I'll tell you in a couple of weeks! This is my first try at mead, though I've made brewed ginger beer before, and I *am* good at that! I'll let you know how it went once it's bottled - and I'll hunt up the recipe. It's a very simple one... I really hope it works out well, but if you want to draw on someone's vast experience, I reckon Trance might be the one to ask.
