about me
I grew up in a coal mining town. My dad was an artist and my mother ran a nursing home. I grew up with classical blue grass music and MTV. So I'm a hillbilly with a high self-esteem and global awareness.

While on vacation I got to read, play my PSP, eat, and sleep.
What I read most of the time was stuff I had piled up from 4 months ago. Why? Cause it was in print. My RSS reader won't import paper clipping headings. I finally got to read those back issues of Draw Magazine.
I happened to pick up this BW issue at the airport.
Joel On Software was a great read too.
My wife says I have too many hobbies and toys. I guess that means I've made it, right?

See, back home we call flash mob gatherings "pickin and grinnin" and Tribes are called "Clans", as in the Hatfield clan or the McCoy clan. I would know, cause I'm a di-rect descendent of "Devil" Anse Hatfield.
But seeing how this is my first blog entry to Tribes I guess I could persuade Granny to let me borrow the digital camera and take a picture of the family, er clan, to post for everyone on the 'net to spy and ponder.

All kidding aside, this is a pic of my grandmother's fami...
