about me
I see myself as a huge fiery comet, a shooting star. Everyone stops, points up and gasps, "Oh look at that!" Then - whoosh, and I'm gone... and they'll never see anything like it ever again... and they won't be able to forget me - ever

Disturbingly, the notorious clea...

So what's there to do for a single, cool, attractive, hippie, funny, pagan, guitar-playing, peace-loving, middle-aged, trying to stay hip, lovable kind of guy in Tucson, Arizona?

The bankruptcy hearings on the reorganization of Pacific Lumber have taken another twist. The company asked for a break in court yesterday so that they can discuss what appears to be Pacific Lumber trying to come on board the MRC/Marathon plan. Not sure what is driving Pacific Lumber to do that other than the fact that their own reorg plan is "dead in the water" as Judge Schmidt put it. Perhaps this is what Pacific Lumber lawyer Frank Bacik alluded to when he said there would be an 11th hour ...
