about me
i used to teach english as a second and foreign language in wisco and debrecen, hungary. then i ran into some organic farmers in california, and now i work with words and math editing a series of math textbooks. click, drag, click, drag. getting very ready to stop pushing a mouse.

If u like what you see and wanna be friends, say hi and lemme know what you think, but seriously if you can't be bothered to write at least one sentence to say hi when you send a "friend" invitation to me, I won't be bothered to accept your invitation. Cheers!

He doesn't seem to understand that this is why so few countries are sending so few soldiers to Afghanistan. This man is a pathetic joke, and so are his supporters.

Our NATO allies expected that once we went into Afghanistan, we should focus on that until we wo... read more

As Winona LaDuke (VP candidate with Nader) said during the 2000 presidential campaign:

"We don't want a bigger piece of the pie. We want a different pie."

Listen to the candidates, not their associates

(CNN) -- Its been an interesting week watching folks analyze the outcry over the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's controversial comments, especially when they try to link them to Sen. Barack Obama.

Obama's supporters say it's wrong to associate his views with those of his pastor at Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ.
