That's what you'd see on the stage of an Imogen Heap show. And the show was absolutely mind-blowing. I was stunned, from beginning to end. I decided to take a friend instead of dump my tickets, and I'm sooooooooooooo glad I did. Imogen Heap is a gifted vocalist, composer, musician and all-around cool person. And it's not all airy-fairy vocals and frou-frou sounds. Imogen really does rock.
I really can't figure out at the moment how to describe what I saw and heard any better than this, so suffice it to say that if you have the chance to see her in any of the remaining cities on her tour, you really should go. I am nearly 100% positive that anyone who saw her at the Wiltern on Friday would concur.
