I am a retired Wyoming cattle rancher, a former song-writer for the Grateful Dead (currently writing songs for the String Cheese Incident, the Co-founder and Vice-Chair of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a technological gadfly, a Berkman Fellow at Harvard Law School, a freely-confessed acidhead, and the father of three luminous daughters. I have never had a job. I worship at the altar of that which is female in the world. Nearly all cats, dogs, and small children seem to like me immediately. And I like just about everybody.

I do not need to add to what others have said about John and the magic he creates. I will say that I really enjoy the articles that John has published. He has a way to saying things that brings out images and concepts which others rarely touch.
