Many of you know I will become the Master of my Lodge on the 27th of Dec. To non-masons this is not such a big deal but to Masons it is the one and only title that seems to get any respect. I have headed up two other masonic bodies and still those who are Past Masters give me no respect. I am 41 years old and get treated like a child, I am out 3-4 nights a wee... read more

I dont think I will party this year. Just sit on the porch, smoke a cigar and hand out candy. I like seeing the teanagers trying to throw something together just so they can get candy. I always give them a hard time about being to old for this....

I would suggest never adding fruit to something that is not already fermenting. Mold can sometimes get a foothold before yeast tatke over. Once something is fermenting the alcohol inhibits all but the most hardy of nasties. Not sure if it appli...

You say all the sweetness is gone? How much honey did you use? Perhaps you want to add a small bit back in and see if it A. sweetens it and B. gets it fermenting again.
