In days of Yore, long before his travels, KnowOne was a young bar owner in Asheville - a town not quite ready to accept the vision that was laid before it. Apollo was blending wizardry in sound, KnowOne spun until his heart had played it's esoteric beat and I blended my Alchemical mixes that coasted the collective psyche onto the dance floor. The tribe was happy for nearly a year and a day - but the officials of the city were not ...
Right after the City of Asheville felt that 237 Haywood was no longer needed - she crushed our seed pod and we felt ourselves explode out into the wind - floating onward to germinate on new grounds. KnowOne left his home and drifted out to the Playa. There he settled and grew into a new being. With him, floated Apollo - both equeal in young and ripe for adventure. When logic moved past 'how much beer do we have in stock -or - is the register right?", to "what does my spirit need.", KnowOne found himself in his native homeland; The All". From here, his work continues - past the mere yearnings of the physical plane, to the Realm of Light and Sound - emmanations of the spirit, which flow nightly from his turntables and decks ... bringing with it a sense of peace ... something he had been yearning for all along. ;) One Love out there!
