I don't know if he knows this, but I appreciate him daily.

J... A vulnerability still exists within me and within my side of our new found and slowly developing friendship.
I want to address it and say I honor you, your efforts of growth, and your presence.
I admire you, and I deeply want to show my gratitude for you and our continued friendship.
I also feel the need to apologize for what has passed.
I rejoice in anticipation at the future you are creating for your self, your Robyn-love, and a heartfelt friendship with me.

It is with great pleasure that I extend a Superhero Nod-o-the-Cape to J'zen...
I am overflowing with gratitude right now for the recent chance to get to know this fine fellow and celebrate his birthday. Here's a being plopped on our planet who chose to spend his OWN BIRTHDAY in selfless service to others--providing an AMAZING three day rafting weekend to his friends and commUnity--and moving tirelessly in every moment to make sure that there was fun Fun FUN, nourishment, safe passage, and a place for growth and connection with each other and the Earth. And not only was he moving happily in Service, but he does so with style and grace and the truly beautiful gentle strength of compassionate leadership. Happy Birthday, SUPERHERO!

What can I say but this man is a beautiful man. Always giving of his time and energy, Jzen has an amazing aura around him. Some day, when I grow up, I want to be just like him.

Some of you may have heard the program World Have Your Say from the BBC broadcast on OPB this morning. They were discussing nuclear power: good vs. bad and asking for your thoughts on the matter. I sent in my thoughts but they failed to publicize them. Sad that nuclear is still being considered a viable option as it is clearly a toxic burden to future generations.
