6 week series, Beginning Belly dance technique & Choreography with Finger Cymbals! I will introduce finger cymbal theory, and basic steps, and apply it all to a short choreography! about me
I am an artist, performer, instructor, and have been studying dance since the age of five. I have been studying belly dance since 1995 and I just can't get enough. My other interests are snowboarding, its a great way to burn frustrations and get a good workout. I also enjoy fashion and, though I can't sew, love creating new interesting costumes for my dance company. Currently I teach in Santa Cruz Co. and perform through out California (I'd love to travel and perform all over the world!). I am also director of the Desert Dream Dance Company, Founded by Beth Frue in 1999, and rekindled in her honor in 2003 by me (Janelle Rodriguez).
