So I wasn't planning on going to Burning Man this year...but I don't think I can go the year without going....lots of bullshit in my life and I need an escape...I have been busting my ass at work...working anywhere from 60-80 hours a week, 7 days a week to try and go to Burning Man and I think I can make it...I'm so out of the loop on who's going, and those that are, where they are camping..

So the plan to leave at 4:00pm did not work out. :( Is ok. We are leaving at 8:30pm. Not too bad. Last year we were delayed 7 hours. 4.5 is not bad at all. We are fully loaded. Goodness.

So Dusty and I are officially leaving now for Burning Man at 9:15pm!! Woohoo!! A little later than expected...guess we are already on playatime. Here we come!

Will be back home on Monday, September 3rd.

My roommate and I are counting down the days left to Burning Man!!!

There's been a BIG change at work...we've actually hired staff! :) This means that plans now allow my roommate and I to leave for the playa on Saturday night and arrive mid-Sunday. We'll be able to arrive early because we are with a registered theme camp.

The nostalgia of last year is hitting me as is the excitement for this year!!! :)
