Well, I think I am finally getting to my breaking point. I've done everything I know of to get our Town House sold... and it's not even had any interest.
I've tried desperately to find a good home for my family, to no avail thus far.
I put $3500 earnest money on a house we walked away from, they cashed the check, and now I'm at a negative balance of -$150 in my checking account. No savings, no money, nothing... I'm at a loss.
They have to return the $3500, but when?...

Well, we keep going and going, working towards our goal of owning a home, having a bigger place for our kids, our family.
We found a beautiful home in Kent, just up the hill from where we are now. Not as big as the new developments, and no gas heat, but still 4 bedrooms and nearly double the size we are in now.
They were even willing to accept an offer contingent on the sale of our condo.

So, Emma is treating Maya poorly, won't share toys, the typical... I send her to her room, she screams about going potty so I let her go potty and I come back downstairs.
About 6 minutes or so later, she comes down and tells me that she is going to listen now and that she is sorry.
Emma turns to look at the tv, and says "Hey, that's the same show as what I was watching on tv in your room!"
BUSTED...
Then her response, "I was thinking about it, and watching tv"...

Shivalicious is right, Kimberly is cute, sane and stable, but not single anymore.... I have been friends with Kim for 2 years now, and we have recently become involved with each other in more than just a friendship. kimberly is one of my best girlfriends. we have been connected since day 1 of our meeting online. she is a tried and true friend and always there for me when i need her...or want to hang out!
i am auntie to her babies and they are sooo wonderful. it is an honor to call K my friend. i can't say enough great things about her :)
