about me
I'm a writer and filmmaker. I just moved back to LA after five years away to get distribution for my documentary, Overdrawn!, featuring interviews with Ralph Nader and Joel Bakan ("The Corporation"). I love playing tennis, hiking in the hills, and of course watching movies and eating out at all the great restaurants here.

What an insane place this is...it's energy is almost perfectly balanced by its excesses and stupidities. I pity people that have grown up here and never experienced another mode of living, like the Northwest, or another country. People don't have to drive 85 mph on the freeway. You don't have to drive three blocks to the grocery store! I love the scene in Hurlyburly where they drive across the parking lot at a mini-mall to go to another store; believe it or not, this happens here!
