I hope that your August was amazing. It was a great birthday month. I learned a lot about myself. I took a little break from newsletter writing and decided to focus on music. I hope that your 4th of July was amazingly beautiful and relaxing! I spent the day floating in the pool! It was great. Speaking of amazing, it is that time again! I am talking about RUBICON! I am a classically trained 4 octave range singer who grew up Georgia. I was active in band as a flutist. I sang in a competitive Governer's Honors quartet. I sang/acted in school plays. After graduating high school, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Although I pursued her many interests, my heart always led her back to her music. I sang for the Special Olympics. I sang with 2 christian groups. I performed weekly at a local eatery. I sang in coffee houses. Upon returning to college I decided to major in music. Now living in Phoenix, Arizona, I've returned to the music scene with the fire and passion that so many people loved in her music.
My latest honor is that I have been chosen to be on of the official “Secrets of the Secret” workshop singers. Dr. Mitzi Lynton's workshops are life changing.
