Had an accident. What a complete tick off. Technically its not my fault and technically it is. The guy pulled into the left hand turm lane to then turn right, right in front of me. I couldn't stop in time and he broad sided me as i broad sided him. While the guy could be charged with an unsafe turn, I could have been charged with following too closely so its being left to the insurance companies to duke it out, luckily no charges for me.
