Last Night I had a clear meditation in which Angels asked me to make a disclaimer on this tribe.

Now I presume that for some of you that makes total sense, and for others that sounds fishy or even just plain ridiculous. And that is why I'm writting this.

For the past year I have been taught new layers to using old energy centers. I spent almost eight years reading, practicing, studying and exploring with books, excellent yoga and energy healing teachers, and divine guidance. And then a year ago it took off, and I began getting inspirations and guidance that go beyond anything a human being has taught me.

I have been sharing a lot of that on this tribe.

So in my meditation I was essentially ordered to make this clearer. I have increasing faith in what I'm learning and sharing. And it is important to be clear about where it is coming from.

The foundation is simple. There are four pages in the book the ancient secret of the flower of life volume !! that discuss the thirteen chakra system, with twelve in the body and one above the crown. It diagrams notes beside each chakra, and then moves on to a wide variety of other topics. the system ws given to the author in meditation. He states that it is a 'different' system than the traditional one from india.

I received an image of a three d shape that I will post here, while reading the section, and working as an energy healer and yoga teacher at a center in Berkeley. By meditating on the image with the written system, and my knoweledge and love of music/musical chord progressions... I began learning about an expanded and elegant way to make music with our energy system. It shows e how the systems are not different, they just need to be bridged. I'm learning how to do that well.

I began to get visions guiding me to continue this exploration. Night by night I went deeper. And I've shared most of the path on tribe, and in my blog.

this approach offers ways to read energy systems, clear confusions and dissonance, tune them, rebalance them and then create in ways that go beyond health, into explorations of consciousness and joy.

People have come here asking questions about chakra meaning, health, and balance, and the system I'm learning has provided simple and hopefully clear and helpful insight. What I'm sharing is not commonly established. In fact, I'm trying to commonly establisxh it here.





I grew up loving the smurphs, Star wars, Bruce springsteen Axel Rose, Sinead O'Conner and Tori Amos. I was raised in an academic town, lived and worked in ny city and explored the country for the past five years while learning from healers, artists, musicians, yogis, shamans angels and explorers of many ways. I'm an indigo child of this culture, with passion for liberating myself and the world I came to help rebirth. I'm not trying to be a guru, an egoist, or any 'thing' really.


This is my calling. I believe we can create a world where we learn and pray together without spiritual dominance. That is what inspires me most, to explore ancient ways and nurture them into something beyond their roots, with much more autonomy and freedom through collaboration.

This is an invitation for criticism, and hopefully, *more* collaboration.
