My name is jakob and it is my artist name and also everywhere in the internet. On the net I mostly use this name: jakob - psyart. I was born on April 20th 1981 in a small town near Dortmund / Germany. After some time, full of trouble and unemployment, I began to open my mind again for art in spring of 2007. I started again with graffiti, which I had been doing every once and a while in until 2001. A short time later I started drawing my psychedelic art and to focus on art in general. In march 2007 my first psychedelic artworks were created. The art in this psychedelic form, I think is my own very unique style of psychedelic art, which is the valve for my emotions. I am inspired by the flora and fauna, the daily life, full of love and hate, joy and sadness... and many other influences... In winter 2007, I started producing my first shirts with shirtdesigns created by myself. After a long, long time I met an old friend again and he told me that he had started a dark psychedelic trance label, called scared evil records. For this label I create logos, banners and other graphic artworks.
