1) A nice balancing meditation to use...It is called inviting all the different aspects of ones being into the heart. Go through each one and take 3 breaths into you center to solidly ground each...so all are working in harmony together.
The different aspects are...1) Physiclal body, 2) Mental 3) Emotional 4) Totality of the spirit 5) Sunconscious mind 6) The ego
After this you should feel balanced!!!

LOVE + GRATITUDE
There is a special combination that seems to be perfect, which is love plus the combination of thanks and appreciation reflected in the word gratitude. Just one of these is not enough. Love needs to be based in gratitude, and gratitude needs to be based in love. These two words together create the most important vibration. And it is even more important that we understand the value of these words.
We know that water is described as H2O. If we were to look at love and gratitude as a pair, gratitude is the H and love is the O. Water is the basis that not only supports but also allows the existence of life. In my understanding of the concept of yin and yang, in the same way that there is one O and two Hs, we also need one part yang/love to two parts yin/gratitude, in order to come to a place of balance in the equation.

Another great meditiation is called Hammock Yogi...
Go find 2 trees, put a hammock up in between....and just chill...feel the love flow baby!!! Trees are super charged with incredible healing energy...and can relieve any emotional upheaval.

It is very important these days to prepare your spirit for Ascension...the massive energetic overhaul of this entire planet and dimension. The real ballgame quite possibly could begin Dec 12, 2007. Electromagnetic pole reversal, kundalini activation, chakra expansion...spiritual awakening all at once upon the entire planet. Wow. ET contact shortly after followed by shift after shift.
