Kristin is a Goddess of the first magnitude. Sometimes trying to get in touch with her is like sending thousands of messages on the massive SETI (search for extrestial intelligence) radio telescopes and hoping for a reply. You never know when or if you will get a response, but when you do, the message is wonderful and astounding .

The cedars sigh in happiness when Kristin is around, and the little people of the woods are not so careful about hiding themselves. I wish she were around here more often.

Smell the flower.
Yesterday I was really kicking myself for not having accomplished all that I had set out to do before July. But that is the kind of attitude and approach that gets me stuck in the same old brain-wash I am reprogramming. I am essentially divorcing my old way of life, it is unrealistic to expect that to happen overnight or even in a few months.

Alive!
As I drop away, peel away and burn away each layer I am more alive.
Immobility begins to break up as the ice melts and flows again with the fire of purpose and intention.
Each reopened box reveals death, a shutting away and hiding, hoarding aliveness.
Some of the contents are still just as raw as the day they were slammed shut.
Laying on my belly, I let the tears flow out and away, release.
