4 hours seems to be my sleep time these days. Suspect its part of a deeper awakening which accompanies releasing major attachments.

Ever since I got my own part of the last year and released all attachments there my sleep time has shifted to no more than 4 hours. Since I went to sleep at 8:30 PM I was wide awake by 2 AM. This has been going on for a little over a week. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

After departure for Costa Rica I expect to taking a sabbatical from Tribe while I go be with New Earth.

Social Networking This posting came from a question posted to us about social networking: Q: I’ve noticed much of my social networking, whether online, by telephone or in person, makes me feel like there are others to support and encourage me, yet these relationships take up a lot of my time and energy. I’m wondering if they are attachments or truly beneficial for me. It’s not like they are healing or problem solving conversations but they do make me feel like I’m being heard and someone cares. Would I be better off spending time going within my Self or are these healthy relationships because they support me? A: That is an excellent question. You’ve hit on a critical point in the ascension process. Many of us are addicted to social networking as a way to feel better about where we are in life. As we explore attachments more deeply, we see this is not usually a beneficial use of your time. Often these friends simply agree with you, pat you on the back and do not have the ability to coach you back into integrity with your Self. Many of them are still attached to old belief systems and haven’t done the work to clear themselves of attachments. This form of relating can lead to reinforcing or creating even more attachments among those in the network. Your only true source of information to assist you in your personal process is your I AM Self. Your comment on “taking up energy” sounds like you may have deepened attachments in your social networks which could create energy drains from one person to another. This can happen without conscious intent, most often with people who have not done the work to clear themselves. They feel another person’s frequency is higher than theirs and they attach to raise their own. Unfortunately, this results in both parties being pulled down into lower frequency. Children are experts at drawing energy from others. Have you ever noticed how drained you can feel after spending several hours with a child? It’s not being done with any evil intent, they just feel the energy and attach to it. We start learning to attach the moment we are born. It is a natural part of life in separation consciousness. That is why it takes some effort and dedication to detach and come back into integrity with your self, and eventually oneness with All. Blessed IS, Jeremiah & Jody

Yet, those of us who are know that fearing something only draws it to us, that is why protests are usually ineffective in changing as it empowers those being protested against. We also recognize that the numbers who are choosing to awaken are close to reaching the numbers needed to activate the hundredth monkey effect, which is forcing many to awaken to their own out of integrity, whether they want to or not. Awaken Your Light Telecourse

Awaken Your Light Telecourse This telecourse is imperative for all Healers of the New Earth, as it assists in taking your personal and professional healing, growth and evolvement to a level never before addressed. The telecourse will guide participants into being their own best healer. Another central theme of this course is to awaken participants into embracing all they Are within, and owning the power of Self as your Source. Session 1 will address how addictions, attachments and limiting beliefs in our 3D society keep us in separation consciousness and show how the old ways of healing kept the cycle going, rather than fully embrace the natural self healing ability of our personal Life Force. Sessions 2 and 3 will guide the participants into embracing and balancing separately the Divine I Am Feminine and the Divine I Am Masculine. The Marriage of these two energies brings a very potent experience of how our individual life force heals us, underscoring the following truth. “Everything we need, all the work we need to do, all the knowledge we need is within.” Session 4 provides the experience of Life Force and how the key to manifesting anything is directly related to the free flow of it within you. This lays the groundwork for the effectiveness of the final sessions. Sessions 5 and 6 will us the life force energies of the I Am Self to disconnect attachments, release attachment stories and begin the process of pain body release gracefully and easily. Session 7 brings the completion of the process of deeply integrating and balancing the new energies. This allows the free flow of Life Force and will provide tools for maintaining and evolving more deeply in and of Self. Each telecourse includes 7 one hour sessions within a 14 week time frame. . Entering the New Earth

This is an except from my newsletter of June 15, 2008. If you would like to receive this newsletter, please send me your email address. There is no time frame to entering the New Earth. It all depends on you clearing your self/Self and being able to fully embody all of your Life Force. By doing this you remember that the New Earth has always been here, always was, and always IS. It is our limited beliefs and our unclear bodies that do not allow us to step into it as our reality at this time. This is why we keep hearing, "It's almost time to enter the New Earth", or "We will be entering the New Earth soon" only to hear shortly thereafter that something has shifted and it's not here yet or not time yet. We create our own reality, which can be choosing to be in the New Earth or not. In truth, 'we' are the only obstacle in our own way. Fear, unreleased issues, and attachment to limiting beliefs has everything to do with holding us back. Paradise for each of us is within our Self. We need look no further than within to find it and make it our reality. If we are unable to make it our reality, we must take it as a signal there is still more clearing work to do with Self. There's nothing wrong with having more clearing work to do. It is a continuous process. We honor our true self when we accept and acknowledge this as a fact of living in form. Truly returning to the essence and power of Self begins with constant clearing of attachment to others, to limiting beliefs and to issues that block our connection. Detachment and release from these things removes burden, fear, responsibility, and the 3D illusions, which sets us FREE to live in paradise, NOW!

Healing Mother Earth

We connected with Mother Earth during a mutual Sacred Service meditation. Her message is that She plans to heal Herself from within, in concert with the humans who choose to heal themselves from within. As each person heals themselves from and with their own inner core Life Force so does the planet. That is how we heal her, by healing Us. She could heal herself in a moment but that would probably be catastrophic for humanity, causing such events as earthquakes, tidal waves, and huge weather shifts. She could do this now but she is choosing instead to work with those of us who recognize that is all beings within our Selves as our own Source. Looking to starships or external forces to heal or repair Her, keeps alive the conversation of separation. Mother Earth is already One with Her Self and with All That Is, not just a single one Source. There is no separation between one Source and the beginning or All That Is. None of us is separate from anything. The robins on the lawn, a whale off the coast of Alaska, or a planet near the Great Central Sun, we are all One. To experience that level of oneness within our bodies, each must start working within, so they can light their own path, to be their own healer, teacher, whatever. All the labels and titles of old beliefs, spiritual structures, and religious systems contain the seeds of separation in human consciousness. To move beyond that one must release all attachments to all conscious and unconscious beliefs and thoughts that arise from separation consciousness. We've realized that Mother Earth has chosen a new path of evolution, of co-existence with human consciousness, and we are invited to play in the paradise as her partners in Her Sacred Union with All That Is. It is the conscious evolution of people like us that makes this possible. The access to this is quite simply releasing all attachments to everything that has ever given us our identity. We must be willing to surrender everything, even our will, to the God self or Source within US. We must be here NOW, in each moment, ever present that everything from memory, the past, limits our ability to perceive that which is next and possible on our path. There is no destination other than the journey of awakening to All of Us.

This first newsletter may be longer than those that follow as it sets up where I Am and where I sense my/our Sacred Service is headed. In early May I moved from Springfield, VA to live with my Beloved and partner in Sacred Service, Jody Howard in Houston, TX. Tribe, Gaia Group & NING Network Reductions

Aloha All of My Friends on Tribe, GAIA & NING, This evening I reduced Gaia Groups from 19 to 11 and Ning groups from 20 to around 10. Suddenly I Am feeling awake and alive rather than tired and exhausted. It seems that groups that didn't serve actually occurred to my energy body as attachments. Still feeling my way into it. It aigns with my guidance to focus my energy on my own sacred service and stop being distracted by others drama. More as it is revealed as I apply the same process here on Tribe. Uriel's Message--Surrender Everything Surrender everything to the Universe and be in the flow of the Divine unconditional love, a love that knows no fear or doubt, that only knows the perfection of all. Surrender every hope, dream, wish and desire. Surrender your past, your fears, your disillusionment, hopelessness and feelings of powerlessness. Give these things as a gift to the Universe and step into the healing energy of unconditional love. Be as a child in your knowledge of your perfection and how deserving you are of the miracles of abundance in every good thing. Be in a state of surrender every day, knowing that the only moment that exists in the mind of the Divine is the present moment. Within that moment only perfection exists for the past is finished and the future has not yet been created. In the present moment you stand on the threshold of the future, each thought you have creates the next step on your journey. When you surrender you release everything that you believe and allow the Universe to guide you on each step of your journey. The Universe will never allow you to stumble and fall, it is there to support you and be your unfailing guide. Are your first thoughts of the day ones of regret, fear or anger? Do you greet the new day with the burdens of the past? Be in a state of surrender for you are always as a new person in the mind of the Universe. The Creator holds out the gifts of joy, peace, unconditional love and abundance beyond your greatest dreams for you. First you must be willing to surrender every emotion, thought, belief and memory of any mistakes you have made on your journey. For they do not exist. Nothing in the past exists in the present moment. You are moving into higher dimensions of being and bringing heaven on earth. In heaven there is no past, there is no fear or regret, nothing has happened-it is all in a state of happening. Take time each day to surrender your fears and hopes, your regrets and dreams, your expectations and trust to the Universe. When you are in a state of surrender you are open to all blessings, willing to accept all miracles and know that you deserve all that is given to you.
