about me
Im a hopeful percussionist with a goal of one day being good enough to play for dancers. (I have A LOT to learn!)
My hobbies include a serious fetish for just about anything I can cut or put together, including chain maille and costume jewelry. I like to think I know a thing or two about a good bottle of wine. I love to fish. I could camp year round and I'll walk or hike as long as it's not a concrete jungle.

Im here for Doumbek, D/Jembe [and all other] drumming, The beautiful art of Bellydance, Chain Mailler's, Wood Workers, Crop Braiders, Metalsmiths, Organic Country Girls, Herbalists, Taoists, Hippies, Witches, Lesbians, Shamans, Storyteller's and anyone else that has something to add to my knowledge...

In other words...

Dear friend,
I know it's been some time since we last talked. Life is hectic and time goes by too quickly. How about we try changing that?
No, you right. That's what we always say...

Can we do lunch this week?
No. Me either...

Then I'll call you some time and we can catch up.
What times are good for you?
Oh really? Damn. Im not around then.

Well, then we'll have to get together in the summer.
I'll let you know my times and dates.
Maybe then we can plan something.
I know, we've said that every summer for years...

Well? Then at least know your in my thoughts and I hope your doing well.

Yes, I think about you...

We just never manage to be in the same place at the same time.

So just know that with our busy lives, I still love you and one day soon we'll both have a minute to give a hug on the way in between.

Maybe when we meet on the street, for just a minute, to see one anothers faces and know without you, my life would be different.

Maybe I'll have the chance to thank you for the memories we've made and know, somehow, we're still connected....

· When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet. When toast is dropped, it always lands butter-side-down. I propose to strap buttered toast to the back of a cat, butter facing up. The two will hover, spinning, inches above the ground. With a giant buttered-toast/cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

· An Animated Cartoon Theology:
· People are animals.
The body is mortal and subject to incredible pain.
Life is antagonistic to the living.
The flesh can be sawed, crushed, frozen, stretched, burned, bombed, and plucked for music.
The dumb are abused by the smart and the smart destroyed by their own cunning.
The small are tortured by the large and the large destroyed by their own momentum.
We are able to walk on air, but only as long as our illusion supports us.
