We are visiting my brother in New York and it has been fun. We went in to the city yesterday and saw Time Square...how sparkely, just like on the movies :) I still want to see the Statue of Liberty. The energy of New York is a trip though...so many people, so dirty...really dirty...that subway was the dirtiest thing I have ever seen in my whole life...but I loved it all. It was like coming back to my home land. (I was born in Brooklyn.) Today just a little more time with my brother and then we are off to more super adventures.

Releasing the Weight

I just had to share the amazing news.... I have been trying to do this nutritional cleanse on and off for a while now... it had been challenge for me. I think that sometimes when someone is trying to lose weight there are a lot of emotional things that come up. And with a cleanse you are cleansing out all the toxins from your body, but also the emotional reasons that you used food to cover it up in the first place. So I have been going through it...and feeling...and releasing, and not covering up the feelings with food this time... I am learning about how when you ingest toxins, the body covers them with fat to protect itself. And when I had toxic feelings I would try to protect myself with food. Since September 29th I have released 13 pounds and 40.5 inches (103 cm). This is just amazing! After all this time of struggling with this issue I think I finally understand. As I release this weight everything releases...everything comes up and then is flushed out. I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I feel so blessed! Quantum Manifesting

A friend of mine just called me with amazing news! He was working for a company that got bought by a bigger company and miracle of miracles he just received a check in the mail for his vestments and stuff. Over $100,000! WOW! That is great!!! Ok but there is more... I told him "Good Manifesting" and he said all of this came from a Quantum Touch workshop he did a while ago. In the workshop they each took turns thinking of their ultimate vision. Then a group of people would charge them with Quantum Touch energy. When one person would get tired another would step up...and they would just blast them with the energy for a good 5 minutes. So inspiring! I totally want to start a Quantum Manifesting group where we all get together and support each others dreams! How amazing would that be?

Feeling lighter

Something happend on 11:11. I got this huge rush of energy. (Could be the planetary energy..could be, my metabolism starting to kick in. Either way..I feel good! The past few days I have been looking in the mirror and really liking what I see. it looks like me again. Happy, glowing, cute and sassy me. My body is releasing all the heavy energy and physical gunk that it picked up the past years....and I am on my way back. Sometimes I find myself saying I Love You over and over and over again. And I really feel it. It's just good to be alive...and living...and loving...

Yoga manifesting

Staying at my mom's has presented me with a challenge...well I have presented a challenge for myself. I want to really get in shape before I see David again. I talked to his daughter Rebecca last night and she reminded me it is one month and 7 days away.... I have been walking in the trees...doing my cleanse and...miracle of miracles I went across the street to check out the local yoga studio and they need someone to do work trade. They want someone to clean the studio in exchange for yoga classes. This is amazing to me because.... One: I like to clean...there is something that clears my head and makes me feel grounded about cleaning. I used to have a cleaning business called The Cleaning Fairy so I am no stranger to cleaning. Two: I have always danced around yoga..I mean...I have done a few classes here and there, but nothing on a consistent basis. So this is a great opportunity to re create my body and get a discipline in at the same time. Three: I am reading Eat Pray Love and she is now in India...and although she is just doing meditation it is inspiring me to yoga...go figure. (Yes I know that meditation is an aspect of yoga...) :) The day after the new moon broke open I got this huge burst of energy...Like I had just had 10 cups of coffee, but I totally didn't...just lots of water that day. The only thing I can think happened is that this moon cycle is going to be really great! Giving me lots of love and energy to get things done! Miracles are happening!!!! YAAAAAY!

Today started out a little rocky...I have been missing David terribly. But then I realized that I really just needed to run some energy and take care of myself. I laid down and gave myself lots of love, energy and when I was done running my energy and clearing I just looked out at the white puffy clouds in the bright blue sky....feeling at peace again... When I got up from my rest I had a nutritional shake and decided to go for a walk. I walked into town and got the book Eat Pray Love and started reading it. Great book by the way. She is a very funny and creative writer, like a cool girlfriend you know somehow. :) After reading in a coffee shop for a while I went for a walk. (It's too amazing outside to be indoors for very long. I had to see some leaves. I walked and walked until I came to a pond and I sat to read some more. Between reading my book and watching the reflections of the fall leaves in the water I was in heaven. I only got up when the sun was coming down over the houses. (It was too cold brrrr....my fingers are a little sore from it, but it was worth it! But I thinking about investing in some gloves...) It's amazing how much I love walking. I used to walk all the time when I lived in Illinois. I think it has to do with the streets being mostly flat with an occasional hill. (The SF bay area is so f**in hilly you need a ski lift to get you up some of those hills!) But here I just love it! Walking and walking. Smelling fall. It has this...snow, wool mitten, scarf, freshness to it. Something I haven't smelt in a while. (Haven't lived anywhere cold for sometime. Almost forgot, but all the smells bring back those memories. I walked past a house that still had carved pumpkins up...boy they sure look more scary after they have been sitting out for a month... Giggles I really want to manifest a camera so I can take some pictures of what I am seeing these days. My world is so beautiful and I am so thankful to be in it! Lots of love to you all!

After listening to the Caterina Rando http://www.caterinar.com/index.html 'Highs and Lows of Cash Flow' I realized that more specifically I help people how are in healing business take care of themselves. It's not necessarily energy healers, although that is who I deal with mostly, but the people who are out there making a difference in the world. I want to remind them of how to put on their oxygen mask first so that they can be around to help the masses. I also want to help people who are helping in a big way, and don't know it, recognize their contributions. I love helpers, I love they way they care for the world, I love how much love they generate, I love the way the world is more beautiful because they exist. Really, I would love to create a space where healers could come to take care of themselves and rest from all of the amazing work that they do. To get pampered and re inspired. Help them to receive the love that they give out on a daily basis. (I notice that many helping professionals are not able to receive as much as they give and then they get burnt out because they are out of balance. I usually end up helping those people the most...) Today I am going to write some articles....this is the beginning of owning what I do as a profession.... Yeah!

2.5 miles straight up!!! Angels Landing

I am not a big fan of up hill, I never have been, but two days ago David and I got inviting to up to the top of a place called Angels Landing. We started off at Saint George Utah at 6am and headed out towards Zion national park. We then took a shuttle to the trail head. The sign said 2.5 miles, and I thought, "Oh that is not a big deal, I can do 2.5 miles of hiking." I didn't know we were going to be going straight up. Our guide pointed to the top of this mountain, but I don't think it really sunk in that we were actually going to hike up there.... So we started out... we kept going up and up and and more up. (I only cried twice from Exhaustion) In some parts we had to use a chain to pull ourselves up the steep inclines. We met lots of nice people on the way up. Someone from Canada, Chicago, San Jose via Germany.... Finally after about 4 hours we got to the top....it was beautiful! Neither of us had ever climbed that high before. It was an amazing sense of accomplishment. I finally got why people climb mountains. Once we got back down the hill and looked up it was hard to believe we had actually hiked up that high. If we can do that, we can do anything.... I think we are going to have many great adventures.... :0)

Now in Utah

Hi everybody! We are now in Utah, last night we spent in Las Vegas (which is a pretty interesting place..a whole lot of whole lot...) and then before that LA. The drive to Utah was amazing. The rock formations were so beautiful. The sky was extra blue. Considering we started out from California and it was raining it was nice to see. We are going to be here until Saturday at a retreat. I am very excited about it. One of the speakers is named Lenny Evens and he is a really inspiring guy. Just listening to him makes me think and I can anything and it is easy. (I love people who can do that!) The theme for the Retreat is "MAGNIFYING MY MAGNIFICENCE" and it is re-introducing me to the company I had been excited about before, but as I went through my transitions I had to put to the side for a second. The most important thing I am getting so far is my confidence back. I used to be pretty confident about talking to people about my experience and about the company and now that confidence is coming back. So I raise my glass of yummy chocolate shake to fun, excitement and learning this weekend!
