From this moment forth I will create my own reality, because I know that I am an infinite, immortal, Spiritual being, and there is absolutely nothing that I cannot be, do or have. I accept this responsibility.

This year...
I will become more mindful in my daily life.
My body will become more fit and healthy.
I will foster and abide by healthier habits.
I will increase my ability to communicate what I mean and how I feel.
I will write more poetry and develop confidence to read that poetry.
I will increase my confidence in social situations.
I will meditate more.
I will spend more time learning to express myself musically.
I will be more conscientious and respectful to my environment and those around me.
I will maintain my calm and balance better in stressful situations.
I will be less hesitant to freely express myself.
I will become more humble and less self-centered.
I will learn more.
I will become more sensitive to subtle feelings.
I will become more mentally grounded.
I will remember more.
I will encounter beings which will help me learn and grow.
I will help other beings to learn and grow.
I will cultivate and maintain more balance in every aspect of my life.
I will dedicate the merits of my health and clarity to those less fortunate than I.
I will grow every day in every way for the benefit of all.
