and concepts will not open your heart.
Only love can open your heart.

I am writing this to set the record straight. It is nearly 2,000 years since my birth and my teaching, which was once like a raging stream, has shrunk to barely a trickle of water. You have rationalized me and put me in my place: an exalted place perhaps, but a distant one. You have placed me above you where I will not challenge you. By making me a deity, an only son of God, you excuse yourself from having to live up to my example. Yet my example is the heart of my teaching. If you do not try to emulate me, what is the meaning of your belief in me?

Mine is not an intellectual teaching. It is a practical one. "Love your neighbor" is not an abstract, intricate concept. It is a simple, compelling idea that invites you to practice. I did not invite you to an evening of discourse and argument. I did not ask you to profess or debate the scriptures. I asked you to do what you find so difficult to do: to go beyond your limited concept of self. Any of the practices I gave to you will keep you busy for a lifetime. Although they are simple to understand, their challenge lies in the practice.

If I died for your sins, then there is nothing left for you to do. Why then not ascend to heaven on the strength of your belief in me?

I will tell you why. Because, in spite of your belief, you are not happy. You are not at peace. That is because you have placed me outside of yourself. You have put me above you, where I cannot touch you.

Take me down from the pedestal, my brother or sister, and place me at your side, where I belong. I am your absolute, unconditional equal. What I have done, you too will do, and more. You will not be saved by my thoughts and actions, but by your own. Except you become the Christ, peace will not come to the world. If you would see me as king, then king must you yourself be.

Do not put this distance between us, for I am no different from you. Whatever you are — a beggar or thief, a holy man or a king — that I am too. There is no pedestal I have not been lifted upon, nor any gutter I have not lain in. It is only because I have touched the heart of both joy and pain that I can walk through the doors of compassion.

I was born to a simple woman in a barn. She was no more a virgin than your mother was. You make her special for the same reason that you make me special: to put distance between us, to claim that what I did you cannot do.

If my life has any meaning to you at all, you must know that I do not claim a special place. Neither Mary nor I is more spiritual than you. We are like you in every way. Your pain is our pain. Your joy is our joy. If this were not true, we could not come to teach.

Do not hold us at arm's length. Embrace us as your equal. Mary could have been your mother. I could have been your son.

Love Is Our Teacher

Whoever you are, whatever your life looks like, know that our understanding and compassion reach to you. It is impossible for you to be in a place that we have not experienced, a place to which the hand of love and compassion does not reach.

We have entered every darkness the soul can fathom. But the light of truth lives even in the darkest of places. There is no such thing as total absence of light. Darkness cannot exist except in reference to the light. No matter how great your pain, it is measured in the degree to which you feel the love's absence or loss. All darkness is a journey toward light. All pain is a journey toward love without conditions.

That is why you are here: to enter the darkness you perceive in yourself and others and to find the light which lives there. Once you find the light, no matter how tiny or insignificant it seems, your life will never be the same. A light bearer never questions the light s/he carries. And so s/he can offer it to others patiently and without fear.

You who seek converts in my name, know that your actions betray your own fear. For love is gentle and kind. It gives without thought of return. It does not ask people to change, but accepts them as they are. No one can minister in my name and withhold love and acceptance. S/he who offers love with conditions, no matter what those conditions are, takes my name in vain.

You must recognize your own fallibility, as I was forced to recognize mine. When you make up the rules, love is constricted or denied. No one is as great as Love, not you or I. And it is to Love that both of us must bow. Love is and will always be our teacher. Will we be its students and learn what it has to teach us? Or will we insist on writing the syllabus and interpreting the text?

The Jewish Perspective

As you know, I am a Jew. When you are a Jew, you do not stop being a Jew and become a Christian. You remain always a Jew. And if you are a true Jew, then you are always asking questions of God. You are always pushing God to the limits. Every day when a Jew prays, s/he asks God "Why?", knowing that God alone has the answers. It is blasphemous when a Jew thinks that s/he knows, for only God knows. At best we have a glimpse of the mystery.

If you wish to follow my teaching, you must first fulfill the Jewish part of your Judeo-Christian legacy. You must know that God has the answers, not you or I. You must submit to life as it unfolds, knowing that there is a purpose, even if you cannot see it.

As a Jew, your attitude must never be full of pride or the pretension of knowing. You must always say "No matter what I seem to know, God knows more than I. God is mysterious. No matter how hard I try, I cannot fathom the Divine way. At best I can have experiences of grace and glimpses of the divine plan. I am the student. God is the teacher. More than that: God is my teacher. He maketh me to lie down beside still waters. He restoreth my soul."

As a Jew, you must have a relationship with God. And it must be a respectful relationship.

Many Christians think that they have my ear and therefore they do not have to dialogue with God. They think they can have me and dispense with God. But it is not true. Without God, I am nothing. It is precisely because I dwell in respect and rapture at the feet of God that I am able to extend the divine blessing to you.

My friends, especially those of you who call yourself Christians, understand that when it comes to God and Jesus, only one of us is dispensable, and I assure you it is not God. You do not need me to come to God. You need only come to the Divine with boundless love and respect. You need only come with a sincere desire to learn. That is how I approached God and that is how you too must approach the Divine, whether or not you believe in me.

You Christians place far too much emphasis on your belief in me. I say, forget me, and remember your Creator. Then, you will be remembering me by your example, not just by your words. If you know me in your hearts, you know that I am not much for words. Show me what you believe not just through your words, but through your actions.

Deeds Not Words

My whole life is about practice. Anyone who practices being loving returns to the divine home. It does not matter what path s/he takes or what s/he calls it.

No one way is better than another. You will not get home faster if you believe in me than you will

if you believe in Krishna or Buddha. The man or woman who loves the most makes the most progress. That is the simple truth.

Religions, sects, dogmas are nothing but obstacles on the journey home. Anyone who thinks he has the one and only truth builds his house on quicksand. It will not take long before he discovers that his pride, narrow-mindedness, and lack of tolerance toward others were the cause of his undoing.

If you are a loving person, does it matter if you are Jewish, or Muslim, or Taoist? That love expresses itself regardless of what you believe. The language of love is not a language of words. You may use words, but love does not depend on the words that you use. A few simple words and a heartfelt gesture are enough to convey your acceptance and celebration of another person.

Words and concepts will not open your heart. Only love can open your heart. When you open to the love that is available to you and extend it freely to others, the words that you need will be given to you. You will not have to struggle to know what to say or to do.

When love is in your heart, the path opens before you. Actions flow spontaneously from you. There is no self-consciousness, ambivalence, or deliberation. For these are not the qualities of love. Love is unconditional and direct. It always finds the beloved, even when she is hiding.

It is now time to enter the Earth plane to reclaim this planet in the name of the Forces of Light and to open her doors to the cosmic community in which she resides.

We congratulate and salute those of you throughout the universes who have volunteered for this assignment. Go with our blessing. And remember, read the manual before you get there. Although you are veterans of countless successful missions to numerous dysfunctional life support systems, watch out for this one.

This edition of the manual is specifically designed for this planetary system—a system which defies all true rationality and has raised dysfunctionality to an art form. It is also one of the few systems where telling the truth is covertly considered a creative act. Because of the inherent hazards of this planet, Mission Control will not be responsible for any members of this mission who do not thoroughly acquaint themselves with the material contained in this special edition.

Although you were warned to acquaint yourselves with the original manual before departing, a great number of you did not. “If you’ve seen one manual, you’ve seen them all” has proved to be a cavalier attitude that many of you have lived to regret, even though most of you are too stunned and dazed by the process to remember just exactly what it is you are regretting. Being four hundred light years from home and suddenly wondering “Did I forget my toothbrush?” is both annoying to Mission Control as well as useless to the mission.

So, for those of you who left your galaxy without it, an unprecedented reprinting of the manual has been authorized by the mission’s governing councils. This is the remedial version of the original manual because you couldn’t possibly handle the unexpurgated version at this time. This edition is the official American and Canadian translation, written in the vernacular and made current to your circumstances. It is the strong recommendation of the Councils, now that you have yourselves totally disassembled, why not take a moment to read the instructions? It is, after all, at your request that we had them written.

A Word from Mission Control

Mission Control is the tactical arm of the extraterrestrial mission to Planet Earth. We implement the decisions of the stellar councils and act as an intermediary between the members of the mission who have opted for infantry duty on the planet’s surface and those who are serving the mission in any of its many off-planet divisions. It is our responsibility to maintain all communication systems among the vast forces that have now gathered in this planetary arena. Our purpose is to assist the planet and its inhabitants into a new consciousness and reality.

Our prime directive is to coordinate the movements that Spirit orchestrates. We are here to assure that the decree of the High Spiritual Court is implemented and that the veils of the third dimension are parted so that light can enter. How to Use the Manual

The manual is not a rule book, nor does it tell you how many angels are on the head of a pin and which dimension that pin is in. It also offers no street maps of the dimensions to satisfy your linear thinking minds. This manual is a tool to awaken you to what you already know. It is an aid in accessing the real inside information, not an outside authority with the latest “ism” in which you should believe.

Because we do not wish this manual to be misused, we have deliberately left out some information. If you find yourself wanting more answers than this manual offers, don’t just stand there like a jerk; go inside and ask for those answers. Whatever is appropriate for you to know will be given. Mission Control would like you to be aware that we not only stand behind our product, but we also stand beside you as you read it.

We would also like to make it clear that although you may consider this manual a “new age” publication, we do not. That is because what you are calling “new age” is just the final manifestation of the old age. Since the “new age” is still about religious belief systems as asserted by outside authorities, we find it neither new nor much better than anything else you believe in. We prefer to think of ourselves as sacred cowpokes on a sacred cowherd, and our manual as a sacred cowpunching device. We believe that would make this publication more “post-new age” than anything.

How you end up classifying this manual is less important than how you end up using it. It is our suggestion that you use it as a tool to awaken yourself, not as a new doctrine to continue to snooze by.

The Intergalactic New Collegiate Dictionary


Because human languages are not designed to grasp many concepts outside the current fixated, fear-ridden, and toxic consciousness, and also because we do not use spoken language, this manual presents us with some interesting problems. Dealing in the currency of your linguistic systems is doubly difficult because the inversion of your energy has twisted all logical meaning. For instance, the people of this planet stand in total arrogance, adamantly denying their omnipresence. They declare their separation from themselves, each other, and all life while passing this off as an act of humility. Humility is not denial; separation is denial. And maintaining that separation is the ultimate act of pride.

Your institutions operate in the same backward manner; thus, you have a national security system that is actively engaged in killing everybody, a federal drug administration that has all but recommended motor oil for dietary use because it is low in polyunsaturates, and an economic system that has convinced everyone that life is bad for the economy. As you see, it may be difficult to use your language and still hope to express the truth. Certain terms need new definitions before you begin this reading. They follow.

Note: Some mission members have retained their extraterrestrial sense of meaning and may find this section a drag. Others have forgotten everything and require some reconstructive surgery. For that reason, we have highlighted the key definition—or as close as we can approximate a key definition in this language—with italics so that readers may either skim or read this section, as they wish.

LEVEL 1 WORDS

Look Jane, See Spot Run

Extraterrestrial

An extraterrestrial is not an alien. An alien is an alien. An extraterrestrial is a responsible citizen of the cosmos, not a foreigner adrift among the stars. Extraterrestrials are representatives of light, protectors of life, and lovers of the planets. They are indigenous to any planet they happen to be on by virtue of their citizenship, regardless of their planet of origin.

Many of you have come to believe that you couldn’t possibly be an extraterrestrial because you feel so connected to the Earth and love her so much. May we suggest that if you love this planet at all, you are an extraterrestrial. May we also suggest that your concern for this planet was so great that you cared enough to send the very best—in this case, yourself.

Alignment, not lineage, defines the meaning of the term “extraterrestrial.” Although all life emanates from the same source, not all life is aligned with that source. An extraterrestrial is a being who is in sympathetic harmony with the essence of its genesis.

Alien


The people of this planet have expressed a certain neurotic fear about an alien invasion. That fear has been triggered by a nagging sense that in a limitless universe there just might be other intelligent life. In a typically xenophobic and self-serving response, governments are arming against what they already know to be true. This, of course, is not general knowledge but, in paternalistic systems of government, important information is never general knowledge. In the name of national security, the acts of government are often hidden from the governed. This statement is not to make you paranoid or stir you to political revolt; it is simply to demonstrate to you the behavior of an alien and the meaning of the term.

You need not scour the skies for evidence of an alien invasion. Look around you instead. Look at those who are peddling fear, vending death, and poisoning the planet. Look at those who hide the truth so that the power they have derived from lying will not be threatened. And look at those sadly separated beings that have the audacity to gaze out upon the created universe, wondering if there could possibly be anyone else out there, all the while arming just in case there is. This is the alien invasion you worry about, the one you externalize and fear. It is also the one that surrounds you and the one you have been living out for thousands of years.

There is no point in fearing an invasion of alien, since the invasion has already happened and the aliens are already here. You would be better advised to fear that no true intelligence will ever show up or this planet. And you would be even better advised not to fear anything at all.

E.T. vs. Alien


Now that you have learned the difference between an extraterrestrial and an alien, we would like you to forget the distinction immediately. The danger in the definitions is that, as mental concepts, they separate once again. This mission is not about separation. Nor it is a Hollywood Western being performed by a cast of good guys and bad guys. It is about light and bringing more of it onto the planet. The invitation to enter into the light is extended to all humankind, aliens included, for aliens are only extraterrestrials who have chosen to stand in the darkness, live a lie, and wear a disguise.

Note: At the time of this printing, there are only two basic types of people on this planet: extraterrestrials and aliens. “Extraterrestrial” is a transitional term which will become unnecessary by the completion of this mission. At that point, human will replace the term. An awareness of your extraterrestrial nature will then be an integral part of all human experience, and aliens will no longer occupy the planet. In the same manner other transitional terms, such as “androgyny,” will cease to have any meaning. A balanced male and female will emerge within every being. As a result, the word “androgyny” will be thrown on the trash heap, relegated to the status of a needless term that redundantly describes what it means to be human. Keep in mind that the definitions in this dictionary were written for a world in transition and are subject to revision.

Walk-In


Most of you have probably heard the term walk-in, but for the benefit of those who have been assigned to some real boondock outposts, we will explain its meaning. A walk-in is a member of the mission who has “walked” into a body that was previously occupied by another tenant. The main function of walk-ins is to assist ground crew members who came here in a more conventional manner to awaken to their true identity—hopefully before the mission is over. They retain much of their interdimensional consciousness and can move through dysfunctional patterns at an accelerated rate, making them invaluable to the numbed-out and befuddled crew members who have been here their entire lives. The walk-ins are an expeditionary unit, most of whom will walk right back out once the task of awakening this planet is completed. Walk-ins are missionaries of the light who are serving in this mission’s rendition of the Foreign Exchange Program.

Crawl-In


Even the most urbane and knowledgeable members of this mission will not have heard of the term crawl-in because we just made it up. Crawl-ins are planetary transition team members who opted to enter this plane through the normal, currently traumatic birth process. Upon arriving, most of them instantly reevaluated the situation and changed their minds, but were unable to figure out a way back.

The majority of this group incarnated shortly after World War II, their advent being triggered by the Manhattan Project’s birthing of the nuclear age and the subsequent atomic bombing of Japan. They are referred to as the “war-baby crop” or “baby boomers” by the unsuspecting local population. The crawl-ins are the backbone of this mission. If you are reading this, you are most likely one of them because the “crawl-ins” are the ones that necessitated the writing of this manual.

UFO


Some people on this planet are certain that UFOs are currently visiting this place. Most people feel that this is an absurd allegation of a marginal group whose members are basically nuts. This perception is backed by governmental agencies that swear that UFOs do not exist and have tons of highly classified information to prove it. The UFO advocates justly point out that no government needs secret files on something that doesn’t exist. They find it equally absurd for governmental agencies to simultaneously refuse to release such files on the grounds that national security is at stake. Most people haven’t given this slight inconsistency any thought, going along with the party line under the assumption that the government wouldn’t lie and that “father knows best.”

Mission Control would like to put this matter to rest. The UFO faction is made up of what we call the “nuts-and-bolts” people. They are still intrigued with third-dimensional phenomena and are consequently missing the boat while looking for ships. Those who believe there is nothing to believe have been basically brainwashed by official discrediting of the question and are equally off track. The governmental agencies are lying through their teeth and are therefore the most off-base of all three factions.

Third-dimensional vehicles from other planets do, of course, exist. However, they are not the ships you should be preoccupied with. If an object can be identified as an unidentified flying object, it is not one of the craft that we control, nor is it a member of the Royal Celestial Air Force fleet that is the right arm of this mission.

Our craft are not third-dimensional; however, they are in position throughout your skies at this moment. They land wherever and whenever they wish, and they are not using an “invisibility cloak” to hide their presence. They are blatantly in the open, visible to the few who have broken through the blindness that afflicts the third dimension.

We do not mean to trivialize your third-dimensional experience or discredit the craft which travel that dimension. There are many very sweet entities in the third dimension who are assisting with this mission; however, their vehicles are definitely in the General Motors branch of this expedition and not representatives of the mighty force of fifth-dimensional craft that now gird your planet’s atmosphere. As you awaken, the presence of other dimensional craft will become obvious and fill you with awe. As a result, the contested issue of the 3-D UFO will fade in interest, just as the Model T Ford no longer thrills you or occupies your thoughts.

Note: The purpose of this piece is not to define UFO, but to clear up some of the planetary provincialism that surrounds this issue. It is also to help prepare you for the upcoming scandal of “Cosmicgate,” a disclosure of the intergovernmental cover-up of extraterrestrial presence that is soon to be exposed globally. Because this entry serves another function and is not a true definition, no part of it warranted highlighting.

Note: For clarity, we now offer a brief description of the dimensions: The third dimension is the one you are currently living in and transiting out of. It is the one you consider the sum total of reality. The fourth dimension is sometimes referred to as the astral plane and exists as a shadow dimension to the third. Like the third, it is also a dimension of polarity and is inhabited by what you call “spirits” and disembodied entities. This dimension has fallen out of favor with the thinking of scientific materialism and has been reduced to the ranks of a primitive, superstitious belief—a belief that permeated human myth until you all smartened up and dismissed it. You may be surprised to learn that the truth does not require your belief in it in order to function, and the fourth dimension has managed to carry on despite your rejection. The fifth dimension appears in your symbol systems as “heaven,” and, compared to the third dimension, it is. It is a dimension of light of love, and it is free of the illusions of duality and separation. The fifth dimension is in no way the end of the line; it is just the next step in your planetary evolution. Creation actually contains an infinite number of dimensions, many of which you inhabit simultaneously. We hope that clears this matter up for you.

LEVEL II WORDS
Look Jane, See Spot Transmute

Light

The concept of “light” is a misunderstood term. Few have grasped its meaning, and most use it lightly. Since the manual uses this term often, it requires an expanded definition.

True light is awesome. It is so far beyond the common English usage in conjunction with such things as neon, stop, sun, flash, Bud, and “do you have a. . . ?” that it is difficult to express its actual meaning in this language. Let us put it this way: You are victims of indirect lighting. Whatever romance you have created by using light in this manner has lost its charm. Direct lighting is the wave of the future. As a mission member, you are specifically here to plug into that high-voltage line.

Please become conscious of this word’s meaning as you use it. Light is the force of reclamation, stewarded by the power of creation. Light is nothing less than life itself.

Transmutation

Transmutation is not to be confused with transformation. This world had to go through thousands of years of transmuting before it was in a position to transmute. That cycle of transmutation is now complete, and the transmutative cycle has begun.

Transmutation is a genetic change at the cellular level, which is now in process for all life forms on this planet. The Earth, who is a living consciousness, has made her decision, determined her course, and begun her dimensional shift. Subsequently, all planetary life is being prepared for this event through the cellular transmutational process. This is a birth process which will deliver this planet and all participating life forms into the fifth dimension.

Cellular transmutation is not something you may choose to do if it interests you, like taking up golf. It is something that is happening and that you chose to do before you got here; otherwise you wouldn’t be here. Although you have no genetic option in this matter, you still have free will. You can willingly assist this procedure and transmute with this planetary sphere, or you can resist the process and become, as some members of our planetary transition team like to say, “crispy critters.” Mission Control advises you to think twice before you change your mind.

Intelligence


We have noticed that your idea of intelligence and our idea of intelligence have very little to do with one another. For instance, you call yourselves an intelligent species, yet you are dangerously close to making your planet uninhabitable by anything other than asphalt. You have also managed to place yourselves at the top of the endangered-species list. May we point out that even a virus demonstrates a more astute grasp of its situation than that. The only reason a virus is inclined to trash out its environment is in its well-calculated attempt to maintain its life.

We have also noticed that you use the word “smart” in conjunction with business swindles and corrupt deals. When someone sells property that is located on a quicksand bog, you say, “Boy, was that a smart move!” You also think it is incredibly clever to sell a used car for top dollar without mentioning that it has no transmission. Both these examples are trumped-up illustrations that lack the malignancy of your actual activities. Your governments, your corporations, and your citizenry commit mind-boggling atrocities in the name of material cunning, and all human commerce is riddled with spiritual scandal. Moreover, though such acts may technically be fraud according to your laws, fraud is an issue only if you have the misfortune of getting caught. Otherwise, these acts remain shrewd business moves, the products of brilliant minds. For obvious reasons, we are perplexed by your concept of intelligence and would like to offer another definition.

The basic misunderstanding of this term arises from the fact that the inhabitants of this planet have confused brains for intelligence. A brain is an instrument of intelligence, while intelligence is a force. Intelligence is the force of life expressing itself in created form. It exists in all life, regardless of whether it has a brain or not. Through the misuse of your mental processes, you have come to regard intelligence as the art of one-upmanship in acts of spiritual barbarism. You have somehow managed to reduce rationality to the mental faculty that enables you to grab the most the fastest. Meanwhile, true intelligence is an alignment with the matrix of creation and its source. It is an allegiance to light and an embracing of life, not a demonstration of how adept you are at the act of denial.

Our purpose here on this planet is to assist in freeing you from denial so that you can finally begin to think straight. It is our mandate as well as our longing to help raise you out of your deranged thought process up to the status of a truly intelligent life form.

Co-creation


This concept may be difficult to get across because you neither acknowledge your part in “creation” nor do you know anything about “cooperation.” Although both words appear in your dictionaries, we have yet to see either evolve beyond the status of a good idea.

Please do not mistake your empire-building for creation or your mutual palm-greasing for cooperation. Creation is not about razing a site and then rebuilding on that recently destroyed location, nor is it demonstrated by erecting prison systems and euphemistically calling them cities. One reason the true meaning of creation escapes you is that it cannot be accomplished by people who see themselves as victims. That disqualifies most of Earth’s population right there. Another reason is that it is founded on cooperation, which eliminates all those who were not eliminated on the first count and brings us to the other word you do not understand.

If Earth’s inhabitants had any idea what cooperation meant, the longest distance between two points would not be a committee. Nor would countries march endlessly from one war to the next. Your current understanding of cooperation is based on concession traded off for gain. That is why an institution like the United Nations is ineffectual. It has neither the bargaining chips nor the tools with which to play this global game. As long as the inhabitants of this planet remain powerless in their reality and separate in their intention and self-definition, co-creation will remain a pleasant, though unworkable, concept.

The reason we are trying to explain a word you are ill-equipped to understand is because it is the basis of this mission, and its entire plan. We are here to aid you in acknowledging your power. We are here to help you take command. We stand at your threshold, calling you to courageously walk away from the lie of human separation into the arms of your new and ecstatic lives. Once you have begun to take that first step, we will walk as your allies at your side. We will then be able to extend you our services, joyfully assisting you in the creation of your dawning, light-filled world. At that point you will finally understand that co-creation is the awesome life-giving, light-bearing act of equals, powerfully operating out of an integrity that is aligned with the truth.

Unfortunately, that brings us to another word you do not comprehend. Please go on to the next definition if you are curious about what “truth” means.

Truth


We have noticed that you pretend to value truth on this planet. Some spend a lifetime seeking it. Your legal systems demand it, and you can be sued if your business doesn’t practice it. Your philosophers define it, your scientists measure it, your religions exalt it, and you all fight over it. Meanwhile, all you are doing is paying global lip service to it. There is an excellent reason for all this: You have no idea what truth really is.

How the obvious has escaped you is a tedious story. The abridged version of it amounts to this: You embraced fear. After that unholy act, it has been downhill ever since. Fear is the first lie, the lie that tells you that you are separated from the whole. Once it has been embraced, you are incapable of ever telling the truth under any circumstances without blowing the game.

Truth, by its nature, is the light. Fear cannot, by its nature, be in the light without dying. It becomes a simple matter of self interest. Fear has owned this planet, its people, and their systems for a long time. It does not wish to give up the property it has acquired because it is a parasitic life form that cannot live separated from your life forces.

The truth is, you are the truth. It is not external to you, as you have been led to believe. For that reason, it is ludicrous to set out on a spiritual journey in search of it. It is likewise ridiculous to punish those who do not practice it when almost nobody on this planet does. As for philosophizing over it, how can you when you wouldn’t recognize it if it ran you over in the street? Meanwhile, measuring it is done in your attempt to dominate it, leading you further into the lie that it lives outside of you like an enemy that must be controlled. To exalt it is also to see it as separate. And fighting over it is so absurd as to not deserve our comment at all.

The totality of your clinically insane behavior surrounding truth has been cleverly manipulated by fear in its attempt to keep your eyes off the truth. In this manner, fear was able to continue uninterrupted and undetected in its process of eating you alive. But don’t worry—there is a cure. All you need do is awaken to the fact that you are the truth. As the light comes on, the parasite will die, leaving you joyously able to reclaim command.

Reality


This is a difficult word to define because there really isn’t any such thing. What we mean by that is that there is no single reality, here or anywhere else. There are as many different realities on this planet as there are people alive to create them all. And what passes for global reality is merely a group consensus on a few minor points. From there on out, it’s every man and woman for him or herself.

The reality that you live is nothing more than an audio-visual demonstration of where your attention is. The universe presumes your attention is on what you want and graciously provides you with more of the same. If this dynamic were understood, you would never do anything so foolish as to declare a war on drugs—unless, of course, your objective were to create more of them. There is no better way to increase drug traffic than to have everyone’s attention focused on it. This same principle applies to increasing everything you think you oppose, and it is also the reason a war cannot be won. If you were serious about stopping drugs, the best course would be to stop being fascinated with them via your perceived opposition. Become fascinated with freedom instead, and your addictions will disappear naturally to satisfy your new preoccupation.

Because you have yet to understand your power of creation and who you really are, you perpetually put your attention on denial instead if affirmation. This results in the universe serving up an extra helping of what you thought you didn’t want. Although a number of you practice the art of affirmation as a tool for changing your realities, you can affirm until you are blue in the face and they may fail. Unless your attention and your identity have also been altered to accommodate what you affirm, the universe has no option but to fulfill your real, though hidden, attention’s desires. Until you understand the role that your attention and sense of identity play in your creation, your affirmation track record will remain a perplexing hit-and-miss affair.

It is time to use your powers wisely and create realities that are worthy of who you are. You can do this by changing what you communicate to be real to the universe through your focus, and the identity you project by way of that identity’s behavior. If you do not make this fundamental shift, you will continue to transmit the same old tired requests to a universe that will dispassionately and lovingly respond with the same old tired and often toxic answers.

Spirit


This is the most important word in this manual. Spirit is the driving force behind this mission as well as its designer. It is the reason our great forces are now assembled here. It is also the reason you, our mission members, willingly chose to incarnate on this seemingly hostile and backward planet. We all came at Spirit’s call.

Everything and everyone in every universe rightfully belongs to Spirit. Spirit is the power that breathes life into all created form. Spirit is life’s true identity, as well as its long-awaited beloved. Spirit is the source, it is love, it is all. And, although Spirit has always resided here, it has now chosen to lift the veils that have kept its presence on this plane from being fully known. It is out of love of Spirit that the vast Forces of Light are now infiltrating every earthly system. We were summoned here to participate in the transfiguration of this planet into the glorified home of Spirit it is destined to be.

We could go on redefining your language forever because, at the moment, there is very little agreement between us, except on words like dog and cat (and even there the agreement is minor). Since philology is not the primary intent of this manual or this mission, we will leave the matter of meaning at this point, knowing that your language is about to change organically as the natural consequences of the imminent change in your consciousness.

Step I:


In Rome, Do as the Romans

Upon arrival on the Earth plane, your instructions were to completely fall asleep—just like the local population. You were to totally forget your true identity and everything you knew.

Since most of you entered as babies, this was not difficult. Every institution in the culture supported this memory loss, and it became easier as the years went on. Any inadvertent slips on your part most likely occurred during childhood and were easily dismissed as the result of an overactive imagination.

Since imagination threatens the dysfunctionality of this world, it was probably drummed out of you as soon as possible by the adult inhabitants of the planet. What your parents were unable to suppress, the school systems most likely made short work of, as this is their specialty. In this manner, the local planetary inhabitants unwittingly assisted in maintaining the secrecy of your presence and the security of the mission.

Step II:


In Rome, Do as the Arcturians

Ground Rules

Step II of the transmutational process cannot begin until the successful completion of Step I. In short, you must be able to pass for a local, and you are not allowed to just fake it. Total dysfunctionality must be achieved before Step II can commence.

When extraterrestrial incarnates on mission to Planet Earth finally arrive at the point where they are no longer able to demand water they can drink, food they can eat, or air they can breathe without killing themselves, they are to understand that Step I of the mission has been successfully completed. The incarnates have truly become Earthlings, and Step II may now begin.

Coming Out of the Closet


You may dimly recall the saying, “In Rome, do as the Arcturians.” If not, don’t strain your memory. Even if you do remember, the humor of it may not be immediately evident. That catchy little intergalactic saying was coined to capture the essence of Step II of the transmutational procedure. That procedure entails waking up to your true identity and forgetting everything you learned up until this point so that you can remember what you actually knew before you got here. In other words, you are to junk the entire identity you just spent a lifetime laboriously creating. Now do you see why we say the humor may escape you?

All Roads Lead Away from Rome


Yes, you understood the preceding entry correctly. You are to disengage yourself from your old identity and dissociate from a declining Rome. After falling asleep profoundly, you are now expected to wake up, equally profoundly. Now is the time to dismantle all false identity. Now is the time to forget that which has been learned in deference to that which is deeply known. Now begins the awesome process of altering human history. Now is the time for everything, and now is here.

Gentle Reminder


Some of you are probably wondering why such a torturous route was chosen to get to the desired destination. The reason you are wondering this is because you have been on this planet too long and have absorbed some, if not all, of its dysfunctional thinking. Keep in mind that this planet is no model for rational thought, and that what passes for sanity here is sending chills down the spine of the remainder of the universe.

The need to absorb the dysfunctionality of the planet is in order to legitimately disarm its patterns. Any other method would constitute an invasion, and we do not invade. We alter by earning the right to do so. No entity is permitted to enter an alien world and disarm its dysfunctional patterns without having lived them. That is in compliance with Universal Law, which we represent.

Although we have had transmissions from many of you, screaming, “Invade already. Just get me out of here!,” we regretfully remind you that that is not what you signed up for. Getting out of here is not the point. Getting more light into here is. Remember?

SOME INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT TRANSMUTATION

Pre-encoded Activation

The seeded entities that comprise this mission were pre-encoded to awaken at this time. That means that their DNA structures were genetically designed to go off, like time bombs, at a designated moment in order to accommodate more light that the current human model was prepared to entertain. The time for genetic detonation is now.

Time/Space Anomalies and Their Physical Functions


A. The Dimensional Shift: Time/space anomalies are being experienced on your planet at this moment. Most people have the nagging sense that there isn’t as much time as there used to be. This is usually expressed as, “My, isn’t time flying!” The reason for this sensation of less time is because there is less time.

In order for a dimensional shift to occur, time is collapsing to create a new dimensional space. Conversely, space is collapsing to create a new dimensional time. In other words, the time/space relationship that determines your third-dimensional reality is up for grabs.

“Now” is an actual event. It does not refer simply to living in the present, although that is strongly recommended. A time warp is truly occurring and will continue to accelerate until “now” is fully reached, and the dimensions can finally interface, much like a ship docking in a spaceport at a predetermined moment.

Now there is more “now” than there was even a few months ago, and even more “now” is on the way. When Mission Control or any of its alliance members state “the time is now,” we are reminding you of your genetic agreement as well as being literal.

B. The Genetic Shift: Another interesting aspect of this anomaly is that your DNA codes were set to go off “now” before you left. As you may have noticed, that did not occur at your birth, or at any other time, until now. Even though you have lived through many “nows,” you have not yet lived through this one. The genetic shift is triggered by “now” to accommodate more “now,” and the degree of your awakening is in direct relation to the degree of “now” that you are experiencing because “now” determines that awakening.

Note: In an emergency situation, “now” can be brought about instantaneously and all DNA codes activated simultaneously. This is a bit like calling up the reserves, and we would rather not use this method if possible. A more organic approach is preferred. (Please see “Emergency Procedure” in Troubleshooting for more information.)

Deprogramming


As the transmutation of genetic structure unfolds throughout the planet, your pre-encoded genetic program will activate. For a time, you will groggily begin the process of deprogramming from the old systems. Your identity will begin its march out of the third dimension while your personality and ego may be more inclined to cling to a sinking ship.

As the old programs of a dying world begin to unravel, you may experience a little discomfort, such as your entire world falling apart. It may be useful during this transition to remember that you are an interdimensional master who is an expert at transmuting crumbling realities. You have done this many times before.

Debriefing


All that you have endured during your residency on Planet Earth is extremely valuable to Mission Control. What interests us is not the information concerning the nature and effect of human dysfunctionality. If that were all we wanted, we could have just as easily read a newspaper. However, the fact that you endured human denial is of great importance. Why? Because, as you transmute, all the dysfunctional patterns that you have willingly taken on will transmute with you.

Although you may not recall, you agreed to do this to assist the Earth in her birthing process into the light. The nature of the agreement was that you would willingly transmute the denial you have borne, who you have been erroneously told you are, and all that you have come to humanly represent. You agreed to transmute all this into the very fabric that is to become the new garment of a transfigured world. Consequently, your debriefing process is very dear to us because it is a sacred act.

Helpful Hints for the Second Coming


The Second Coming is imminent, and you may as well get ready. This is a particularly good idea because you’re it. You are the Second Coming. Mission Control does not wish to stay on this topic very long because we are aware of the charge that surrounds it due to 2,000 years of organized denial. For this reason, we will give you only one more helpful hint: Become your own Messiah—why wait?

That statement is not only not heretical, it is the entire point. That is what the transmutational process is all about. Mission Control has no further comment.

The Mission


The following section uses many military terms to describe the activities of the various branches of this mission. It is important that you remember we are not engaged in military maneuvers in any sense that the people of this planet understand those terms. We are not here to force a change because we know that force changes nothing, and we are far too interested in change to even try it. We are not at war, and there are no bad guys to defeat—just an offer of loving assistance to the people we came to liberate.

Your belief in the enemy’s existence will soon pass as your planet transits out of the third dimension where that illusion resides. We did not choose military terminology to foster your fictional belief in on external adversary. We only chose these terms because we had to choose something, and you all seem very conversant and comfortable with military thinking. Your focus was the basis for the analogy, coupled with your need for mental structure. This terminology is in no way an adequate expression of who we are or what we are doing. Unfortunately, any other analogy we could have chosen would have been equally inadequate because it is virtually impossible to package a fifth-dimensional thought form in a 3-D wrapper.

If you do not like our use of your language, please keep in mind that that is exactly what it is—your language. That is why we would have preferred that you had acquainted yourselves with this manual before your arrival, on worlds where communication is pure and where misinterpretation is impossible. Be aware that until you are fully reawakened, there is always a potential for misunderstanding. Our advice is to proceed with caution and to not mistake the mental concepts we present as expressing the full meaning of what we say. Also, keep in mind that this mission is not a military threat. Its sole purpose is to assist you and your planet through a graceful transition into the light, and its soul motivation is love.

Job Titles—An Overview


When the process of awakening is completed—and even as it is unfolding—you must begin to take your posts. For each of you, that post is different. It is beyond the scope of this manual to list all the job descriptions that you are soon to fill because each of your tasks is unique and designed around your essence. Therefore, the knowledge of your innate purpose must come from within. You will know when you are doing your specific work when there is a deep resonance within your being. The ease and grace with which your life flows is also a clear indication that you are aligned with your true function.

What follows are broad areas of the mission’s directives. Some topics are being left out deliberately because of their highly sensitive nature. The material contained in this section of the manual will be enough to trigger your memory of those areas that are not mentioned. Be aware that this is a team effort; since no two positions are identical, each one is indispensable. Mission Control is depending on all of you, your mastery, and your thorough training to accomplish the tasks at hand. May the Force be with you.

The PLO—Definition and Purpose


Regardless of your specific tasks, you are all members of the PLO (Planetary Liberation Organization). This is a spiritual organization and is not to be confused with the political, Earth-based PLO that is constantly in the newspapers. That group, like most human political movements, is fear-based and hate-driven and, as such, has nothing to do with us or what we are doing.

Do not mistake this statement for Mission Control’s stance on the Near East. Mission Control has no political stance on anything. We have a spiritual stance that views your PLO with the same weariness that it views everything else on this planet—as yet another manifestation of a world separated from its source, itself, and each other. We use the PLO only by way of example and because its members are using our acronym.

The real PLO’s purpose is to assist in truly liberating the planet. This PLO is here to see that the last chapter of history is written. Rome is to fall for the final time, and history is to fall with it. That is what is meant by the prediction that the world is destined to come to an end.

The PLO—Its Historic Position


Your world views history as a record of everything important that has ever happened. Nothing could be further from the truth. History is little more than the distorted chronicling of endless human ego posturing whose sole purpose has been to reinforce the state of denial. Since the planet has decided that “no” is no longer an acceptable answer, historic times have no choice but to come to an end.

Unless you are an awakened member of the PLO, this concept may be difficult to swallow. For the benefit of those who are not yet fully awake, Mission Control offers some examples of history’s inherent flaws that are leading to its timely termination. These examples will probably be equally difficult to swallow.

Exhibit A: You have no doubt noticed that this planet’s civilizations rise and fall with remarkable regularity. Historical accounts of these events invariably explain the reason for the decline. In the case of the demise of Rome, historians point to such contributing factors as moral decadence and a rather unfortunate epidemic of lead poisoning. However, these were merely the symptoms, not the cause, of Rome’s ruin.

The true reason for the nauseating up-and-down motion of all human civilizations, Rome included, is that their ideologies, political systems, and social structures have failed to liberate anybody—especially themselves—from the vicelike grip of fear. Civilizations fall for one reason only: They are all built on fear and denial. Their subjects subsequently lose themselves in orgies or wine and dine themselves on lead to either distract themselves from that horrible fact or to get themselves out of it as fast as they can. And, because the real issue is never faced, human bondage continues uninterrupted from one civilization to the next, ensuring the ultimate collapse of each one in turn. History isn’t exactly repeating itself—it is stuttering over an issue it hasn’t addressed.

Americans are another excellent example of this repeated dysfunctional descent into slavery and collapse. Duped by their Declaration of Independence, they fancy themselves to be free. But having a choice in where the next nuclear plant will be built instead of whether it should be built, being able to eat anything they wish from a totally infected food chain, and having the inalienable right to file for an extension on paying the taxes that are being used to kill them are not exactly the freedoms that the authors of their constitution had in mind.

The fact that their personal prisons may be expensive, tastefully decorated, and equipped with a stereo, a TV, and a VCR does not make their confines any less a cell. Trading life for economic survival is not liberty; liberty is freedom from both fear and survival. That was the freedom that was originally intended to flourish in the United States. In truth, the author behind the authors of the American Constitution was Spirit—not the Bank of America, the Federal Reserve, or the IRS. America, by acting out of fear, is busily turning its back on its own destiny and facing an impending crash. However, it is in good company, because the rest of the world is doing the same.

The Planetary Liberation Organization is a manifestation of Spirit, and it is here to see that America and all the countries of this world turn and face their spiritual future instead of culturally caving in under the weight of denial. The PLO is here to liberate the Earth from its dysfunctional historic repetition of destruction and decline.

Exhibit B: The historic period has done little but propagate lies. Even if an historic account is accurate (which it usually isn’t), the event that it chooses to describe is nothing more than the acting out of a fundamental lie. Consequently, whatever truth the situation may have held is invariably missed.

An example of this can be seen in American history’s rendition of its bloody conquest of the West. Every account will tell you that the white man won his war against the heathen and savage Indians. Not only are these reports unabashedly biased (and the lie of separation that fueled the event carefully hidden), but the fact that the allegedly defeated Indian Nation was the true victor is never acknowledged at all.

You read that sentence correctly. The Indians won their war with the white man. That war was a struggle for spiritual ascendancy, not a battle to determine who would subjugate the land. The Indian peoples, who are fifth-dimensional representatives, sacrificed themselves with their very blood to assure that this nation would become the spiritual giant it was meant to be. History books are incapable of recording that fact because their function is to meticulously gather material in support of the fear-filled national egos they represent. Because they serve human self-deception, historic accounts totally ignore the grander and deeper movement of Spirit that is always the only truth behind any fact.

The Planetary Liberation Organization is here to assure that the fifth-dimensional victory the Indian Nation actually won is finally demonstrated, and that the third-dimensional wounds sustained in that battle are fully healed. America will then assume its true spiritual identity and discover what “Manifest Destiny” really means.

Note: For those of you who are having trouble digesting the truth about this statement, let us point out another historic example. If you believe that Japan lost World War II, we would like you to take a look in your driveways.

The PLO and Armistice Day


The end of history should not be perceived as a frightening event. History has been the frightening event. Its end is the liberation that will exalt humanity, not strip it of its power. As the planetary ego aligns with Spirit, it will have no further need to defend itself against an enemy that does not exist. Nor will it have any use for carefully recording that process and then passing it on to future generations as an impaired model for them to imitate.

The Planetary Liberation Organization is here to cut an energetic pathway to a state of grace. In doing so, it will enable the planetary inhabitants to claim their freedom from both their national and their personal histories, as well as allow them to experience their true spiritual and physical wealth. The celebrations that marked the endings of your world wars will look like sedate little tea parties compared to the global celebration of true peace and liberation that will date the end of historic times.

The United Stellar Army Corps of Engineers


Many of you are specialists in fifth-dimensional technologies and are members of the United Stellar Army Corps of Engineers. This organization has nothing to do with the other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, as their technologies are strictly 3-D and will be useless shortly. The United Stellar Corps members are masters of transmutation, high-frequency vibrational medicine, and dysfunctional disarmament. The Corps is here to bring these and other technologies onto this plane to facilitate the physical and spiritual alteration that is currently in process.

The 3-D Dilemma: Third-dimensional sciences are ill equipped to handle the awesome shift that is now taking place because they are not true sciences. They are little more than elaborate systems of measurement that have been used to dominate the environment through a faulty understanding of energy.

The major reason human sciences have been unable to evolve beyond the level of pseudosciences is because they are based on fear and manipulation rather than on love and creation. Another reason they currently fail to discover anything worthwhile is because they have been bought off by the industries that control their funding. These industries have a vested interest in not developing anything that would liberate this planet from economic slavery. Therefore, they have created a parity program that is actually paying scientists not to discover anything that might overthrow the current system. As a result of these factors, the sciences have been cornered into an unempowered position that has successfully placed a cap on any further third-dimensional scientific achievement. This has largely eliminated their having any meaningful input into the transmutative process.

The 5-D Response: Because of the tacky situation Earth scientists have gotten themselves into, the majority of the United Stellar Corps is not among their ranks. Cleverly disguised as housewives, office workers, hairdressers, cab drivers, or mild-mannered reporters, they stand outside the scientific domain, ready and waiting to be called into action. That call is now being sounded.

Unlike its third-dimensional counterpart, the United Stellar Corps is staffed by true scientists. The technologies of these sciences are based on love, manifest light, and are true acts of creation. Because their sciences are creative arts, they have no need to systematically disassemble life, destroying it in an attempt to see what makes it tick. They instead participate with life to create new options where those options didn’t seem to exist. A major function of this corps is to offer free passage on the 5-D express train they engineer, enabling the planetary inhabitants to disembark from the 3-D local that has them rattling slowly around their cosmos riddled with fear.

The technological representatives of the United Stellar Corps are here to usher in the final frontier. That frontier is creation, and entering the frontier of space is but its natural consequence. The key to interstellar travel lies in mastering the creative process, not in acts of technological conquest. That mastery will lead the planetary inhabitants out of their stupor. And, as a result, it will also lead them out of their solar system, their galaxy, and their dimension.

Adult Children of Dysfunctional Earthlings (ACODE)


Adult Children of Dysfunctional Earthlings may not sound like a job category, but it is—and you are all in it. Some members of the mission, however, are especially gifted in the art of reawakening and are experts in assisting other recovering Earthlings to do the same. They are called ACODE First Class, and they are experts in the field of owning up to their true magnificence.

This advance guard of ACODE is noted for demonstrating dramatic changes in consciousness at very rapid rates. You will know you are among them if the picture on your driver’s license begins to look like it was taken during a past-life reading or like a photo someone snapped at a masquerade party you don’t recall attending.

Members of ACODE are also extremely adept at the “cosmic-quick-weight-loss diet.” Although their physical bodies may or may not reflect the effectiveness of this program, their auras always do. The first and only step in this program is to stop hiding. ACODE members have the ability to do so overnight—and wake up laughing about their social security numbers, their mortgages, and especially their alleged careers. They have the singular ability to burst into their full presence and assume their sovereignty without even giving their friends and colleagues two weeks’ notice. As a result of this skill, they are indispensable in blowing apart the dysfunctional games of everyone else around them.

Adult Children of Dysfunctional Earthlings is the front line of Mission Control’s Planet Renewal Project, and their support groups are the heavy artillery of human liberation.

-The MASH Units


The Mobile Astral Surgical Hospitals, or MASH units, are stationed throughout the planet as well as off-planet. Their medical personnel are masters of interdimensional internal medicine.

Like the United Stellar Corps of Engineers, the members of these units are, for the most part, not to be found among the established medical profession. The biological knowledge that the process of transmutation requires is beyond that profession’s scope and, luckily, beyond its treatment programs. If, by some fluke, medical doctors are able to diagnose transmutation correctly, they will probably try to develop a vaccine to stop it or a drug to squelch it. Mission Control does not recommend you take either. If symptoms persist, we advise you to consult your local interdimensional physician instead. To do so, go within yourself and ask for the MASH unit emergency line. Once you have been connected, request the assistance you need. A MASH unit member will respond to your call on one dimension or another.

Transmutative Symptoms: One of the most common transmutative symptoms is exhaustion, usually resulting in a phenomenon called “vegging out.” This is only natural because the physical body is rearranging its cellular structure to accommodate its culinary shift from burgers and fries to a diet of pure light. Do not be alarmed by the resulting fatigue of this process. It would be more alarming, given the condition of the food chain, if this change did not take place.

Other commonly reported symptoms include the discomforts of “transmutation fever” that the emotional body reports as it sees itself being dismantled, fumigated, and remodeled. Don’t give this condition undue attention, since the emotional body is largely opposed to all of this transmutational stuff and tends to complain constantly. For similar reasons, the mental body may inform you that it is suffering from terminal confusion as it watches Spirit assuming command and imagines itself about to be fired. This is, of course, untrue, and it may be useful to remember that the mental body loves to misinterpret and misrepresent.

If that ploy doesn’t work, the mind may also point out that suddenly it can’t remember anything, as though that were proof positive that transmutation is terribly dangerous and grounds for your immediate retreat. Disregard the report. The truth is that the past is being removed as a mental reference point and replaced by future ecstatic models. The mind can’t remember anything because all useless data is being culled from its files. What it perceives as imminent danger is actually its imminent liberation.

Lastly, the ego and the personality will undoubtedly come up with a litany of complaints that are hair-raising if you give them any credence. Do not listen. They, like the mind, haven’t a clue about what’s going on and are inaccurately reporting their reconstruction through their fearful sense of being abandoned.

Although most of the symptoms you may experience will not have very much biological substance, they can still be uncomfortable and unnerving. Your old life is dying and your new life is emerging. That process can cause quite a bit of physical, mental, and emotional disturbance. If undue discomfort occurs during the process of your birthing, check in to one of the recovery rooms staffed by our MASH unit members. They specialize in assisting you to safely fall apart on all levels.

Transmutative Cures: There are no real cures for transmutation, nor should you desire that there be, because transmutation is the cure. It is a natural process that is absolutely necessary for the next step in your evolution. It is also the only way you will be able to withstand the increased vibrational field of energy you are about to enter. The closest thing to a remedy for this process is to willingly allow and assist these vital changes.

Voluntary consent is the jurisdiction of the “patient.” Assistance is in the competent hands of the MASH unit members. Their personnel have one primary function: They are here as highly trained professionals to assist in the planetary birthing process. They are interdimensional midwives sent in to help the planetary population and the planetary sphere through the trauma and pain that may accompany this awesome act of spiritual awakening. They are specialists in the transmutative procedure and are equipped to handle all the psychic, emotional, and physical complications the emergence of new life can entail. All MASH units, both on- and off-planet, are ready and awaiting all calls that will bring them to the delivery rooms immediately.

The Code Talkers


In much the same manner that the Navajos used their native language to outwit the Japanese during World War II, the Code Talkers of this mission have a similar task and technique. The major difference is that the directive of the Code Talkers has been altered since 1945. Now their responsibility is to get information to planetary inhabitants instead of trying to get it by them.

Using their indigenous tongues, the more recently arrived Code Talkers are able to transmit vital interdimensional information to the cultures that surround them while bypassing those cultures’ linear minds and models. And, just as Navajo was Greek to the Japanese, the concealed communications of the Code Talkers are equally inscrutable to the locals and will likewise never be deciphered. Mission Control can say this with absolute certainty, because cracking a code implies being able to translate its information into English or some other linear language. In the case of this code system, that would be like trying to force a three-dimensional object onto a two-dimensional plane. It can’t be done. The fact is, Mission Control could even go so far as to blatantly broadcast the key to the code, and still no one would get it, because the tool they would be using to get it with would preclude their getting it at all.

Code Talkers are cleverly positioned throughout the planet, and their function is critical to the success of this mission. For that reason, Mission Control will not release any further information concerning their whereabouts or specific tasks. This is for their protection, as we cannot be assured that some “nut” isn’t reading this manual who may consider code talking to be an un-American activity that rightly deserves another national inquisition. Likewise, we cannot be certain that some old-age entrepreneur may not also be reading this material and be struck by this golden opportunity to charge everyone for this communication. Although any attempt to interfere with the Code Talkers would ultimately be futile, Mission Control is being conservative in this matter because we dislike any interruptions on our lines.

It means that survival is over. The old world’s systems are in collapse. Those who wish to continue in those systems will be graciously asked to leave, because their motivator, fear, is being relocated to another planet where its subdivisions are still welcome.

The Intergalactic Board of Realtors has already placed this planet on an Interdimensional Multiple Listing for recolonization by the Forces of Light. The Board is present on this plane to see that this planet’s personal property frenzy comes to its natural end and that the illusion of planetary ownership is replaced by the legacy of planetary stewardship. Some mission members are in our special computer division. These members are experts in the art of interdimensional interfacing. They are this mission’s Cosmic Computer Jocks, and they have the capacity to act as the very linkage between the dimensions.

This division specializes in the translation of third-dimensional binary computer language into a fifth-dimensional unary linguistic system. Although any computer expert on this planet will tell you that such a translation is not possible, what they actually mean to say is that they could not do it. That is why they are not being asked to. We have sent in our own specialists instead.

Another aspect of this division’s task is to bring new software to this plane with programs that no one here has dreamed possible. These programs are fifth-dimensionally designed and apply to every aspect of the transmutational process. Not only can they unscramble existing confusing and dysfunctional programs, but they can also realign them with our database which will automatically reprogram them back into light.

Our computer team is here to disseminate our new software throughout the planetary sphere in preparation for the final dimensional link-up. Their very bodies are the silicon chips of our computer matrix, and their presence is the keyboard of our system. They are state-of-the-art hardware and are completely immune to any computer virus as well as very user-friendly.

The Rainbow Warrior


The Rainbow Warrior is a warrior of the Spirit, and every member of this mission is a Rainbow Warrior. In fulfillment of Native American prophecies, intergalactic and interdimensional forces have gathered on this planet at this time to liberate her in the name of Spirit.

The Indian peoples are fifth-dimensional emissaries, equipped with their own private lines to spiritual truth. As many tribes have predicted, a powerful spirit is now returning to the Earth to lift her out of her decay and despair into a new and glorious realm ruled by the Spirit of Love. The Royal Celestial Air Force


The Royal Celestial Air Force is many, many times vaster than all the national air forces of this planet combined. It is a division of the High Command of Light. As such, its strength is greater than any military force on this planet has ever beheld.

Every major head of state on Earth has been advised of our presence and assured that none of their little Star Wars devices will ever have an opportunity to be fired. The reason you have not been informed of this fact is because your military forces are beside themselves with the loathsome idea that their pop guns are meaningless. They also do not wish you to know exactly how useless their environmentally crippling military expenditures actually are. To put it bluntly and in Earth terms, they are protecting their own asses.

Our presence in your planetary arena is not for invasionary purposes. If we had wished to invade, we would have done so long before now. We have girded this planet with our ships to form a resonant field that assists the Earth in the transmutative process. Our craft are also here to protect and communicate with our ground crew members who are facilitating the transmutative process on the planet’s surface. Our crew are continually monitoring our ground personnel for data. This is to aid them in their awakening process and to assure that they arrive at their respective positions on time. We have the ability to recall mission members to our craft for instruction or assistance, and we do so constantly.

Although the power of the Royal Celestial Air Force is greater than anything the inhabitants of this planet have ever seen, our love is also greater than anything these inhabitants have ever dared to dream. The Earth is not endangered by our presence; she is exalted, for we are here to assist in the breaking of her bondage and to fulfill her regal destiny. Our squadrons stand at her side and at her service, assuring her safe delivery into the light.

The Quark Alliance


As a member of this mission and its planetary transition team, you should be aware of the presence of the Quark Alliance. Although you cannot join this alliance, it is joining you, so we are including a short explanation of its function in this section of the manual for your information.

The Quark Alliance is a very powerful organization whose work is not immediately obvious because its jurisdiction is subatomic. Its presence and activities are dismissed by the human scientific community because any admission of its existence would force them to recognize intelligence in places that would frighten them to find it. Acknowledging this Alliance’s presence would also debunk science’s high priesthood by challenging both its knowledge and its control. Since the scientific community is unlikely to defrock itself voluntarily, its denial of the Quark Alliance is apt to continue.

The Quark Alliance has been responsible for many recent technological failures which have been falsely attributed to such things as human error or, on occasion, metal fatigue. Although human error should never be underestimated, the issue of metal fatigue only hints at what is actually happening. What is occurring is conscious communication at the atomic level that has resulted in a unanimous decision to alter the fabric of your physical world.

Metal is not becoming fatigued; molecules are. In fact, they are not just fatigued—they are entirely fed up. They are no longer willing to be servants to a technology wielded in denial of life and to the planet’s jeopardy. Consequently, they are flat-out refusing to cooperate, creating a certain amount of technological havoc. Through the work of the Quark Alliance, atomic particles have begun their realignment with the Forces of Light and are in the process of rearranging physical reality as they pull the subatomic carpet out from under the feet of denial.

We apprise you of the Quark Alliance’s existence so that you will not be surprised when you see the fabric of modern physics unraveling before your eyes. Pay no attention to the barrage of technobabble that you will undoubtedly hear as science attempts to maintain its power in the face of its ruin. In fact, you may as well just sit back and enjoy it, knowing it is only the passing protest of old form cracking under the superior force of the incoming light. What looks messy on the surface now will soon give way to a new order filled with harmony, cooperation, and joy.

As we have mentioned, this list of job descriptions in no way represents the full spectrum of the mission. These are only brief descriptions of some of the tasks that some of you chose to do. The actual depth and breadth of the mission is beyond human description because it was architected in another dimension. On this dimension, you will have to be satisfied simply knowing that Mission Control is never sloppy. Our plans and programs cover every life form on this planet. So, proceed with your specific mission, secure in your purpose, and strong in your love—and don’t forget to keep in touch.

Troubleshooting


Mission Control acknowledges that the process of waking up is a little tricky. Even though you are genetically encoded to do so, by the time you reach the point of activation, you will be totally convinced that you are an Earthling. You will most likely be exhibiting their worst characteristics plus wearing any number of their scary disguises. You may find yourself in the middle class, a self-made man, a self-denying woman, terminally confused, completely content, following a guru, joining gun clubs, sweating your mortgage, watching TV, defending your nationality, owned by your corporation, taking care of your lawn, dialing for dollars, a “victim” of religion, seeing a shrink, jogging in circles, doing lunch, an attorney and/or working for the DOE.

This is, of course, a very partial list of the frightening possibilities. It can be summarized by saying that you will have been successfully brought to your knees—not out of reverence for life, but out of the unending effort of scrambling in slavery for survival. Fear in any of its many forms, will probably have managed to topple you in one way or another.

In addition, many of you will be in your forties and over the hill. (Remember, the majority of this incarnational group entered shortly after World War II—see definition for “Crawl-Ins.”) This means that you may have had many medals, awards, bowling trophies, and degrees bestowed upon you (depending on the level of slavery you bought into), plus all the power, position, and credit cards that were held out like carrots to further buy you off. And, in the worst of all possible scenarios, you may also have a white male body that lives in Wilton, Connecticut, and has mistaken its portfolio for its identity.

To all this, Mission Control says, “Yikes!” We also say, “Thank God you’re Christ.”

What follows in this section is a little helpful advice in areas that are commonly problematic and typical of dysfunctional planets. Although simply and totally waking up would eliminate most trouble spots, we are aware that many of you cannot do so overnight because of the degree of brainwashing you have sustained. Our advice, however, is please don’t drag this process on too long or you may miss the mission entirely. This is Mission Control. Carry on.

Passing for White


As you begin to awaken interdimensionally, Mission Control advises discretion. Keep a low profile and act as “white” as possible, unless you happen to be Chinese. (A little common sense is useful here.) This is for your own safety. Don’t forget, the cultures of this planet are built on fear. They fear everybody, everything, and all differences; moreover, they kill in defense of those fears.

Up until now it has been largely unnecessary for Mission Control to caution you on this matter, since you have not had a clue as to who you are and why you are here. However, as you begin to sense your true identity, be extremely careful. For instance, going up to someone and casually saying, “Hi, I’m from Sirius—I understand you’re a native,” will not win you any friends or influence many people. If you’re lucky, they will just think you’re nuts. If you’re unlucky, they may commit you.

Remember, you came here to dismantle fear, not to elicit it, so be cautious about cocktail conversation and try not to alienate the aliens.

Closet Cases


Although you are in some danger from the indigenous population, the greatest danger you face is from other extraterrestrials who refuse to awaken. The local alien population, for the most part, will be inclined to dismiss the claim that extraterrestrials are in their midst by the millions as a crock of biodegradable matter. They are so certain they know what is happening that they will probably miss what is happening until it has already happened. Because of the one-dimensional nature of their belief systems, the natives will be unlikely to launch any witch hunts.

On the other hand, extraterrestrials who are bucking their genetic coding are a bit more dangerous and should be approached with caution. They are more likely to strike than their cocksure counterparts. And, if any witch trial appears on the docket, they will undoubtedly have placed it there, as well as appointed themselves judges.

The Messiah Complex


As you are awakening, there are some pitfalls we would like you to avoid. The most important one is the dreaded Messiah Complex. Before mission members are completely on their multidimensional feet, this complex tends to have some appeal. Mission Control would like to take a moment to make it a little less appealing.

Being Christ and thinking you are Christ are two different matters. If you only think you are Christ, you will then act like you think Christ would act, which usually entails trying to save someone.

Let us make one think very clear: This mission is not about “saving” anyone. All inhabitants of this planet are masters. Even the aliens are masters who are here doing a brilliant job of mastering being aliens. Everyone on the planet knows the game, and everyone has made their decision. If a person has chosen to continue as a master of limitation, that is his or her inalienable right. Saving people from their rights is not the intention of this planetary mission. And having our ground crew members running around with messianic fervor trying to rescue people from their free will is not through any request of Mission Control nor by any mandate of the Councils.

The Earth has elected to evolve beyond limitation; however, anyone who opts to explore that process further is free to do so—just not on this planet. Such people will be allowed to continue their experiments with limitation on some other piece of planetary property that is at a less advanced stage in its evolution.

The members of this mission have chosen to master divine expression instead of limitation, and are being asked to do so on this planet at this time. It is critical that you remember that one choice is not better than the other. Do not, in your half-awakened state and out of misdirected zeal, attempt to “convert” anyone to the choice you have made. Instead, be the choice you have made.

Mission Control expects our members to respect everyone’s sovereignty and decisions. We also expect you to stand in your full presence and emanate your divine essence. In this manner and in no other, you will have the power to effect another’s choice to do the same. Your embodiment of Spirit is the only act that will assist the mission in unfolding smoothly and efficiently to its destined conclusion.

The Burden of Spiritual Significance


The Burden of Spiritual Significance, like the Messiah Complex, is a trap we advise you not to get caught in. The problem with Spiritual Significance is that it is a by-product of spiritual ambition and, as such, it would best be your spiritual ambition to avoid.

Acts of spiritual ambition are, by their nature, devoid of spirit. They will only result in separating you from Spirit, and, therefore, the mission. This is not to say that we don’t expect you to do anything of any spiritual consequence while you are visiting this planet. We do expect you to have a spiritual impact here, otherwise we would not have sent you in. However, becoming entangled in the “importance” of your acts will lead you into an identity that is less than who you are.

You are here with one primary directive: to embody the Spirit you serve. If you allow yourself to become sidetracked by your “spiritual significance” and lose yourself in the “grandeur” of who you are, you will simultaneously lose track of your real significance and fall short of this mission’s goal. Remember that you are here to become a living expression of Spirit. Nothing you do or say is an acceptable substitute for becoming who you truly are.

The Chicken/Head Syndrome


As dysfunctional patterns are being dismantled and fear is being unceremoniously kicked out of the driver’s seat by Spirit, you may experience the chicken/head syndrome. (Our sources indicate that you have chickens on this planet—indigenous birds who are noted for running around after their heads have been cut off. This is our first exposure to chickens, but we find their behavior useful, so we have renamed this syndrome in their honor.)

The chicken/head syndrome refers to the neurological phenomenon that a beheaded chicken experiences when its body continues racing around frantically as if something were still in control. This goes on for a short while until the neurological circuitry catches up with the fact that the bird is officially dead. This is precisely what can happen when fear is eliminated from your systems. Fear’s neurologically patterned behavior may continue marching around for awhile, acting as if fear were still in charge.

You have two options in dealing with this condition. You can treat this vestigial behavior in the same way we have noticed you treat flies. (This is also our first encounter with flies, but they seem to be just as useful as chickens.) You may allow them to buzz around until they drop of their own accord, or you can swat them and get it over with. The only thing you should never do is identify with them.

Fear and its patterned behavior is not and never was your identity. Fear is a parasitic life form that no longer has any biological business being on this planet. If it is helpful, think of fear as a fungus from outer space that successfully invaded eons ago and has been hosting off your systems ever since. Fear no more defines your being than a case of athlete’s foot defines your body. So, whatever course of action you choose to handle this syndrome with, remember that it’s almost over and you’re not it.

Integrity—It’s Care and Maintenance


As a “crawl-in” to this mission, you, by definition, have some pretty big handicaps. As you are asked to stumble out of your wheelchair and into an upright position, you may encounter some enticement to remain seated and rest on your handicapped privileges. Mission Control would like to take this moment to assist you to your feet.

The biggest handicap that you suffer stems from the fact that this mission demands total integrity, while the cultures you represent demand little or none. The reason for this is that Earth cultures have one basic thing in common: They are all dysfunctional. Once a culture has decided which dysfunctional aspects it wishes to represent, it raises a flag to declare its position, packages its preferred brand of dysfunctionality for consumption at home and abroad, and passes it off as a national heritage to be proud of and protected at all costs. Because you have to claim some nationality in order to get in here, none of you has been spared an identity that is at least a million light years and exactly 180 degrees off from the truth.

The temptation to remain dysfunctional arises from the fact that it has been such a thorough and arduous journey getting there; somehow, it feels wasteful to just chuck it. Because of this illusion of waste, you may find yourself clinging to false identities or co-dependent relationships that prolong the recovery act. These double-dealing relationships, whether with yourself or others, are based on a dysfunctional complicity that thrives on an unstated request. That request can best be expressed as, “Please don’t disturb my sense of limitation. It may be Auschwitz, but it’s home.”

The problem with maintaining this “pact” is that you cannot pass through the doors of the fifth dimension lugging dysfunctional baggage, and there is no handicapped parking nor any wheelchair access. All false identity must be relinquished at customs where your belongings will be rifled for contraband states of consciousness. These contraband states include dishonesty, manipulation, any and all feigned limping, refusing to relinquish your survival identity, and every hidden, unholy agreement that was made out of fear and denial.

Mission Control is aware of the courage that realignment with the truth requires, but we are also aware that no one will be successful in any attempt to smuggle a lack of integrity across the frontier of the new incoming civilization. Be gentle with yourself and with others during the time of your rehabilitation, but also be scrupulous in this matter because there is no room for deception. And remember, giving up your crutches willingly now is far preferable to being busted at the border.

Discernment


At this time of transition, be very careful about who and what you are following. In fact, if you are following at all, that is the first indication that you are off track. For those of you who are still the students of gurus, we recommend discernment.

This is no longer the time of great spiritual teachers. It is now the time of great spirits instead. This shift from master/student to just plain master may cause a temporary unemployment problem in India and elsewhere, but do not be alarmed. The true masters of light will make the shift with ease and will welcome your upcoming graduation with the same relief that they welcome their much-deserved retirement.

Others of you consider gurus passŸ and are following disembodied channeled entities instead. Again, we advise discernment. Many of our forces have gained entry to this plane through the use of channeling. However, we are not the only ones who have gained entry this way. There are many disembodied energies who are masquerading as the light and throwing their confusing two cents into the global pot. Being without a body is not an instant membership card granting the bearer status among the Forces of Light. There are an inordinate number of entities running loose right now, channeled and otherwise, who have no bodies and are solely interested in an opportunity to use and abuse yours. An important key in dealing with these energies is to approach as a master and not as a student. If you stand in the truth of that identity, you are very unlikely to fall for a lie.

Always test the energies you are in contact with to make sure they are not just fourth-dimensional freeloaders with a predisposition to remain in the dark. If an entity shuns the light and avoids standing in its presence, acting somewhat like a vampire who has just been confronted with a crusifix, you can be fairly certain they are not in the service of the Forces of Light. Anything that cannot tolerate the light is not assisting the light and should be taken to the light as soon as possible. Check your behavior and thought-forms as well. Much of what you have considered to be the product of your personality and upbringing may actually be the behavior of a fourth-dimensional entity that is time-sharing your body.

This is a particularly important issue right now because there is a great deal of disturbance on the fourth dimension which is leaking into the third. (Please see the second note under “UFO” in chapter 1 for more information on the dimensions.) This is the unfortunate result of a little interdimensional misunderstanding. As the fifth dimension continues on its spiritual descent into the third dimension, it is now passing through the frontiers of the fourth. Some of the fourth dimension’s darker denizens believe this incoming light to be a threat, and mistake their imminent transformation as a serious assault. A number of them have consequently formed a resistance movement that is fighting back, even though we are not fighting at all. The temporary chaos this has caused is making the fourth dimension look like a bad brawl in the Star Wars bar, and some of its disembodied refugees have made their way into the third dimension. Learn to recognize these energies and stay clear of them.

If a disembodied entity manipulates you in any way or wants your following at the price of your freedom, that entity is not on our team and doesn’t have your best interests at heart. Any energy that is not contributing to the realization of your magnificence and mastery is not a part of this mission and is in the service of the dark forces. If an entity fails to meet this criteria, escort that being into the light.

Through your alignment with the light, you are in a superior position in relation to these temporarily confused forces. You have the power to bust them and lovingly usher them into the light. You can do this by identifying the entities, breaking any agreements you may have made with them, and, by an internal visualization, leading them into the light. This act will serve to assist the mission in its peaceful and efficient descent through the fourth dimension, while hastening its awaited arrival on the third.

Do not misinterpret this information. It is the light that is superior to these fourth-dimensional forces and not your winsome personality. Pitting yourself against them as if you were superior will invariably end in your resounding defeat. Call upon the Forces of Light in all your dealings with these energies. Your success will then be guaranteed, and there will subsequently be less mess to clean up.

Landing Instructions


Some of you are in such a state of shock from finding yourselves in the third dimension that, in protest, you have refused to land. Mission Control would like to point out that you are useless to the mission if you are still circling the planet in a holding pattern. We would also like to point out that it was your choice to sign up for this mission, not ours.

From your frantic transmissions, we have gathered that you are nervous about catching whatever it is “they” seem to have on this planet. Although we understand your anxiety, we would prefer to discuss your imminent danger after you have made your landing.

Technically, Mission Control cannot interfere with your free will; however, we can reassign you. You may be transferred, if you so wish, to another dysfunctional planet. Unfortunately, most of the positions we have open right now actually make this place look good. The mere mention of the possibility of re-upping for the boot camp on Planet X is usually enough to coax most of you out of the skies and on with the mission. However, if you are still unwilling to make your approach, please contact Flight Control. Maybe they can talk you through a landing.

Culture Shock


Culture shock is unavoidable as you begin to awaken to our presence as well as your own. Although you already are veteran travelers of the dimensions, your true identity will be a news flash to your third-dimensional consciousnesses. The impact of recognizing your multidimensional nature will send ripples of apprehension through your limited sense of self, giving the prospect of a sudden, underfinanced move to Calcutta far greater appeal. Even though it is only the security of your insecurity that is at risk, try telling that one to your emotional body. The emotional body may be more inclined to fling itself off a cliff than deal like an adult with this incoming vibrational shift.

Culture shock is temporary, but we mention it so that you can prepare. And while you are at it, get ready for the additional shock that Mission Control is populated by a largely nonhuman staff. The human race is a root race that extends throughout the worlds, but it is only one of many. For a people who have not yet adjusted to the differences among their own kind, our presence may seem an alarming act of brotherhood you are being asked to face.

If it is any consolation, many of you on this mission are merely disguised as humans for the sake of this planetary transition. We hope that information helps your personality make its adjustment, even if it doesn’t exactly cheer up your beleaguered emotional system. Also, keep in mind that the culture shock of awakening multidimensionally is nowhere near as dreadful as the shock you felt when you first woke up to find yourself here.

The Yo-yo Effect


The yo-yo effect is a name we came up with to describe the bodily and emotional changes you may feel as the transmutative process kicks into full gear. Cellular transmutation is necessary to accommodate your evolutionary leap into light, but since this process is physical, it has some attendand symptoms that you might as well get acquainted with.

There will probably be moments of exaltation as you feel the rush of incoming light entering your systems. However, these are often followed by sudden crashes of energy—crashes that can be felt by the body, the emotions, and the mind as you temporarily swing back into the old reality. Do not mistake this for manic depression. It is only a simple case of ecstasy followed by your denial’s insistence on returning to the pits it knows and loves so well.

The accompanying physical symptoms will differ from person to person, but any combination of aches and pains is possible including the discomforts of nervous disorders, and fatigue may set in. Mission Control does not suggest you rush around to every doctor in town trying to figure out what you’ve got, unless you have unlimited funds. Our advice is simple and about as good as you’ll get. Be kind to yourself. This is an enormous shift. If you have trouble, just take a couple of light pills, go to bed, and call us in the morning after you wake up.

Deployment of Troops


This mission has an overview and an objective; however, it does not have a battle plan. One reason for this is that we are not in a battle. Another reason is that all our movements are directed by Spirit and change constantly in response to Spirit’s requests. For this reason, you must also be willing to alter your plans in accordance with Spirit and go where you are summoned at a moment’s notice. What was true yesterday may not be true tomorrow. You must learn to rely on Spirit for all your up-to-the-minute instructions.

This reliance on Spirit is the mission. It is also your direct line to Mission Control and all its forces. (Remember, Mission Control is not an outside authority. We are a service, both internal and external, that strongly recommends you do not look to outside authority for your counsel.) No one but your divine Spirit can tell you your truth, where you should be, or what you should be doing. Spiritual self-reliance is the essential shift in consciousness that the mission is here to help implement. It is also the shift you personally agreed to make on behalf of this planet. We exhort you to be ready. Be awake and listen, because the troops of Spirit are now being deployed.

Emergency Procedure


In the event of an emergency, Mission Control has reserve forces ready to swing into action. We also have the ability to simultaneously activate all the genetic codes of our ground crew members, and to instantly call you to your respective positions. As we have mentioned before, this is not a preferred course of action because of the shock of the procedure. Many nervous systems are not yet prepared to handle a sudden incoming light surge of that nature and it might result in some loss of troops.

Mission Control does not wish to outline the emergencies that would cause us to activate all members of the off- and on-planet units prematurely. We do not want your attention on these matters, as your focus may cause them to occur. Therefore, it must be sufficient for you to simply know that there are emergency crews on stand-by. They are prepared to assist the planet should the birthing process become too difficult at any point. As previously stated, we are here to assure this planet’s safe delivery into the light. Any necessary measure is within our jurisdiction and capacity. That is all we care to say on this issue at this time.

Mishaps of the Mission


This is another topic that Mission Control does not wish to dwell on because attention on the casualty list will only serve to increase it. All we will say on this matter is that all missions to dysfunctional planets have their dangers. Some members of the mission have effectively crash-landed and may not recover sufficiently in time to complete their assignments. Others have become so embroiled in their dysfunctionality that they have completely forgotten the point of assuming the condition in the first place. There is still time to rectify some of these mishaps; however, a few mission members are in serious shape and their prognosis isn’t very good.

Although only a very minor fraction of our ground crew is in trouble, we would like these members to know that the injuries they have sustained are not an indication of failure in our eyes. We regret that there are any casualties, but it is impossible to assure total safety to all mission participants because such assurance would be a violation of the free will and the divine sovereignty of our mission members. Mission Control would like our wounded members to know that their efforts have been deeply appreciated and much more than Purple Hearts awaits them when they return home.

Assistance


The function of this section of the manual is to help you remember the vastness of the community you come from and the loving assistance the members of that community willingly extend to you all. We know it can feel lonely in the spiritual fast lane on this planet. But remember that this is only a felling and not a fact. Please avail yourselves of the resources that are your birthright and know how much you are loved. This is Mission Control, on behalf of all the great Forces of Light, completely at your service.

Foreign Aid


Throughout the process of your awakening and beyond, you have the right to call upon Mission Control, the Council Seats, all Alliances, Federations, and Confederacies of Light, the Ascended Masters, and every kingdom of this planet for assistance. That is just to name a few of your resources. You are a member in good standing on this mission and we urge you to exercise your rights. This is not only for your protection; it is the very means by which higher dimensional energies can legitimately gain entry onto this plane.

As we have stated before, we do not invade. However, when a member of this mission has earned the status of Earthling by living it and then requests interdimensional intervention or support, we can legitimately answer that request without violating Universal Law. In this manner, our presence will continue to infiltrate this planet for the purpose of bringing it into alignment with the greater Universe of Light. We hope this information makes it clear that “E.T., phone home” is actually very sound advice.

Morale Boosting


Mission Control is aware that many of you are very weary and discouraged with this mission. From your current perception, we know it looks pretty bleak down there. To watch world systems in decay, ambulatory insanity at the helm, denial on a rampage, humanity down each other’s throats, and a dying biosphere is probably not your idea of a good time.

Try to remember that though you may be vastly outnumbered on this planet, you belong to a greater family that is by far in the majority of the remainder of the universe. Align with your heritage, remember your birthright, and be certain of your destiny. You are children of the stars, sired by light, and your reality is the superior one. The damage and corruption you see around you is just the ending choreography of the old world’s last dance, and the promised reclamation of this planet is but the final manifestation of a campaign that has already been won.

Curing Battle Fatigue


The best cure for battle fatigue is not to battle. Although you may find it difficult not to inject a little sanity into the lemminglike rush toward death you see all around you, do not intercede. The old world is dying. It must and will come down. The best you can do is allow it to die as gracefully as possible.

Whatever you put your attention on increases. For the sake of the ecosystem and the new emerging civilization, remove your attention from the death process and place it on the process of birth instead. Misplaced attention will just act to prolong the ending’s agony and delay your inevitable, exalted future.

The Special Forces


Because we do not have a millennium to spare, Mission Control has not left the process of reawakening solely in your hands. Alliances, commands, and transition teams have been sent in to facilitate your awakening and help snap you out of your coma. Please be on the lookout for these energies.

You will be able to identify the Special Forces primarily by your inner response to them which was pre-encoded into your DNA structure before you left. No matter how “rational” you believe yourself to be, you will find yourself strangely interested in the unbelievable things they are saying without knowing why.

The Special Forces are distinguishable from Earth-based organizations in that they do not lie, are not wimpy, and don’t want followers. They will not allow you to use them to replace worn-out, fear-based, disempowering religious belief systems. They will insist on your sovereignty, refuse to be outside authorities, and will not allow you to dump your responsibility or power at their feet. Their purpose is clear and simple: They are here to assist you into your full presence so they can then aid in co-creating a new reality with their peers.

Another characteristic feature of the Special Forces is a well developed sense of humor, also distinguishing them from most Earth-based “spiritual” groups. These Forces may be facilitated by walk-ins. They may use art forms, such as dance, interdimensional languages translated into tones, or whatever else they can get their hands on to circumvent your linear, two-dimensional linguistic system. They are experts in the transmutative process and use other dimensional technologies to break through dysfunctional patterning.

Mission Control’s primary goal is to successfully complete this mission with as little loss as possible. Please do not ignore the Special Forces that were sent in for your benefit. They are the Green Berets of this mission.

Interdimensional Brain Surgery


Do not be alarmed by the subject of this article. The only dimension on which brain surgery is dangerous is the third. Every other dimension (not counting the first, second, and fourth) has it down pat, and malpractice suits are virtually unheard of. Interdimensional brain surgery is another form of assistance we offer you.

This surgical procedure enables us to reroute dysfunctional brain patterns, rewire circuitry that has shorted due to deranged thought-form overloads, cure all computer viruses that your brain may have contracted, and replace existing fuses with heavier equipment to insure that everything doesn’t blow out when all the lights come on.

To operate, however, we need your permission on one level or another—conscious permission preferred. Even your medical profession has gotten that far, usually having you sign a release before they nearly or actually kill you. The difference in our request is that it is not motivated by a desire to stay out of court but by our total respect for your sovereignty.

For those of you who are reluctant on any level to give your permission to go under the knife, you may be relieved to know that we don’t use knives. If may also be helpful to know that we haven’t lost a patient yet. Mission Control awaits your decision.

Exploratory Emotional Body Surgery


Unlike Interdimensional brain surgery, you do have reason to be alarmed by the subject of this article. In answer to your question, “Will it hurt?” the answer is “Yes.” This surgical procedure requires conscious participation and cannot be done under anaesthetics. In fact, many of you will have to come out of the anaesthetics you are currently under in order to participate.

If you enjoy going where no man or woman has gone before and are not put off by a sloggy journey through your own internal swamp, this surgery will present little on no problem. However, if you are squeamish about traveling over darkened and repulsive terrain, we suggest you toughen up, because there is no way around this one. Lightness and darkness cannot coexist in the same place at the same time.

Although emotional surgery requires some bravery, Mission Control would like to remind you that no one in their right mind would have signed up for this particular mission if they did not have any courage. The fact is, the only thing more painful than going through this procedure is not going through it. Our surgical staff is at your disposal and ready to assist you through this process.

Creative License


If you do not already have a Creative License, we suggest you apply for one immediately. We assure you it will come in very handy as you try to accomplish what it is you came here to do.

When you send in your application, be sure to indicate the level of creation you feel you are capable of handling. Once your application is received, Mission Control will check its own files to see if the class of license you have applied for matches our data concerning the creative skills you can manage. Even though Mission Control already knows the answer, we ask for your self appraisal just to check your understanding of your role in the co-creative process.

In most cases, the class of license you request will be well below the level you can handle, in which event you will be issued a Learner’s Permit. Please do not be insulted if this is what you receive. It is temporary and will be replaced by your real license as soon as you fully awaken to your creative capacity. The Learner’s Permit is simply a safety precaution. A full-fledged Creative License requires total conscious control of the reality you are designing. It also grants you “driving” privileges outside your dimension. Unfortunately. losing control of your vehicle interdimensionally can cause an even worse traffic hazard than it does within the relatively safe confines of your planet.

Although you will not be asked to take a written exam, a heart/mind coordination test is a must. This mandatory examination will be administered to you on another dimension by your DMV staff. Also, when applying for your Creative License, you need not indicate whether you wear glasses, contacts, or are legally blind. Just tell us if you can see; that’s all we want to know.

Recent Legislation


Since time is almost over (and without it, it’s impossible to live out your lives on the old “go now, pay later” plan), the Stellar Councils have unanimously voted to repeal the Law of Karma. This came about because Mission Control brought it to the Councils’ attention that there wasn’t enough time left to fulfill the Law of Karma’s requirements and still meet our transmutative deadline. As a result, the Councils decided that it was easier to get rid of the whole thing than it was to figure out a way to meet its demands. Another reason the Councils were moved to this decision is that the Akashic Records are just about full. The thought of having to add on another wing and increase its library staff was more than the participating Councils cared to address at this time. They felt they had more pressing projects to invest in during this fiscal millennium.

As a result of these factors and the additional fact that it is virtually impossible for anyone to be a master and a student at the same time. the Councils have not only rescinded the law governing the karmic emotional system, but have also unanimously voted to enact the Law of Grace. Consequently, all debits have been removed from the cosmic records and you are free to move forward with no reference to any debts you may have incurred. You are also free to stop pretending that you are a student. This legislation makes it easier all around and has sent a sigh of relief throughout the Intergalactic Council’s administrative staff—especially the Justice Department and the Interdimensional Retribution Service. It should likewise send a sigh of relief through you.

Mission Control repeats this important bit of news: The Law of Karma has been repealed and the Law of Grace enacted to assist you in your manifestation of divinity. All debts have been forgiven and all court dates canceled. You are free to proceed outside the jurisdiction of karma and in the state of grace. The blessings of all the Councils go with you.

Self-help Techniques


The greatest self-help technique you can practice is the art of laughing. This is not to say that everything that is coming down is entirely funny. For instance, you may find it difficult, at first, to get a chuckle out of a rapidly disappearing ozone layer and the petrochemicals you are drinking with every glass of water. And, to be perfectly honest, even we don’t find the Federal Reserve very amusing. However, getting depressed is not an answer.

This is the most critical moment of change in this planet’s history, and your assistance in that change is vital. Humor has the effect of raising your vibratory level, and you won’t believe how high it has got to go to get through this one. Going catatonic over the seriousness of the global situation will not only not help the globe, but it will also effectively knock you out of the ballgame. Our advice? Keep laughing.

Another practice you will find invaluable is owning up to your creative capacity. Your reality is formed by your attention, and it is entirely your choice if you end up as a second-rate actor in a B movie instead of a star on the star that is about to be born. It is also advisable to keep in mind that you are here on assignment. Please don’t get sidetracked into thinking you have cancer just because you have visited the ward. Remember who you are and what you are doing and keep your eyes on the stars.

The Great Awakening


The 1990s are the decade of The Great Awakening. By comparison, the ‘90s are destined to make the ‘60s look like little more than an episode out of Leave It to Beaver. In this decade, the second wave of extraterrestrials will remember who they are.

The newly awakening group constitutes the majority of the beings on this planet who are carrying within their genetic structure the seeds of a new consciousness. This tide of consciousness is an unstoppable force, and its impact is destined to sweep across and shape the shores of the incoming millennium. The Great Awakening is a manifestation of the Victory of Light that has already been accomplished beyond this plane and now has only to play itself out on this dimension.

The greatest help you will receive on this mission will happen through this awakening of your fellow members. The escalation of transmutational energy caused by this awakening will irreversibly tip the global scales in the direction of spiritual realignment. This vibrational escalation will be a demonstration of a very sophisticated, extraterrestrial concept which we call multidimensional marketing. During these times, please be generous and loving in your assistance to those around you. They are most likely your down-line.

Starseed—The Next Generation


Another great source of assistance on this mission will be extended to you by the generation that follows. This manual is primarily directed at the vanguard of this mission whose task is to cut the pathway to a new civilization. However, the generation that you have prepared the way for is right behind you. They are the builders of the civilization for which you now establish the foundation.

We have noticed that your current civilization has been alarmed by this generation, as they have begun to make mincemeat out of your standardized tests of measurement. Many of them are logging remarkably low scores on your intelligence tests, such as the SAT examination. They are also having a field day with your psychological tests for normalcy, such as the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. May we suggest that the Minnesota Mulitphase has never been adequate to measure anyone outside of Minnesota, and it is even more inadequate in measuring an extraterrestrial who may have an alarming predisposition toward androgyny and other psychologically suspect behavior. This starseed group is equipped differently and is basically bored by the questionable standards of intelligence and dysfunctionality posing as mental health that you are submitting them to. It would actually be more appropriate to measure this generation with a Richter scale if you were truly interested in understanding who they are. And it may be time to scrap the outdated exams that only assess their response to slavery.

Just as you are great masters of consciousness, so are they. Their task is slightly different, but they will support you in yours as they await their moment to make their presence known. Treat these masters well. They are the seeds that are to bear the fruit of your ecstatic destiny.

Monitoring


This entry is not for your assistance; it is for ours. Some of our technicians have lodged a complaint and requested that we place it in this manual. As mentioned elsewhere, all members of this mission are under constant surveillance by our monitoring staff. In many cases, this has gotten to be quite a bore, and some of our personnel are having trouble staying awake at their panels. They are wondering whether you have forgotten why you are on this planet and would appreciate a little more activity in conjunction with the mission. So, for their sake as well as the planet’s, will you please step on it? Their job description does not include monitoring an entire squadron that is asleep at the wheel.

Lately there has been much talk about the Photon Belt and the accompanying manasic radiation, both scientific terms for this spectacular coming event.

Science first admitted knowledge of this phenomenon in 1962, 33 years ago! As for us, the public, awareness oft his event came much later, and sadly, only to a very small number of people.

Even when I first heard of the Photon Belt, I was inclined, through ignorance, to give it little credence. In fact, my first reaction was, "the ,Wu-Wu's' are at it again. They have invented a new wrinkle to make more money." This was almost a colossal mistake on my part, but Spirit had its way and notified me that it was real. Spirit also said I must understand the phenomenon and go forward to inform the world of the true realities of the Photon Belt.

At this point, I began to take this phenomenon seriously, and after considerable research and study, I was ready to step forward and begin speaking about the Photon Belt. I first introduced it to the public in Columbus, Ohio, in October 1994, followed immediately by an extensive speaking tour in Europe. Much to my surprise, the subject was enthusiastically received everywhere I went. The following is a discussion of the subject for you, the reader.

The Photon Belt and the manasic radiation have a greater impact than one might imagine. From the scientific point of view, it is the procession of our Solar System and its accompanying planets around the Central Sun, called Alcione, located in the constellation of Pleiades. This counter-clockwise cyclic procession around Alcione requires 25,860 years to make one complete orbit. Our present-day sun, moon, and planets must twice pass through the Photon Belt during this time, that is, once to the North and once to the South. (See diagram, below.) During this cycle, there are two periods of darkness and two periods of light. The periods of darkness, which constitute the vast majority of the rotation around the Central Sun, consist of two periods of 10,500 years each, plus an additional, seemingly optional 430 years for both of the 10,500-year periods. (i.e., 10,500+430 = 10,930 years, times 2=21,860 years).

Following each period of 10,500 years of darkness, we then emerge into 2000 years of total light, which actually constitutes the Photon Belt. In review, we then have 21,860 years of darkness and 4,000 years of light (21,860 + 4,000 = 25,860 years, or one complete cycle/orbit). Again, please refer to the diagram below.

Another way of viewing this phenomenon is that in one complete orbit, we have five sixths darkness and approximately one-sixth light, or a 5:1 ratio, with darkness being predominant. Surprisingly enough, we are now, as a Solar System and planet, once again emerging from 10,500+ years of darkness and preparing to merge into 2000 years of light, which we will begin to experience in the year 2000. The foregoing is a general scientific understanding of the Photon Belt phenomenon, but what about its spiritual significance? A question in your mind might be, "Why does the darkness, or negative aspect, of our 26,OOO-yearjourney around the Central Sun predominate? Why not more light?" As in all things in the Creators omni-universes, everything has divine purpose and reason. All aspects are in synchronicity with one another: the higher with the lower, the lower with the higher; or, to quote Kabalistic law, "as it is above, so shall it be below; as it is below, so shall it be above." It is important to understand that divine law has intent and purpose. What I am about to relate spiritually will lend greater individual understanding and acceptance of what would otherwise appear to be punitive and unreasonable.

The reason we experience five-sixths more darkness in our journey around the Central Sun is because the divine powers, in concert with those of us who were chosen, agreed to create and experience a world of negativity (darkness), polarities, and illusion encrusted with fear, judgments, control, hate, greed, death, and much more. This was a contrived plan which facilitated the Creator's desire to better understand the true nature of negativity, or its shadow self This explosive and unpredictable world, likened to a veritable mine field, is designed to test the mettle of all associated with this special planet, Planet Earth. We are the vehicle through which the divine can experience itself; and through our individual and collective experiences, can master the intricacies and dangers of darkness. We have been selectively chosen to come here.

Many, upon hearing this, would venture to say this is insane, but nonetheless, it is true. We are unique, one of a kind. We are the chosen vehicle (planet) to collect, assimilate, and transform all negativity for our entire Solar System. We are the dumping ground and refuse holding area for the whole Solar System. Through our thoughts, actions, and reactions, we serve as transformers for all negativity being thrust upon us. What a task! So you see that what might be adjudged as something totally negative and uncalled for is, in truth, endowed with Spirit and its divine mission here on Earth. That mission is to experience through us the negativity for self and in the process, learn how to dispense with it more expeditiously and permanently, making all else a better place to live and work. So, you see, we and our planet are unique and special.

Undoubtedly, the next question is, "How does this relate to the Photon Belt?" This is a complex question, but before getting into the intricacies of it, let us first establish that the Photon Belt and accompanying manasic radiation are in and of themselves vehicles of transformation and transmutation. They are the guardian barrier and vehicle to see that none of the negativity of Earth escapes and contaminates the higher levels of consciousness. Presiding over all of this is the Christ, and upon knowing this, we can quickly see that the Photon Belt and the manasic radiation are the eminence of the Christ and its christed energies. Unless we are in accord with these energies, as we approach and enter the Photon Belt, we cannot hope to be a part of it and escape the negative influences of Planet Earth.

In that sense, we would have to return to the third dimension and do it all over again. Ironic as it may seem, before each of us came to Planet Earth, we were fully aware of the inherent dangers of coming to Earth and living and experiencing its gross negativities. We were also informed that we could not escape the influence of negativity until we had mastered it, which, of course, was the divine intent all along, for how can the divine learn and experience self other than through us? Unfortunately some are slower learners than others, and it takes repeated turns around the wheel (the Central Sun) before the lesson is learned. Usually about one-third of the planet's then total population is successful in each 10,500-year period.

Reflect on some of what I have said, such as "you are chosen; you could not be here this time around without approval; and you cannot leave, even though you volunteered, until you have completely mastered negativity." Indeed, that is a big task but you will do it sooner or later. When you have accomplished this, the rewards on the other side are inestimable; and because you have mastered and graduated from this toughest of learning schools in the Creator's domain, you will jump grades ahead of your contemporaries on the other side. So don't despair for you are Gods in amnesia, and you are not destined to fail for long! Let's return to the subject of the Christ and its relationship to the Photon Belt. The Christ and its energies are repeatedly mentioned in ancient texts, indicating that unless we can become one with these christed energies, we cannot hope to survive the coming calamities and pass through the Photon Belt. The Mayan prophecies clearly signal this in a profound statement which says, "government, science and religion will collapse unless they are prepared to accept and facilitate the incoming Christ consciousness." Once again, this is an oblique reference to the Photon Belt and its christed energies (the manasic radiation). All things obsolete, archaic, and negative, including YOU, will break down in the face of the incoming Christ energies unless you and it will accept and live these sacred truths. The great avatar, Jesus, while on Earth made this abundantly clear when he said, "1, through the Christ, shall separate the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats." Implied was that humanity, as it approaches the end days and the Photon Belt, will be divided into two camps, that is, those who can and will accept the incoming Christ consciousness (the wheat and the sheep), and those who will not or cannot (the tares and the goats). As we near the entrance into the Photon Belt, which will take place in or about the year 2000, all of this will become abundantly clear. Note that the year 2000 also marks our entrance into the fourth dimension as a peoples, planet, and consciousness. Be reminded that it is destined that our planet be assured safe passage into and through the Photon Belt. The only question is, will you and I receive the same accord? The answer is yes, only if we, too, can accept, accommodate, and act out the incoming Christ consciousness.

In quick review, I hope that I have impressed upon your mind that the Photon Belt is something far greater than astronomical or scientific postulates as to how the Solar System and its planets rotate around Alcione, our Central Sun, and how, in this process, our Solar System and planets experience 21,860 years of darkness and 4,000 years of light. I trust I have convinced you that the whole process is a profound sequential spiritual experience, dealing directly with the Christ consciousness.

Let us now go into this spiritual experience more deeply. To begin with, the Photon Belt really is nothing new. In ancient history there are many references, particularly by the Greeks and Romans, to a Golden Age wherein there was nothing but light, love, peace and tranquility, a place where death, war, famine, disease, and poverty were unknown. These ancient philosophers were obviously alluding to the Photon Belt, that 2000-year period of light. Once again we are at that point where we are about to enter into this phenomenal period of light, the Golden Age of the past and the future. We are emerging from our oppressive cocoon of darkness and, like the butterfly, can emerge as something extremely beautiful, that is, our light bodies and our total communion with the Christ. That cocoon of darkness, despite its oppressiveness and negativity, has been our teaching and learning vehicle to qualify us once again to return from whence we came, the Photon Belt. We are again being offered the opportunity to break the fetters of this world of illusion to turn the mirror around, and in its place perceive our true reality. With this, the restraints of negativity, illusion, polarities, judgments, control, hate, avarice and greed, jealously, killings and war will all fall away. Our special Earth assignment, which has been to experience and master negativity and illusion, will be fulfilled, and we can go home where we rightly belong. As we approach the Photon Belt and its eminence, the manasic radiation, we will become aware of the Christ consciousness and the call to arms. The call to arms is a declaration by the Christ that we have been in darkness long enough and now it is time to go home into the light. In the final analysis, however, the choice is our though our free will. The going-home process is not as simple as it would first seem, for we must first experience a tremendous transformational process which will enable us to eliminate our negativity and assume our bodies of light. This, in turn, will catapult us out of the enslaving energies of the third dimension into the fourth and fifth dimensions - the Photon Belt.

This quantum leap into the future is not customary but is usually sequential in nature, encompassing one dimension at a time. However, due to our unexplained unwillingness to grow and mature with the dictates of the divine scenario, in contrast to the other planets, we must now play catch-up and attain the level of the other planets in order for the Solar System to remain in keeping with divine intent and scheduled advancement. We must finally be brought to terms in order to insure safe passage by the entire federation of planets into the Photon Belt. We have just a few years until the year 2000 to do this. This is not only the entrance into the Photon Belt but also the fourth dimension. By the year 2005, five years into the Photon Belt, we will have reached our ultimate objective, the fifth dimension! An interesting fact: the Lost Books of the Bible, that is, the original and unabridged version of our current Bible, states that "The second coming of the Christ will occur in the year 2005." This then implies that we will witness and experience the second coming of the Christ only after we have attained the fifth dimension of consciousness. We will by then have long abandoned our bodies of density and will be wearing our garments of light, just as the Christ always has.

Before any of this can happen, we must first experience a complete transformational process here on Earth. Our planet, our bodies, and our consciousness all must achieve and resonate at a much higher and intense frequency in order to accommodate the incoming Christ consciousness. Let's begin with one aspect of our planet's transformation. Our present speed as we as a planet fly through space is estimated to be about 18,000 miles per hour. Consider then the speculation that upon entering the Photon Belt, we will have reached a speed of 208,000 miles per hour, or an increase of 190,000 miles per hour. One does not have to speculate very long to realize this tremendous acceleration will compress time and space into realms of realizations, incomprehensible at this time. What can be assumed is that all things mundane and corporeal in nature will undergo tremendous transformation in order to be in harmony with the compression and accelerated speed. Every cell in our body' every molecule, every atom will be rearranged so as to (hopefully) transform our current bodies of density and morality into a vehicle of transformational light, capable of facilitating the incoming Christ consciousness and its immortality. It is also said that in the transformational process, our DNA system will be rearranged from a system of 2 strands to a system of 12 or 13 strands. Our chakras will also be rearranged and increased, going from 7 to 12 or 13. Our atoms will be increased and rearranged in order to facilitate the incoming light (Christ consciousness).

Following through with the transformational theory, it seems reasonable that our beloved planet, a living organism, must also transform to receive the Christ consciousness. This procedure will emerge in the much heralded Earth changes, representing dissolution of the old and archaic illusionary concepts. Today there is much discussion and conjecture about the Earth changes and how they will affect us individually and collectively. For your information, the Earth changes have already begun in the form of recent earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and unpredictable and devastating weather patterns. To be honest, this is only the beginning and will become more intense and deadly, for how else can the purgation of the old and archaic be accomplished, whether it be the planet or the body? In the process nothing, I repeat, nothing will remain untouched. We can expect total chaos, dissolution, rearrangement and total destruction. Nothing, unless they or it are in harmony with the divine Christ consciousness, will be spared. Sadly enough, the Illuminati (secret government) as well as the world frontal governments, have discovered too late that their displacement to the Moon and Mars and inner Earth in order to avoid the coming Earth changes has been for naught because the Moon and Mars, as well as the other planets, must also reform in order to survive.

This escapism policy, which says, "to hell with the multitudes and hurrah for us," must bear a heavy price, and I wish them well. In summary, I can only say that their celebrated egos have been dealt a mortal blow. I am sure, too, that this august body has alternatives in mind, such as riding out the catastrophic changes in their advanced space ships, but this will not succeed because the universal laws of retribution will prevail, and all things, large and small, must be held accountable. To explain further, unless all things mundane and physical are in harmony with the incoming Christ energies (fourth and fifth dimensions), they will, despite their most zealous attempts to escape the reality of these super energies, be consigned to failure. Hovering in space to escape the physical is no exception.

Perhaps, in the dialog above, I have created an element of fear among you readers. This, of course, was not my intention, but it does serve a point.

Mass chaos and destruction, although present for the many, need not affect you personally. Repeatedly throughout these writings I have ventured that all will be spared if they will acknowledge the incoming Christ energies and strive to walk and talk in love, light, balance, and forgiveness. In the process you will be creating your new and wondrous body of light. As you, "through the above," build your body of light' you will be resistant and ultimately impervious to all physical and archaic laws. Remember that when you have a body of light, you are one with the Christ and the fourth dimension. Therefore, your physical being is not of density and matter, so how can you get hurt? Fear is food for the darker and negative forces and is the vehicle through which they have controlled Us over the millennia.

Without fear, they have no way to control us and so are impotent. Remember this when you most need it.

With this as an overview, I would now like to present in general some experiences which will occur upon entering the Photon Belt. Keep in mind that these are some of what may be expected. Many more will arise of which we are as yet unaware. Some of these have already been mentioned but are equally important with the rest.

1. The Photon Belt and the manasic radiation are vehicles of transformation. The Photon Belt is the home of the Christ; the radiation is the emerging eminence of the Christ. Through these spiritual vehicles, provided we work with them, we are being given the opportunity to break the current restraints of bondage and go home from whence we originally came. However, the choice is ours. Free will will prevail.

2. The new moon solar eclipse on November 3, 1994, along with its predecessor, the lunar eclipse of the sun in 1991, amplified the love of our Mother God. Along with everything else, our consciousness is being restructured to a state of balance wherein we will become equal parts of the feminine and masculine energies, just as Jesus did; we will become androgynous, that is, 50% male and 50% female. The emphasis is being placed on the feminine because the male energies are now discordant, archaic, and too fixed. Take a look around your world and see the insanity of man in Yugoslavia, Somalia, Rwanda, Haiti, Russia, and yes, even the United States. The feminine must transcend and transform these old male patterns before the christed energies can be balanced here on Earth. If we are to survive, look for the emergence of the soft male and the strong woman. Women, remember this! Your greatest and most sacred strength on Earth is your femininity; it is the future and the way. Encompass and enjoy your newly found masculinity but keep it in balance with your femininity for it is the real power.

In this transformational process' all of us will become bluntly aware of problems in our self-esteem, our relationships, finances' health, jobs, and in every facet of our physical reality. No longer are we able to suppress or hide our old patterns of denial. The subjective (feminine) will surface, bringing with it the hidden and useless to be dealt with in the now, which is the cause of the great percentage of malcontent at this time. Pretending and illusion are over. The feminine ray is a transforming ray, offering love and acceptance of all things godly.

3. TweIve major events will occur here on Earth between now and the time we enter the Photon Belt. They are designed to destroy or reform the old and archaic third-dimensional energies, which include you and me.

Logic would indicate that one of these events would be the prosecution of the last and final war, most probably in the Middle East. This war will have a twofold objective: (1) to annihilate the old' archaic male energies to make ready for the new and peaceful male, and (2) to facilitate into a position of leadership the new female energies.

Following this, there will be an integration of these two energies to give birth to the new male and female consciousness which will be attendant to the incoming Christ energies, that is, the new embodiment of man and womankind.

4. In order to cope with the speeding up and compression of time and space, our physical bodies must be rearranged and realigned in order to facilitate the incoming Christ consciousness. Some of these rearrangements will have to do with the key elements of the physical and etheric bodies. Expected are realignment of our current consciousness; realignment of the chakras (now seven) to twelve or thirteen; increasing the DNA strands from the current two to twelve or thirteen; balancing out the male and female energies in order to reach a state of androgyny; and acceleration of our atoms in consistency with the degree of the incoming light and consciousness. In addition, our pineal gland, now about the size of a pea, will return to its original size, about the size of a quarter. All receptors will be reawakened.

All persons experiencing this will become clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, and more. Just as Jesus did, we will become great seers, healers, and prophets. This will serve us well in the near future. Now, of all times, we must turn our will over to the divine. In this statement there is a profound truth but also an inherent danger. Now, of all times, we must unequivocaliy qualify our intentions, making sure that our arrow of intention goes to the target intended. The divine must be couched in certainty with such statements as, for example, "to the one and only creator God": "to my higher consciousness"; "to Mother Mary"; or, "to the one and only Christ." Otherwise, any statement issued in the form of an affirmation will be immediately picked up by the darker forces and used against us and mankind. Remember: QUALIFY.

Leave no doubts or uncertainties. Note that thoughts are energy, more real than our physical bodies; therefore they must be controlled and specifically directed.

5. As our bodies and consciousness reform into the light, thought, not physical action, will become our menu of the day. In this new mode, "etheric in reality" thoughts are more real than physical action - what you think is what you are for that moment. Since we are in the consciousness of the fourth dimension, we are etheric and exposed to all. Each of us will be like a television screen, projecting our thoughts for all to see and hear. No longer can you hide malice' avarice and greed, hate, lust, deceit, or dishonesty. The minute you think it, you become it. You become an open book, free of letters other than those you create for the moment which must be rectified instantaneously with love, light, and forgiveness if you are not to be subject to the inherent penalties and possible expulsion from the fourth dimension reality back to the third dimension. Third-dimensional frailties unequivocally will not be tolerated. Conversely, if we are truly and firmly ensconced in the light of the Christ and its Golden Age, then none of these aberrations should arise, and if they do, they must be dealt with quickly lest they become real and, as a result, banish us back to the third dimension. I wonder how many of us on the planet now have experienced this in the past.

6. Our world of illusion and polarities will collapse. In due time, as we approach the null zone of the Photon Belt, these make-believe realities which have been thrust upon Us by those who put us here, will disintegrate, leaving us naked, vulnerable and exposed. This will represent the turning around of the mirror causing you and me to look at the true side of reality. For a moment, we are totally vulnerable, defenseless and confused. Nonetheless, it is at this moment that we must decide, do I want to give up the old and archaic, or do I want to step boldly into the light and regain that which has always been rightly mine, my Christhood? If we should choose the continuation of the old and archaic ways, we can expect another 10,500+ years of darkness.

7. In the past our planet has flipped its solar axis more than 330 times.

This was not happenstance but contrived by those who put us here as an ultimate control. Despite the intention of the forces of darkness to do it again, the Wormwood people will not succeed this time around.

However, there will be a reversal of the magnetic poles from a clockwise rotation to a counterclockwise rotation which will speed up the rotation of the planet to degrees unimaginable at this time. As an explanation for this change in rotation, one will recall my stating earlier that our planet had been chosen to be the collector and transformer of all negative energies in our Solar System. To do this, our magnetic poles were rearranged in order to rotate in a clockwise direction, which was counter to its true and desired rotation.

Nonetheless, this alteration was necessary for us and our planet to serve as a collector vehicle for negativity. For 10,500 years we have performed in this extremely unstable reality, serving both individually and collectively as vehicles of transformation. Although extremely hazardous, we as the gods we are, chose to come here and master these volatile and suppressive energies. Without a doubt, our assignment is one of; if not the toughest in the Creators universe. Since we are nearing the Photon Belt and need to be in harmony with the rest of the Solar System, our magnetic pole reversal is a must.

The question sometimes arises as to whether or not we as a planet will come back and do it again. Undoubtedly, we have in the past, but this time we will receive special dispensation and will not be requested to do so, for it would seem our planet has more than fulfilled its requirements for graduation into the higher realms. The planet will graduate, but will we individually? That, of course, is up to each one of us. Only in time will we know.

Following this question is another most often asked: "If our planet leaves our Solar System, what then happens to those souls who cannot make it at this time?" For these unfortunates, there is another planet, a new planet Earth, currently residing in the fourth dimension (etheric); and it is to this planet that the unfortunates will go in disembodiment to experience a deep sleep and rest before being prepared and reconditioned to come to Earth again to experience another 10,500 years of darkness. It should be noted that as our current planet ascends into the fourth dimension, the alternate planet correspondingly will descend into the third dimension, thus replacing us as the new planet Earth.. (Please see drawing.) 8. As all of this phenomena associated with entering the Photon Belt increases and precipitates dramatic physical, emotional and spiritual changes among us, look for mass landings of friendly extraterrestrials who will arrive to assist the needy and the worthy to survive the apocalyptic changes ahead. Look for their arrival from late 1995 and early 1996 on. The year 1996 is predicted to be a horrendous year, expunging mass humanity consisting of those who will not or cannot accept the incoming Christ consciousness. This incoming consciousness will tolerate no nonsense or measure of resistance for the old and archaic must go to make room for the new. This includes government, science and religion. All aspects of our third-dimensional life must return to the light and divinity if it is to survive.

Another aspect of the mass landings has to do with a declaration to World Government that "we are here; we are in charge. We invite you to join us in the brotherhood of Man. If you do not, then you must suffer the ultimate consequences." One more adjunct to the foregoing: it is speculated that as we near the Photon Belt, tremendous radiation will be experienced. This radiation, which lies near the null zone, will be so disruptive that it undoubtedly will adversely affect the worldwide nuclear stockpiles and reactors. Should this happen, our planet would be totally annihilated and in the process derail the successful graduation of our planet and Solar System into the fourth dimension.

Therefore, the mass landings, with their superior intelligence, will neutralize and / or dematerialize this monumental threat.

9. As we approach the Photon Belt, look for frequent encounters with the angelic host. Perception of these exalted beings will become common for those who are in concert with the incoming Christ consciousness. Among these mighty angelic forces look for Lord Michael, our mentor and guardian, to make an appearance. He will, with dispatch and clarity, excise all that must be removed to create a new world and a new order.

10. Look for the animal kingdom to assume near-human qualities and understanding, and well it should, for as we vacate our realms of previous understanding and assume our Godship, the animals will venture forth to fill the void, elevating them to near humanness. Concurrent with this, expect the nether world of the elementals and nature spirits to develop into humanness. They are at this time near human and entitled to assume their full humanness.

11. Expect massive decreases in our magnetic fields (our gravity and our density). As we become light, these elements will hold little or no sway over us for they lose the quality of constraint.

12. As Sheldon Nidel stated in his book, Becoming a Galactic Human Being, we will in the near future be expected to become fully conscious beings working with interdimensional energies and beings. Not only will this consciousness allow us to be integrated into the fourth dimension but will also afford us the opportunity to access parallel dimensions which lie 90 degrees from our present reality. How exciting! Maybe then those things that go "bumpity bump" in the night will take on form and shape.

13. Expect to see avant-garde colors, shapes and sacred geometry configurations as we near the Photon Belt. Look for the skies to appear to be totally consumed by fire. Do not worry, however, as this phenomenon is a cold fire and will not harm you. It is merely a signal that we are approaching our final destiny, the Photon Belt and the consummate Christ consciousness! 14. As our personal and earthly realms of reality and understanding are transformed, so will the higher realms adjacent to us be transformed.

Remember the Kabalistic axiom, "as it is above, so shall it be below," and vice versa. One of the most spectacular and heralded events is the possible changing of our current Central Sun from its birth in the Pleiadian constellation to the constellation of Sirius. It would appear that the Sirian peoples are much more kindly disposed toward us than the Pleiadians. This portends colossal changes in the future of our Solar System.

To return to the Pleiadians and a personal comment: in 1988 I had occasion to personally regress myseIf back to look at the ultimate sinking of that ancient continent Atlantis. Much to my dismay, I discovered an element of Pleiadian origin, and the then rulers of Atlantis were responsible for the catastrophic nuclear explosions which ultimately sank the great Atlantis. Therefore, it does not surprise me that considerations of Sirius as the new location of our current Central Sun are in the making.

CONCLUSIONS
Clearly the gauntlet has been thrown down and the message is clear.

Indecisiveness is over. You must declare where you and your consciousness are. The admonition of the great teachers, "1 shall separate the wheat from the tares," is coming to pass. The honeymoon is over. The old and archaic must now bow to and facilitate the incoming Christ consciousness, or it will break like a dry twig in the wind, to be no more. The transformational changes on all levels are irrevocable. Nothing can escape the ceaseless and uncompromising cleansing of the Earth, mind, body and soul. Spirit will have its way; its day has come. You and I are divine and as such have the great privilege to choose where we wish to be, with or without Spirit or the Christ consciousness.

The ancients untiringly spoke of days gone by where man and beast dwelt in eternal love, light and peace; a place where war, pestilence and disease were unknown and man was in constant communion with the divine. We are approaching that great era again, that is, the Photon Belt. Preliminary energies of change are already among Us. Note the disharmony in relationships, governments, science and religion. Look at the consistent failure and breakdown of financial institutions, the latest being the Bank of England wherein even the monarchy, particularly the Queen Mother, lost of $500,000 US. There is more to come as Spirit transforms the illusion into spiritual reality. Conclude in your own mind that planet Earth is also in line for dramatic and reformational changes (the coming Earth calamities), all in divine order, to ready planet Earth for ascension into the higher realms of consciousness known as the fourth and fifth dimensions. For those of us who cannot accept the incoming christed energies, our planet, a living organism, will shake us off as a dog does water.

A false conclusion which I often hear in Europe and sometimes in America is that during the Earth changes, Earth's humanity will be lifted off the planet by UFOs to safety. This conclusion is false and dangerous! The "good" ETs will not interfere with our free will and will not lift us off the planet unless it is a dire emergency, and then only temporarily until the emergency is over, at which time we will be returned to finish out our destiny. Moreover, everybody will not be lifted off; only those who have earned it. Does that include you? Graduation from the third dimension to the fourth and fifth dimensions is simple if we follow God's rules: walk and talk your life in love and forgiveness, and acknowledge that Supreme Being, the Creator, Infinite Intelligence, or whomsoever you deem it. Divest yourself of fear for it is food for the forces of darkness and will continue to hold you captive if you do not. As we get nearer and nearer to the Photon Belt and the incoming Christ consciousness, our bodies will undergo major transformational changes, "hopefully with our cooperation," changing our bodies of physicality into bodies of light which can facilitate the Photon Belt and the incoming Christ consciousness. Love and forgiveness, ceasing to judge, and eliminating fear are the keys for doing this.

In the near future, we can conclude that we terrestrials will bear witness to the conclusion of the control the forces of darkness have exercised over us for the past 10,500 years. This will come about by open confrontations between the "good" UFOs (forces of light), and the "bad" UFOs (forces of darkness). We personally will observe this final struggle in the heavens.

Following this, the forces of light, appearing as UFOs, will put in mass appearances here on Earth, to be followed later by mass landings. Monumental secrecy and control of the masses by world and local governments will be over, and they, like us, will be evaluated accordingly.

One last item of interest is that the purpose of the Hubble telescope is not what we have been led to believe, that is, to detect and deflect incoming nuclear missiles, or the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Instead, it is an early warning System for extraterrestrial incursion of a bad kind.

Repeatedly, world leaders, beginning with the early Secretary General of the United Nations, Dag Harnmerskîld, and moving through retired General Douglas McArthur; President Reagan; General Nathan Twining, former commanding general of the U.S. Air Force, and Mikhail Gorbachov, have obliquely warned the world of possible extraterrestrial intervention. Most direct was Gen.

McArthur who, in his retirement and farewell speech before the United States Congress, declared: "Gentlemen, the next great war will not be terrestrial but extraterrestrial in nature." What did the general, even then in the 1950s, know that we did not? Of note also was President Ronald Reagan's comment before the General Assembly of the United Nations when he stated (paraphrased), "1 often wonder, if we as a global community were faced with the prospect of an invasion, extraterrestrial in nature, would we not, as a family of nations, put aside our differences and come together in solidarity to deter this ominous extraterrestrial threat?" This then brings us back to the Hubble Telescope which, as I have already stated, is an early warning system for that implied extraterrestrial intervention. The object of the ET invasion is the Wormwood Planet, sometimes called Niburnal, Nibim, Murdok, or Phaeton. The Wormwood planet put us here and has considered our planet to be their personal real estate and we their personal property. They have controlled and manipulated us for millennia. This planet of great magnitude is already in our Solar System and is being observed through the Hubble Telescope.

World government, of course, is aware of its presence but dares not to tell us for fear of mass panic. Other than our greatest enemy (ourselves and fear of the unknown), the Wormwood planet presents our last and greatest challenge before we as a people and planet can graduate into the higher realms and successfully enter into the Photon Belt and the Christ consciousness. Inevitably, this nemesis returns approximately every 3,600 years to terrorize us and bring us back under its control. To do this, they have in the past consistently caused the flipping of our polar axis, thus rendering us totally impotent and reducing us to total but repairable amnesia. This then leads us once again back to the mass UFO sightings and landings that will begin in mid- or late 1995. Make note once again that world governments are fully aware of this phenomenon called the Wormwood Planet and its deadly intent and are prepared as best they can be to discourage or obviate its intended deleterious effects upon our planet.

These defensive measures, however, would be inconsequential since the technology and capacity of the Wormwood peoples is far superior to our most advanced technological inventions. Again, there will be massive friendly extraterrestrial UFO intervention on our behalf since this time around, the forces of darkness cannot and will not be permitted to render us obsolete.

If this were to happen this time around, the whole retinue of planets and our Solar System would be prohibited from successfully entering the Photon Belt. Entering into the Photon Belt (Christ consciousness) as a planet is our unmitigated cause and objective. The only ponderable is whether you and I will be successful in doing so. Our free will and individual choices will prevail. As previously stated, it is predicted that only about one-third of the world's population will successfully choose to advance into the realms of the Photon Belt. These two billion souls will once again enjoy, endure, and live in that Golden Age mentioned so often by the ancients. Will you be among them?

1. In the year 2,000, we enter the Photon Belt and the Fourth Dimension.

2. The photon Belt is what the ancient Greeks and Romans referred to as the Golden Age -the era of Peace. There were no wars, famine, pestilence, etc., only Light.

3. Spiritually the Photon Belt is the abode of the Christ, the manasic radiation (the radiation and eminence of the Christ).

4. The Null Zone is the pre-transformational area where the old and archaic will be transmuted or destroyed. It is the separation of the wheat from the tares. There is a progressive intensity of light.

5. (See Diagram, above) The upper right-hand corner represents the new planet Earth for those souls who will not go into the Light. As we ascend, they descend and become the new planet Earth. New life forms repeat another 10,500 years of negativity and darkness.
