Health Counseling Update

Today is a great day my friends. I hope you all are doing wonderful. I am contacting you to let you know that my Health Counseling service, "Best Life Ever" is now in action and ready to rock.

I'm now working as a Holistic Health Counselor and working with people to help them live happier and healthier lives. This work is so perfect for me and I'm loving every minute of it. It charges me, I think about it all the time and I really feel like I'm on the path I'm meant to be on.

So what does this mean for you? Well obviously that I'm happy, well and very pleased to share this news with you. But it also means that by doing this I can help you and those around you too. The point of this service is to help the person I work with be on the road they want to be on with nutrition and their lives as a whole. I love this work, and even just in the first few sessions with my existing clients I've seen a change in them as they are growing and embracing life anew. It's so beautiful and I can't wait to support everyone that comes across my path. It truly is amazing.

I'm really excited to be rolling this out and to be able to start helping more and more people. It makes me smile!! Take Refuge in Silence


All sound arises out of Silence
and dissolves into Silence.

Oh Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the winds
And whose breath gives life to everyone,

Now I see it in all things
The elements now seem so clear
They are the most ancient of all
The fire I’ve created
Is no different than the fire on the sun
The fires that have existed long before the Earth
It is ancient, perfect and carries enormous wisdom with each breathe
It lives, it eats, it’s glow transcends our presence
And with respect I cannot describe I sit and honor the great universal fire
Oh how Spirit shows itself! Oh how powerful and mysterious!
And the water! The earth! The air!
All the elements are older than our very planet
They are everywhere in the universe
And each glance we have upon them represents the whole
Ancient and magnificent
With honor we can learn much from these forces
Much respect from this humble soul
May we walk as one.

Stepping back, I see that the plants come to perfection so easily
Their ancient mapping brought to life
Refined again and again
As each leaf unfolds
As does more wisdom than I know
I honor you plant brothers as we are one!

Next I see the birds, the animals, all living things
I see their ancient flow
Their innate wisdom
Perfected over time
We may see them on the surface
But I now see their instinct, transcending all boundaries
Cutting deep into the fabric of life
Weaving through the webs we create
And just being..so perfectly
Refined in each pure creature
Wisdom handed down with each generation
To it’s current form
Each creature having already lived countless lifetimes
I honor you!
Your wisdom is so great and mysterious!
