Spent the night in the woods down some random roads in the middle of nowhere. Its an open range out there so you are surprised by the occasional big ass cow. The next day I hiked about 7 miles to Fish Lake resort then met up with some friends and a gal name Lucy's bday at the North Fork Campground. The following day I hiked another 8 miles doing a couple of loops into the Heavenly Twin Lakes. Gorgeous and clean, they were a delightfully refreshing stop. Today Lava and I played most of the holes on the Frog City course. The course is pretty rough, although it appears they have replaced hole #2. Some jerks decided to shoot it up... seems to occur pretty routinely. Got par on 5 or 6 of the holes. It's a nice cheap hobby to occupy the time when there is no snow on the ground. I think I am finally improving too!

Lou and I played a round at the Philomath corse. He beat me by one point as he always seems to do. Nice warm sunny day, glad its warming up despite the melting snow.

Poet, his friend Mark, and I hiked a couple miles to Lookout Creek. Rained a bit as we set up camp and got pretty soaked. After a couple shots of Makers and sitting around the fire it wasn't too bad though. We camped near a fallen Cedar so we had some nice try wood. Woke up with an inch of new snow on our shelters. It sucks putting on wet, cold boots in the morning. brrrr

This years red dress was just as crazy. One girl told me that she was mad because my dress fit me better then it would ever fit her.
