I've lived in this house since February temporarily and at first, the cats were a bit of trouble. They always wanted to come into my room and shed everywhere. They do shed, these long haired cats. It requres a weekly vacuum on the hard wood floors, just so a carpet doesn't develop. They grew on me and now I love them. They sleep while I sleep, over the covers, sometimes under them next to me.
