The Intentional Dance Alliance is a monthly gathering for those who enjoy celebrating their self-expression and conscious evolution through dance. Incorporating ritual/ceremony to both open and close the circle of our dance gatherings, we come together with both common and unique intentions. It is our belief that rhythmic movement as meditation can lead to higher states of consciousness.

Community intentional dance is a cross-cultural and ancient means of setting intention, achieving higher states of consciousness and celebration.

Each month we will feature a different regional DJ to guide us through our journey.

You are invited to join us for Crestone's first IDA gathering with DJ e.{.f Arrow (Avery Runner) on Sunday February 8 at Jillian's Yoga Studio at 4 pm. Please be on time and plan on staying for the duration of the event as to honor the ceremony of our gathering.

Suggested donation is $7 and a potluck dish to share. Wear comfortable clothes and bring items for our community altar.

As we are just getting the IDA off the ground, we fully invite your input on what you would like to see at these events. Just hit us up.
