This year August is my favorite month. I started the month with 10 days in Barcelona with Keith, and end the month with 8 days at Burningman with my other family.

I'll only be at home for 12 days in August. I leave on the first to see my son in Barcelona. We have some exciting plans and will be doing a bit of traveling together along the coast. After returning home for a few days to change gears and suitcases it's off to Burningman with my other family.

I was distilling my thoughts on the uniqueness of ‘tribal’ outside the costume and music; what keeps it ‘tribal’ and wanted to give it life by putting it in writing and power by sharing it. I hope that we agree on this concept and that by invoking it we can make it a more forceful presence in our interactions, both on and off the dance floor. If you listen to it carefully you will each see your personal contribution to it as we have made this ‘dance of life’ together.

Terry makes me laugh and teaches me to dance, not only with my body but with my heart as well. I am continually inspired by her genuine kind heart, and amused by the off the wall things that come out of her mouth. I have never met anyone who says the damnedest things and then turn around and fill my ear with the most wise and compassionate things a person could want to know. I am honored to know her.
