Heya! Well, it's warm, gorgeous, slower paced....and I can afford land there! Semi-retirement at 37, not too bad :) Going to buy a couple acres, build the off grid house/farm. Should be a hell of an adventure. I'm taking suggestions for themes naming the goats & chickens, lol. How you been?
