Jean Is one of my favorites. She rocks out hard and strutts her dance like nobody's business. She is truly a special special person. Her magical energy is one in a billion, and her intellect is so refreshing, I love that about Jean. Whether walking down the huge slope at Red Rocks in our aftershow fogginess, or waiting at WINSTON"S an hour after the show, to get down with the Groove, Jean is the person I want with me. Nothing but Love and Acceptance from her, and I love that about Jean, trully a special being.

Jean is the coolest!!!! A super dooper friend and turning into quite the hooper. She is a great organizer and keeps us all sane as agang as we venture out to see see shows and travel and stuff. Good thing, because we are going on our first pilgramage to the man and the playa this summer together. Yeah Jean!!!! Love ya.

the love i feel for those that i know just GROWS with every passing day. my GRATITUDE overwhelms me like those that i continue to be STOKED about. how did i get so lucky??? no matter the reason, i will try to serve it well do the best i can try to spread it out AND SHARE IT AS BEST I CAN!!! spread the love the music the harmony. yet.... my dad suggested that i be aware of the evolution between the pain of suffering, and the pain of healing very different the difference is so very real and tangible. i have hurt and suffered. now i hurt BUT I AM HEALING and growing AND FINALLY FREE. bring it on!!!!!!!!!!! it still hurts but i feel so empowered and hopeful what now? WHAT NOT!!!! bring it on ;) WAHOOOOOOOOO!
I entered the year with a little bit of melancholy...I spent the weeks before the end of year festivities keeping my spirits up by looking forward to the SCI SF experience. Having completed that adventure I came home exhausted, contemplative and with a sort of an empty horizon line. What now? When? How?? There are a lot of life changes to consider now that I am well enough to think about other things that just getting through the day.

...continues! this week the dr. said i can move around without my brace as much as is comfortable! hooray! i saw some xrays which still show some obvious damage. it is kind of wierd to see misshapen vertebrae, especially when they belong to you. i have been assured that the bones "fill in" over time, and that my initial stage of healing is moving along! i also am more clear now as to the extent of my injuries, most importantly that i did have a C1 fracture which will still has time to s...
