once i saw this hooded figure emerge from a doorway to lilt across a spacious floor with so much grace all i could do was laugh in sheer joy and surprise... and laugh even more when i realized it was my friend jacob....a passionate creator consumed by his art with such a heart......ahhh we love ya

Jacob dropped an incredible deep riddim set on 09/14/05 at Shine in Vancouver. The dancefloor was sweaty and the vibes were wicked!

Jacob should have been named Kokopelli (but then he would have been teased as a kid). But it suits him - a mind full of music, a body full of crazy and wonderful movement, and as sweet as he is goofy and shy. I wish I could tap into his source, just for a sec.
His beats flow awesome, yet he's so humble you'd never imagine he's so good at what he does. (If only he would believe it himself). Believes in his friends, though, and will give a shoulder to lean on in hard times without even being asked.
Inspirational - like his music and moves. The kind of friend that makes you want to do better and more.
Wow. In fact he's so damn cool - Jacob! If Bush wins again will you marry me?! (so I can move to Canada). ha!

i knew of Third Eye Tribe before i knew of Jacob and checked out many of their gigs before i ended up running into him at parties and soon doing projects together and contact classes. Third Eye Tribe has been dropping the intelligence for years now in the Vancouver area code and far and wide. You want to see an audience go off, check out a show and touch the magic that is evoked not only by the talented MC and musician Jacob but his constantly revolving talents that join him like Bounty Hunter, Ndidi Cascade and Katami or even Tibetan musicians! Veratile is the word you heard.
Jacob as a person has the refinement of character that you wish represented a larger portion of the male brothers on this planet. Conversations are bound to bring amusement,depth of insight and put you at ease. Keep on Jacob!
