Team Zissou takes Pay Pal Party by storm!!!!!!!
about me
I'm not sure how to describe myself, since I change so much every day.. I love being out in the forest especially at the river, I cherish my alone time, but I am very social. I'm easygoing and always up for adventure, some people have said that I put up walls around myself to keep people from getting too close, but I guess I'm just cautious. I've been in love twice and I was hurt once. I'm not quick to give any part of my heart away untill I know it's going to a good home. I enjoy writing poetry, making costumes, and snowboarding when I have free time. I loving being naked! Naked dancing by myself is one of my major... hobbies? I'm hypersensitive to any kind of sensory stimulation. This makes me into a textile connoisseur of sorts. Sliky, Furry, Rubbery things and SKIN are my favorite, while towels and canvas are at the bottom with denim being the worst(I can't even touch it).Smells are a huge factor as well, they really trigger memories and emotions for me, one of the reasons I love traveling so much is all the new smells, I want to experience the look, feel, smell and taste of every place in the world. I moved to Costa Rica right after graduating high school. I traveled around the Country and explored Panama a little bit. I lived in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica for a little over 6 months, before I bought some property right accross from my favorite surf spot and came back to the U.S to make money. I lived in Boston for another six months doing sales. That turned out to be the worst experience of my life, but it renewed my appreciation for the awsome life I had become so used to. Above all I love traveling. I am always looking for friends to travel with. My ambitions are to travel to Russia, Iceland, Japan, Mongolia,Sri Lanka, Thailand and several countries in Africa and South America, so if you want to go any of those places...or anywhere really I'm ready.
The other day I was stressing out about bills and relationships and other regular stress causing things when I suddenly realized a few things. The first was so simple: Nothing in the world is worth stressing about! How could it have taken me this long to figure that out?! I guess It is easier to say that believe. I guess people always told me similar things, but it wasn't until just now that I really discovered it to be true. One thing I have always had floating around in the back of my min...

Lately I have been taking a lot of baths and I must say that most people (myself included) usually miss out on the absolute best part!!
One day about a year ago I was feeling ill and decided to take a bath. When I was ready to get out I pulled the plug and started to get out, but felly a little dizzy so I layed back down. Laying there I felt the water slowly leaving the tub and my body getting heavier and heavier. The sensation was soooo amazing. I felt the little bit of stress left ove...

I know most people are thinking" Of corse I wouldn't! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!" But maybe you are like me. Maybe the oppertunity to do something absurd is what you live for. Well take my word for it. It was the worst idea I ever had! I sucked water into my lungs, didn't know up from down, couldn't have saved myself at all! Luckily a bunch of friends were around to save me, but I was thrashing around so hard it was hard to get me out of the water. I started convulsing, hitti...

I was listening to one of my friends play an awesome set of all original tracks a few days ago at one of the burns at Burning Man. Suddenly this man with a drum shows up and stands right next to me and starts banging his drum wildly to the music. I ignored it for a while because I know how strangely attached some people are to fucking up the break downd in electronic music. Later this guy is still banging away and my favorite track comes on, one in which my friend actually sings. I really lik...

Don't think I don't care about you... I do.
Below the sound of these joyful layers, loss.
Above the fleeting wisps of sadness, gratitude.
I am not a vacant soul
You will not be placed among the other pretty memories in a box
You are a bright shining light
Brighter than any other
Too bright for me to look upon
You will never fade in my reality
So I'll just bask
Eyes closed
In the radiance of your memory
