Kat is one of my best friends...and one of the few women on the planet that I can hang out with and not want to strangle. I can talk to her about anything (as naive or childish that they may be). We've had great times together and I see many, many more to come. I love you Kat!

Kat,
You are Kind, Affectionate, and Tender. Your generosity and sweetness are sincere. Your fun is contagious. You are an earth-mother, goddess, sister-of-the-belly and friend. You radiate pure joy! Much love, Constance of SCARAB March 13, 2004
I love Kat. I don't know where I'd be if not for Kat. Kat makes me go YAY!

Kat is one of the kindest and good hearted people around, but no push over either. She is strong, intelegent and beautiful. She is often the strength in my life, the one who keeps me going and striveing for better things.
Kat is my best friend and my water brother. What could be more of a testimonial? Kat is good, Kat is great. Let us thank her for our food. Amen

about me
I am a wander at heart and never did learn that civilized people wear clothes. I am a foodie, a snuggle slut, and a hummusexual (mmmm hummus :)) . I love to walk on the grass especially if I am not supposed to. I love my three furry children, the dog park, and my house. My alter ego's name is Purple, she has been known to be a terrible flirt and can find anything to make an sexual innuendo out of . My secret ninja power is the ability to make mass quantities of gourmet food for my loved ones. Traits I find most attractive in friends and potential partners: An open mind, creativity, adventurous spirit, ability to play like a child, a sense of humor honesty, confidence, compassion and willingness to work hard when needed. Triple pluses to boys who play theramins while wearing a broomstick skirt, sarong, sari, a taffeta prom dress, nothing at all and are all covered in playa. I was in Sky harbor airport recently when I decided I want my next piece of costuming to be an Opera gown... I have been known to buy fabric with nothing at all planned for it

A little less than a year ago it was a beautiful albeit warm May day. It was early in the morning. I was all bleary eyed while getting ready for what I thought was my trip to Lake Powell. Little did I know that in just a couple of short hours I was in for the surprise (and it actually was a surprise) of my life that left me speechless (seriously) for the first time in my life. I went out to check the mail one last time before we were to leave for Lake Powell and thought that I would see a...

I am finally in the club of home ownership for good and bad. I have already had a "conversation" with the devil (my HOA). I hate HOA's but in my price range and to suit my needs a condo is the perfect entry level position for me. For those of you who know me and know that I am not so good at construction will be very proud to know that I also did my first home improvement yesterday during my final walk through. The previous owners were supposed to fix a crack in the master shower but didn...

So I just found out Xara is the weekend of my Birthday this year and I am OVER the moon excited about this. What better way to turn 31 than an event with friends in a Monestary on the hill side outside of San Diego.

'cause I feel I've got to move. Though I'm going, going, I'll be coming home soon, 'Long as I can see the light. Pack my bag and let's get moving, 'cause I'm bound to drift a while. When I'm gone, gone, You don't have to worry long, 'Long as I can see the light. Guess I've got that old trav'lin' bone, 'cause this feeling won't leave me alone. But I won't, won't be losing my way, no, no 'Long as I can see the light. These three verses have be... read more
This is the first time in my entire life I have been fortunate enough to spend all of my work hours in a cube and I have to say that I am not all that impressed. It is loud bright, ugly and there no where for a girl to get some uninterupted lunch time. People walk by and talk to me even if I am mouthfull deep in soup or I am very obiviously not working (eating and surfing the internet) and have my headphones on. I dont understand why people refuse to understand that while I may not have 4 ...
