I am committed to walking the path of causing world wellness. I do spiritual healing work, hypnotherapy, and buddhist practice. I am currently studying martial arts with Shaolin Kung-Fu Master Shi Yan Fan, 34th generation Shaolin Warrior Monk ( www.shaolintemplela.com). I believe that in life, we are doing one of two things at any given moment. Growing, or decaying. If you or I were to put our car in neutral, or shut the engine off, it will coast for a while, but what happens? It slows down, and eventually rolls to a stop, unless energy and power are put back into the drive-train. If we are to really live, we must exert constant effort in causing ourselves to be awake; to learn, to explore, and thus, to grow. While it may seem difficult at first, it quickly becomes a source of joy. Heart-felt happiness seems to be a consistent side effect. So too seems to be the evolvution of consciousness on our world This I think, is the secret, the true fountain of eternal youth!
