I knew there was *something* about Heather the first time I saw her. Since then I've learned that this woman is not only a gifted dancer, but beautiful, kind, smart, vivacious, and funny as hell. A force to be reckoned with! She oozes talent and creativity... and is just all-around extraordinary-- as a performer, as a teacher, and as a friend. I love Heather so much it hurts.

I <3 Heather. She is the social butterfly to my wallflower...the spotlight to my shadows. We are total yin and yang, yet I couldn't imagine not knowing her. Opposites attract, I guess! ;)
I am so grateful that she is one of my dearest friends.

Sunday April 20th at Hot Rods and Hogs Watson Rd. Arlington, TX. Come out and see several bands, have a drink and enjoy the music. All we ask is a donation at the door... all donations will go towards rebuilding everything that was lost in the fire (for my parents). The first band will start at 1PM and go until close.... Thanks to all who helped put this together... it means so much to our family that so many people care. 
Ok so after a week of the flu (what I thought would practically kill me).... I am alive. WOO HOO. I survived the 102-103 degree fever for four days and the fear that my body might explode due to the pain.... Yes I am whining and complaining about how bad I hurt - but I am moving around and working again! SWEET....

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I hadn't fallen off the face of the earth - but I'm back with the living again!
So I got paid yesterday... "Friday night, just got paid" Woo Hoo. I got a nice check - it was just enough for me to fix my power steering, pay my rent, and other bills and have just enough for gas and food for the next two weeks. Sweet deal - I'm happy when I am not hurting and I have a little extra left over (it feels good not to stress).

Ok, so if you have been following my progress on my 1/2 sleeve tattoo, you know that I am getting a dragon that starts on my chest, over my shoulder and wraps my arm and stops just below my elbow.... ** now side note** when Dan the man (artist) was drawing the tatt on me, I told him no elbow tattooing, and he was like "oh - you will have a flower on your elbow".
