The Gentle Art of Blessing by Julia Fairchild ___________________________________ On awakening, bless this day, for it is already full of unseen good which your blessings call forth; for to bless is to acknowledge the unlimited good that is embedded in the very texture of the universe and awaiting each and all.. On passing people in the street, on the bus, in places of work and play, bless them. The peace of your blessings will accompany them on their way and the aura of its gentle fragrance will be a light to their path. On meeting and talking to people, bless them in their health, their work, their joy, their relationships to God, themselves, and others. Bless them in their abundance, their finances…bless them in every conceivable way, for such blessings not only sow seeds of healing but one day will spring forth as flowers of joy in the waste places of your own life. As you walk, bless the city in which you live, its government and teachers, its nurses and street sweepers, its children and bankers, its priest and prostitutes. The minute anyone expresses the least aggression over unkindness to you, respond with a blessing; bless them totally, sincerely, joyfully, for such blessings are a shield which protects them from the ignorance of their misdeed, and deflects the arrow that was aimed at you. To bless means to wish, unconditionally, total, unrestricted good for others and events from the deepest wellspring in the innermost chamber of your heart; it means to hallow, to hold in reverence, to behold with utter awe that which is always a gift from the Creator. He who is hallowed by your blessing is set aside, consecrated, holy, whole. To bless is yet to invoke divine care upon, to think or speak gratefully for, to confer happiness upon – although we ourselves are never the bestower, but simply the joyful witness of Life's abundance. To bless all without discrimination of any sort is the ultimate form of giving, because those you bless will never know from whence came the sudden ray of sun that burst through the clouds of their skies, and you will rarely be a witness to the sunlight in their lives. When something goes unexpectedly askew in your day, some unexpected event knocks down your plans and you too also, burst into blessing; for life is teaching you a lesson, and the very event you believe to be unwanted, you yourself called forth, so as to learn the lesson you might balk against were you not to bless it. Trials are blessings in disguise, and hosts of angels follow in their past. To bless is to acknowledge the omnipresent, universal beauty hidden to material eyes; it is to activate that law of attraction which, from the furthest reaches of the universe, will bring into your life exactly what you need to experience and enjoy. When you pass a hospital, bless its patients in their present wholeness, for even in their suffering, this wholeness awaits in them to be discovered. When your eyes behold a man in tears, or seemingly broken by life, bless him in his vitality and joy; for the material senses present but the inverted image of the ultimate splendor and perfection which only the inner eye beholds. It is impossible to bless and to judge at the same time. DNA can Repair itself with "feelings" DNA REPORT by Greg Braden Below are three astonishing experiments with DNA which proves that DNA can heal itself according to the "feelings" of the individual as reported recently by Gregg Braden. In his recent program entitled Healing Hearts/Healing Nations: The Science of Peace and the Power of Prayer, Gregg Braden discussed how in the past we lost huge amounts of information from ancient spiritual traditions (when the library at Alexandria burned we lost at least 532,000 documents), and that there may be information in those traditions which could help us understand some of the mysteries of science. To this end he reported on three very interesting experiments. Gregg Braden started off as a scientist and engineer, before he began pursuing these larger questions. EXPERIMENT Number 1 The first experiment reported was done by Dr.Vladimir Poponin, a quantum biologist. In this experiment, first a container was emptied (i.e. a vacuum was created within it), and then the only thing left photons (particles of light) they measured the distribution (ie the location) of the photons and found they were completely random inside the container. This was the expected result. Then some DNA was placed inside the container and the distribution (location) of the photons was remeasured. This time the photons were LINED UP in an ORDERED way and aligned with the DNA. In other words the physical DNA had an effect on the non- physical photons. After that, the DNA was removed from the container, and the distribution of the photons was measured again. The photons REMAINED ORDERED and lined up where the DNA had been. What are the light particles connected to? Gregg Braden says we are forced to accept the possibility that some NEW field of energy, a web of energy, is there and the DNA is communicating with the photons through this energy. EXPERIMENT Number 2 These were experiments done by the military. Leukocytes (white blood cells) were collected for DNA from donors and placed into chambers so they could measure electrical changes. In this experiment, the donor was placed in one room and subjected to "emotional stimulation" consisting of video clips, which generated different emotions in the donor. The DNA was placed in a different room in the same building. Both the donor and his DNA were monitored and as the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys (measured by electrical responses), the DNAexhibited the IDENTICAL RESPONSES AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. There was no lag time, no transmission time. The DNA peaks and valleys EXACTLY MATCHED the peaks and valleys of the donor in time. The military wanted to see how far away they could separate the donor from his DNA and still get this effect. They stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor by 50 miles and STILL had the SAME result. No lag time; no transmission time. The DNA and the donor had the same identical responses in time. What can this mean? Gregg Braden says it means that living cells communicate through a previously unrecognized form of energy. This energy is not affected by time and distance. This is a non-local form of energy, an energy that already exists everywhere, all the time. EXPERIMENT Number 3 The third experiment was done by the Institute of Heart Math and the paper that was written about this was titled: Local and Non local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA. (Disregard the title! The info is incredible.) This is the experiment that relates directly to the anthrax situation. In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions. What was discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers: 1. When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by RELAXING and the strands unwound. The length of the DNA became longer. 2. When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many of our DNA codes! If you've ever felt "shut down" by negative emotions, now you know why your body was equally shut down too. The shut down of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation were felt by the researchers. This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients. They discovered that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE they had without those feelings. So here's the answer to what can help you stay well, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy, love, gratitude and appreciation! These emotional changes went beyond the effects of electro-magnetics. Individuals trained in deep love were able to change the shape of their DNA. Gregg Braden says this illustrates a new recognized form of energy that connects all of creation. This energy appears to be a TIGHTLY WOVEN WEB that connects all matter. Essentially we're able to influence this web of creation through our VIBRATION. SUMMARY: What do the results of these experiments have to do with our present situation? This is the science behind how we can choose a timeline to stay safe, no matter what else is happening. As Gregg explains in The Isaiah Effect, basically time is not just linear (past, present and future), but it also has depth. The depth of time consists of all the possible prayers and timelines that could ever be prayed or exist. Essentially, all our prayers have already been answered. We just activate the one we're living through our FEELINGS. THIS is how we create our reality - by choosing it with our feelings. Our feelings are activating the timeline via the web of creation, which connects all of the energy and matter of the Universe. Remember that the law of the Universe is that we attract what we focus on. If you are focused on fearing whatever may come, you are sending a strong message to the Universe to send you whatever you fear. Instead if you can get yourself into feelings of joy, love, appreciation or gratitude, and focus on bringing more of that into your life, you are going to avoid the negative stuff automatically. You will be choosing a different TIMELINE with your feelings. You can prevent getting anthrax or any other flu, virus, etc, by staying in these positive feelings, which maintains an incredibly strong immune system. It's a good day to die...well until it almost happens!!

Around 11pm I was driving up to my friends house in the mountains. I went up the wrong, very steep driveway. So I had to back down the driveway backwards. Well my car started to go off the little road a tiny bit so I put my emergensy break on, got out of the car to asses the situation. At that point my car started to slowly move down the hill. I jumped back in the car and put the foot break on, at which point the car lost control and the breaks froze up. My heart jumped out of my chest as I felt the car slip quickly. What came to mind in that scary instant was a DREAM I'd had last month of me driving in the woods going to Raindance campout and my car slipping partially into a ravine with water. Then Lil Jon came by and I asked him for help and he said "don't worry we'll get your car out later let's just go to the party!" Funny thing to remember as my life is possibly over! Also I had just said a prayer of protection as I was driving just a few minutes before. Thanks Spirit, not even a scratch! Thankfully my steering will was cranked a little an my car turned to the side and bumped into the hillside. But my car was wobbly and stuck on 2 and a half tires. I walked up to my friends house, using my cell phone as a flashlight. Arrived at 11:11 adreneline pumping. Finally at about 2:30 the tow truck arrived and we were able to use bricks, rocks, 4by4's, a big rusty metal grate and a jack to prop up the car and get it out. Yeeah for AAA and team work! Unlike the dream there was no party to go to....good night.

Learning to Fly!

This morning Lotus and I were having tea at our new house located in the rice fields above Ubud Bali...with our own pool...and temple...it's really sweet here. We were having a conversation and Lotus said "Look something just fell." It was a very tiny bird, simular to a baby finch. It's nest had fallen from the roof of the house, and the little bird was flailing around on the ground alll confused. It's wings didn't know how to fly yet. It hopped and flapped around trying to figure out what to do now...thrown from it's safe haven, the nest. We watched in awe and delight as this little bird flapped it's wings and cleaned them and hopped around and flapped and tweeted...till it's mama and papa bird came around. The parrents flew around frantically calling to the little one to come up and fly. The little bird kept trying and trying...finaly it got up on a rock and then fell, then up again and down...eventually it got on a little shrub and hung out. The parrents kept encouraging the little bird with chirps, food and by flying around till they knew their offspring was safe. We were so happy, cheering the little bird on and seeing it's progress...what a beautiful gift! To see how life some times pushes us from the safety of our "nest," before we have learned how to fly. Out of neccesity to survive and grow we must realize our true potential and learn to "fly." As life encourages us to grow into the beautiful birds that we are. Sweet nectar.

Blue Monkey

I'm so lucky I am a monkey (or at least I fall down well)...I had to slam on my brakes after going through some water, to avoid hitting the car in front of me that slammed on it's breaks...and my motor bike went down! I manage to jump right up and over it land on my left leg and arm and bounce right up...so as not to get hit by oncoming traffic. Just a little blood on my ankle, scratch on my knee and elbow. Not bad at all and the bike is fine, I layed it down with out messing it up. I feel just fine...got a good adreniline rush though. I am ALIVE!!!!

When you declare that you desire them, you announce that you choose all the good that life has to offer! So choose sex-all the sex you can get! And choose power-all the power you can muster! And choose fame-all the fame you can attain! And choose success-all the success you can achieve! And choose winning-all the winning you can experience! Yet do not choose sex instead of love, but as a celebration of it. And do not choose power over, but power with. And do not choose fame as an end in itself, but as a means to a larger end. And do not choose winning at any cost, but winning that costs nothing, and even brings them gain as well. Go ahead and choose the adulation of others-but see all others as being upon which you can shower adulation, and do it! Go ahead and choose having more, but only so that you have more to give. And yes, choose "knowing how" and "knowing why"-so that you can share all knowledge with others. And by all means choose to KNOW GOD. In fact, CHOOSE THIS FIRST, and all else will follow. All your life you have been taught that it is better to give than to receive. Yet you cannot give what you do not have. This is why self-gratification is so important-and why it is so unfortunate that is has come to sound so ugly. Obviously, self gratification at the expense of others is not what we're talking about here. This is not about ignoring the needs of others.
