A most beautiful Creature I have been most fortuanate to have been able to share life with on so many magical journeys...through her I have known the sweetest and most endearing friendship I never thought I would ever have. Many paths we have wandered and traveled down...some easy, difficult, sad, lonely, fun...and with so many more paths left to explore in our futures...some paths going the same way, other paths going separate directions...but the comfort of always knowing her friendship is constant, makes life's journeys so much easier to travel.
Don't know what I would have done or would do with out her!!!
I love this girl more than I will ever be able to put down in words...
and thank her for being such a huge part of my life!!!

When she's not rock climbing in the mountains or camping in the forests of the world, you will see Jeannine knitting scarfs at home or painting amazing looking faries. She's a super cutie with a twinkle in her eye and a smile a mile wide.

I just have to express my complete and utter joy about these elections! Finally, something hopeful. Tonight, I almost felt like the past 8 years of deceipt and lack of trust in our power to choose was made up for in the reality of the first black president of the United States of America! What an amazing, historical healing! I feel so hopeful for change, for equality, for a healing of the people and this land. I'll be heading up to Portland sooner than I thought, going through Shasta as soon as this weekend (Aug. 8-10, for Andrea Shanti's wedding...we don't know each other yet :o) ) and from there to Portland, as soon as Aug. 11th, and can hang out till Beloved on Aug. 15th. After that, I am open, and will either head back down south, or come for more Portland time.

I can't remember the last time I wrote... Well, there will be lots of gaps I'm sure.
