You're in a funky place, emotionally speaking, and need to be absolutely sure you're clear with your people about what you're feeling. It might not be easy, but it will set a great precedent.

Tell yourself that you can do this -- because, dear beautiful soul, you can!

'Get over it' is the advice you keep giving yourself, but are you ready? Be as kind to yourself as you would be to a friend in a similar situation. How can you be good to other people if you're not good to yourself?

The more you try to hide from a tough situation, the more difficult it will get. Come up with a plan for how to deal with this, and then walk directly up to your fear. Your perception is more frightening than the reality.
