My Testimonials

October 4, 2006
It was almost a year ago to the day I arrived in Perth, Australia after 8 hours of travel from New Zealand to be met at the airport by this petite dynamo in a purple tracksuit. Little did I know at the time what a fantastic time I was about to have.

Alaine lent me her home, her friends and her family while I was there. She squeezed me into the workshops and made me feel welcome.

It was the first time I had met somebody who was so well trained in ATS and who had dedicated so much of their life to it.

I'm about to go to my next set of Carolena workshops this weekend, and it makes me reflect on what a generous and open and all-round fantastic person I have met in Alaine.

A quick update.

Simon took me to Melb shopping to get a bit of life back in the old girl. While over there managed an informal three hour workshop for Barbara.. actually it turned into four.. so it looks like the energy is making it's way back. Been working in the dance room to get it up to about 7 hours with short breaks.. up to 5 this weekend. I figure 7 will be good for training.

Will be arriving in SF Monday 14th.. hoping to stay with Sue *bats eyelashes*.. and YES Beth and C... read more

Well as some of you may have gathered, I was suddenly taken ill in Aust 2006 and have been pretty well out of the loop since then. However, some surgery and a good long period of rest seems to have paid off and i am now emerging back into the world.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to all of you who sent messages.. i am only today starting to work my way through them.

I am currently working on my stamina and flexibility and every day sees improvement and Simon has decided that I n... read more
