Well, well, well, I get to share with random strangers everywhere something from my head...I'm drinking passion tea right now, but it's not working, oh well. My boyfriend, T, got me a mug from his latest trip to San Diego cuz he knows I drink coffee by the gallon and well...it has a sticker on the bottom that says the decorative paint on the outside contains lead. What the hell?! Turns out California has tighter laws than the rest of the country regarding the labeling of stuff with lead in it. Their limits are 0.1 ppm in a leaching test for mugs whereas the US standard is .5 ppm. Ceramic stuff that is glazed and made in China or Mexico commonly contain lead. It's only an issue if it leaches out in significant amounts over a 24 hour period. I'm assuming my mug is greater than 0.1ppm but less than 0.5ppm since CA still sold it, so.... I'm drinking my tea in it right now. I'm such a rebel...pblthpppblth.

Other than that little dilemma solved, I have been uploading pics here and trying to decide different things like, do I work tonight or go to the bar, do I go to Burning Man this year or not miss the 2nd week of school, do I keep my hair dark or go red, does that scary guy Gigi mentioned in her blog have a glass eye? (that pic is very scary!), what costumes do I want if I do go to BM, what should I wear to T's next theme party, am I really getting lead poisoning, when should I sign up for that stained glass class in Tucson, did S get his passport pics yet so I can get my dual citizenship, is this blog so boring I should erase it and start over, what else should I write..........?

Screw it, it's time to go do one of my favorite pasttimes, sleep...zzzzz
