I am inspired, optimistic, and - on my best days - living at my edge in every area of my life. I have been active in yoga for over 25 years, and currently practice 3-4 times a week. I greatly enjoy nature and hike frequently - about twice a week currently. I have been a student of Tantra for about 5 years, and I'm greatly looking forward to exploring the practice of Karezza with my next intimate partner.

My interests lie in honest and authentic communication (Susan Campbell), conscious relationships (Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks), sacred sexuality (David Deida), upliftment of consciousness (Ken Wilber; David Hawkins; Saniel Bonder), alternative forms of healing, meridian energy therapies (EFT, PEAT, etc.), and spiritual/sensual poetry. I really enjoy living the Island Life, and the warm, temperate climate of the islands. My background is very diverse, and I am currently working independently as a graphic artist, and developing several coaching communities on the web. I love the work that I do, and very seldom get involved in projects that don't include a heart connection. I don't follow a formalized religious path, other than the practice of continuous gratitude, but I respect all beliefs and paths. My life is rich and full, and I believe that many elements of life are better when shared with a loving partner.
