Greatest Thing Ever!
(blog entry)
I wonder how many blog posts are titled "Greatest Thing Ever!"...
But this really is! I kid you not. I just saw something that completely defies adjectival description.
If I made this up you wouldn't believe it!
I won't even try to expl...

My first thought was: "Why of course this must be on the up-and-up! No one who speaks German could be an *evil* man!"

Nice hats.
You know the scene where Robin climbs up the vines to Marion's (the young and rosy Olivia de Havilland's) room?
Do ya think that the head of security for that castle should be whipped!?

I guess "traditional" now means "yes, it's really what it says it is"?
Shouldn't they have called it "half and not half"?
Bleah.

What can I say about Jas, He is one the oldest and best friends I have! What is it now 18 years?!! I've never met a more honest, giving, and eccentric person. We've seen each other grow, both with middle eastern dance and music, and in our personal lives. I feel blessed that I've had someone like Jas in my life. And I haven't even touched on his musical talents. When he plays I can help but dance! He excels in everything he tries! He is an amazing and unique person!
I love you Jas!

I have been very privileged over the last 8 years to have this gentleman drum and play a variety of musical instruments for me.
I can only stand in awe when I see that he has a new musical toy to play with and that he's learning it with alarming alacrity.
But ultimately, I benefit no matter the instrument, because Jas understands the idea of play within the melody. I totally enjoy when he and I play Break The Drummer/Break The Dancerâ„¢ because it truly is play at its finest.
There is a certain reserve that Jas often displays, which I chalk up to his being a scientist/geniusoid type. But that reserve is tempered with an amusing sardonic wit that is drier than any white wine.
I've grown as a dancer because of this man's talent, and his constant need to offer new musical challenges.
Play on, my friend, play on.

My love for "Saz Guy" exceeds the bounds of "Human" emotions. He completes me everytime he works an instrument. My only problem is I can't figure out what ethnic background he is so it makes it hard to throw racial slurs at him.
