After 2 years of having my pilates studio in a small office suite space, the time has come to expand. Sacred Bodies Pilates just got a new home and I anticipate opening up in the new location the beginning of May. the schedule will continue as is in the current space and should smoothly transition over. I will be re-locating to 525 E street eureka between 5th and 6th streets. Classes will allow for a few more students so if your curious come check it out.

ok well I may already be dirty. But now I will be 30 too!

any suggestions for last days of twenties happenings. Things that must be done before one turns....gasp....30?

any advice for taking on the big 3.....0...???

Seriously though I actually look forward to it. I feel ready for it. Fun transitions and goodbye saturn return. FINALLY!
